Well, Penny...from my point of view, with the amount of stored content data to cover years of production materials, beautiful, athletic Babes wrestling in outfits for all eyes to behold...and, Tuffy has always been set up to cater, mostly for men, which is a good viewing base to build from outwardly.

OK, I do believe that, before long, BOTY has many outstanding qualities to make all of us that has kept this stock, and added more shares from time to time, into millionaires. I do believe that BOTY will partner with, or be bought out, or structure a deal, or partnership for hundreds of millions of dollars with deep pocketed individuals or groups that have the financial vision to know that men, and women, will enjoy the diversity, beauty, and athletic ability that each fighter brings to the business...making content to promote their many business opportunities, etc.

Maybe some one good at math can help me out...Hypothetically, $300 million dollar, 3 year deal with some one with deep pockets - That is $100 million dollars, before expenses profit... What will the PPS value be with the present OS shares on the market if a deal such as this happens??? Thanks for the PPS help... jmho...

Just found this...think it is new...and can be quite exciting...BOTY paid off their bills as they are going...owner sold shares to keep the company afloat...which tells me that the company is getting much better organized, more diversity, and it appears, from just initially reviewing a bit of the history of where this thing started, when they initially went out of business in 2018...and then relaunching in 2022... The body of work is already there...this looks like a good potential, multi-faceted, expansive opportunity for BOTY. Lot of skin, skad clothing, lots of views at various medias such as youtube...private monthly memberships...more beautiful fighters that are getting better...some in MMA and some will go into wrestling I would think at this point...

I do believe BOTY had to file the financials in order to get deals like this one, as they had to do previously with ROKU, I believe. Many investors in BOTY are only one deal away from becoming millionaires. ESPN just did a $1.5 billion dollar deal over 10 years with a promising company. might only be the making of one huge deal worth $200 million - $500 million made over 3-5 years would make millionaires out of quite a few of us... I do believe that BOTY just might have upgraded its game plan a few ticks with this deal... JMHO of course, FWIW

I thought that was interesting too. I see it returned to pink current from yield, per OTCMarkets.com this morning. That doesn't guarantee anything, but 3s with an AS of 5 billion seem like a good opportunity compared to many others on the OTC with outrageous AS counts. We'll see.
