Agree, Crabby, Advantages of holding BOTY vs the over 1000 martial arts organizations doing business in the world are: BOTY is not just a one trick pony as with most of these businesses trying to make money, which is probably why most of them have already failed, or will continue to fail.

BOTY is well diversified, with many different possible revenue producing vehicles in excess of the large stable of beautiful ladies that are getting coached and are improving their MMA skills. Also, the many years of growing the BOTY business behind the scenes, incurring debt, using of 3.5 billion shares to keep the company afloat, and developing the many phases of this business is about to bring dollars into the business, expand the business, and/or position BOTY as a real buy out candidate for someone such as Bellator, which is valued at $215 million dollars vs UFC’s $4.2 billion value…

For example, Bellator has a present streaming deal with DAZN for $100 million dollars, along with merchandizing, event promotions, tv deals, etc. Comparably, with all of the ground work laid out by BOTY throughout the years possibly be worth $10M - $20M as a buyout candidate???...why not???

And, someone could spend $1,500,000 and buy back and retire 3 billion of the shares used by the company to stay afloat as they build the business… I noticed on the financials that there is a difference of $2 Million dollars from the December 21 showing of $5M vs $3M, a $2M reduction in only 6 months time in June…if I am reading them right. Reducing the debt by $2M in 6 months time is quite good. And what could the value be for a buy out if Disney wanted the streaming action…just thinking out loud, and adding whenever I can for what is going to possibly be an inevitable merger or buy out that can make me a millionaire…but we gotta hold, and have some kahonas…

The BOTY CEO is a successful business man, with many contacts, many people with money, and connections… ROKU started over a year ago…enough time to get the massive views, paying monthly memberships, over 150 models/fighters, several of the ladies with hundreds of thousands of views, etc.

We are getting close to something big happening…just look at how the end of the day trading was aggressive, the PPS moved easily, the MM’s were bouncing around, not knowing what to do to control a PPS that could have gotten out of hand if the buying was stronger… All JMHO, of course, FWIW…

I am hearing people say this is going to a penny. I have to laugh because I know you have to buy out the short sellers first. After they are bought out and have nothing to sell then this stock will skyrocket. This could easily go well above WWE on the open market. It is going to take a lot of buyers and holders. Enough buyer and holders will squeeze out the nasty shorts and BOTY would become air born and to what heights who knows.

Just as UFC bought out their competitor Strike Force for $40 millon dollars about 10 years ago, so will someone buy out the womens organization with the most promise, and financial opportunities, which, at this time appears to be LFC, in my opinion. I say LFC because of their many different revenue producing potentials. Their fighting skills are improving, they have several different temevision revenue producing when women fighting in scantily clad bodies...

This new company, PAWFC. only had a reported 200 fans, as has been mentioned in LFC, which has better, more rounded fighters than LFC, but LFC fighters are getting better and some of them are actually fighting MMA rules such as hitting in the face...it will be here within the next year, IMHO, FWIW...I am holding while all this will take place...

We have to get the bad out of this game. This stock can't soar when there are bad characters in this stock that are manipulating the stock to their likings. Yesterday 09/10/2022 the stock did not move for over an hour and when it did get a hit and drove it to $0.0006 it was immediately kicked backed down to $0.0004 the criminals so blunt, they not even trying to be discreet about the crime I am calling it a crime for it did not happen once but twice. It is market manipulation and what it is doing is hurting shareholders and the company BOTY. Everyone that seeing strange and unusual trading taking place should report the crime to the SEC and to the FBI for really what they are doing is no difference then coming up and pickpocketing you on the open street.
