Interesting turn of events although I haven't received this communication. Guess it's on the way. And no, the company has not been transparent on what's been happening.

RAFFF has a strong revenue of $6.3M, as of Q2 2020. The chairman of the company, Dr. Charlie In, is a veteran investor and had run multiple Public Listed companies globally. His CV is attached at the bottom of this page for your reference.
Dr. In has proposed an alignment of interest between RAFFF and LHGI.
In this regard, we shall be conducting a virtual EGM to explore collaborations with RAFFF for mutual benefits.

Crawling to a stop….. I expect the trading to fade out and the price to fall under a cent if something “real” does not happen. Offering new stock at twice current trading price to fund something promised a long time ago won’t get this anywhere.
Yes. They are raising $300k, so they either gave you a low-ball estimate of what they needed or cannot budget for real needs. They are also looking at selling shares at 2.5 cents. The “stable” trading over the past several months has kept the price between one and two cents, but still below the 2.5 level. Without this volume, the lack of news would have sunk the price to less than half a cent. The “traders” need to push the price for this to be pulled off, but this will not be worth a nickel any time soon.
They should have Raised
the $100,000 needed to
Launch PROJAGG.
Whoever is in Charge of
this issue needs to get
with it. Or Resign, and
give it to someone else

I reached out and received a similar response to that provided others: Projagg is ready, but there are not resources to support a sustained launch. They are looking for investors, which can take many avenues and TIME.
They need cash. This would be a separate funding source.
It does not explain several weeks of heavy trading - a day, or two, but not what we have seen.

Well, I guess you told me, buddy. My comment was intended to be humorous, but my apparent ignorance of the stock must have been a greater point to spotlight for such a person as you. Assuming you know this stock so much better than I do:
- where are these NEW investors gaining information from to prompt activity when nothing is new?
- if there are only about 30 million tradable shares as noted on this board, how can there be so much activity without a major surge in price?
- why are the drops as steep as the jumps every time?
“Talking up” or “talking down” the stock price is only temporary. I, too, hope something happens, but I have watched this for a while.
I have been around long enough to have a sense of humor: For the coffee, the vodka, trash removal, gold mining, crypto and the current efforts. If it takes off, good, if not: that’s life sport.

The volume lately is called awareness buddy.....people are finally realizing the potential here. You should be glad that there's been more volume in the last couple of weeks, than there's been in the last couple of years.
With no news, I am starting to think that all the trade activity is just couple people with a little bit of money and a sense of humor passing shares back and forth between drinks on the beach.

Hi Andy,
Unfortunately, our status is still the same from the last time i updated you.
Projagg is not officially launched. There are few developers that approached projagg for funding......and that's the only activity now. Connecting these developers to funders. However, there were no deals closed til date. And we charged success rate so projagg has no revenue. We can't launch other features coz we lack funds to get technical support and programmers as well as finance other operational expenses.
So, we decided to focus on lhgi raising fund for real estate and infrastructure projects.
I'll be very honest that our fundraising is not really promising. But we'll just carry on until we can get investors to believe in lhgi vision and plans.
There are brokers who approaches us to file reg a. And we are eligible. However, we again need funds for filing and getting lawyer review....so we are also trying to get angel investors here.
