Hey Jock. Sorry to hear about your loss. It seems this stock is what you would call a "shell company", which means it has no business operations. It's kinda like a car with no engine or transmission. Some people like to buy these shells in the hopes that some other company will come along any put their engine/business into this public vehicle. If they do, it could be a very nice gain. Gonna take pure patience no matter what. Guess you could pass time hanging out with us and make a few friends in the process.

I am a new member based in the UK, my father passed away and in his personal file I found documents about stockholder meetings for the Light Manangement Group.
I am not sure if he owned any stocks in LMG but can anyone advise me the best way to find out.

One thing for sure, Mark did not leave lmgr if there were any prospect of making money. I would bet there is very little (less than 1%) to no chance for success here. imo, doesn't look promising.

Not that I know of. Just makes me hopefully that we will still see a filing out of nowhere.

Not over, just grey for now. Good thing to remember is that this stock is still listed with the SEC, and so would be a much easier stock to uplist.

I play clean, I play fair, and I provide info to anyone and everyone who asks, to help them make informative decisions on their investments, whether to buy in, or to sell off. Sometimes the best play is the one you lost less money than you were worried about.....I will provide info, good or bad, to help people.....

And you deserve the kudos. That kind of board you've created deserves a lot of attention, when you consider all the scams, both in company and in management, we have to wade through daily.
