$LQWC Lifequest Subsidiary Biopipe Global and Hydros Agritech, Inc. Announce Joint Venture to Market Biopipe’s Onsite 100% Sludge Free Biological Sewage Wastewater Treatment System in North America
Press Release | 08/11/2020
RIDGEFIELD PARK, NJ, Aug. 11, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NEWMEDIAWIRE ? LIFEQUEST WORLD CORP (LQWC ) subsidiary Biopipe Global, which developed the world’s only highly scalable onsite sludge and chemical free sewage wastewater treatment technology, and Hydros Agritech, Inc. (Hydros), located in California, have signed a definitive agreement to create a joint venture that will market Biopipe in North America, Caribbean, and US territories.
Patrick McLafferty, CEO of Hydros, said, “Our joint venture will market and install the Biopipe system in the U.S., British Columbia, and certain Caribbean countries and US territories. We have already begun the process of installing and commissioning the first plant at a campground in Napa Valley. This plant will serve as a reference site and give impetus to active marketing in Northern California first before going nationwide. The Biopipe system offers unique opportunities for wineries (640 in California) and food processors to eliminate the use of septic systems and evaporation ponds for high strength nutrient wastewater. The system is cost-effective, compact and will allow reuse of agricultural process water, reduce groundwater nutrient pollution, and air emissions from pond-based systems currently in use. In certain applications, it will assist in returning agricultural lands to productive use.”
Enes Kutluca, CEO of Biopipe, commented, “We are delighted to announce this joint venture with Hydros, a company that has extensive experience with wastewater treatment and a significant presence in California. We are confident that we will meet the strict discharge standards of California Water Boards, the recognized leader in regional water quality control. A successful outcome with one of the strictest water resource control boards in the U.S. will be instrumental as we seek to expand into other States. We have been working remotely with the Hydros team to install and commission the first plant. Biopipe has the potential to disrupt the septic tank market in the U.S. and we are looking forward to working on this and other projects with the Hydros team.”

$LQWC Lifequest Subsidiary Biopipe Global Enters The United States With Shipment of Its Revolutionary 100% Sludge-Free Biological Onsite Sewage Wastewater Treatment Plant to California
Press Release | 07/09/2020
Ridgefield Park, New Jersey, July 09, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NEWMEDIAWIRE -- LIFEQUEST WORLD CORP (LQWC) subsidiary Biopipe Global, which developed the world’s only highly scalable onsite sludge and chemical free sewage wastewater treatment technology, shipped its first plant to California with a capacity of 10m3/day (2,640 gallons/day). The plant will be installed at a campground in Southern California.
Enes Kutluca, the CEO of Biopipe, said, “Due to Covid-19, this is the first fully assembled and ready to install plant we have shipped from Turkey. We have an excellent engineering partner on the ground to install and commission the plant in the near future. We have implemented a new process with our manufacturer, PIMTAS, which will allow us to ship ready-to-install systems with capacity ranging from 2m3/day to 15m3/day. We also recognize that California Water Board (CWB) is one of the toughest water regulators in the world and we are confident that we will meet the effluent discharge standards set by CWB.”
Max Khan, the President & CEO of Lifequest, said, “Given our focus on Asia and Africa, we did not intend to enter the USA market until 2021 due to all the regulatory hurdles and certifications that are required. But due to strong inquiries from various parts of the country, we decided to start with the toughest state. California faces an intractable water crisis and the recycling of wastewater is the only way out. Our BIOPIPE system is an effective solution for onsite wastewater treatment because it produces non-potable water that can be reused. USA in general, but California in particular, represents an enormous opportunity.”

RIDGEFIELD PARK, N.J., June 11, 2020
RIDGEFIELD PARK, N.J., June 11, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- LIFEQUEST WORLD CORP (LQWC) subsidiary Biopipe Global, with its unique sludge and chemical free sewage treatment technology, shipped two plants to Bangladesh from Turkey, in spite of Covid-19 disruption, which shut down procurement from our primary manufacturer in India. 75m3/day plant is for one of Bangladesh's largest industrial groups and the 275m3 is for a government project.
Enes Kutluca, the CEO of Biopipe said, "We are extremely pleased to get these shipments out in spite of disruption of our entire supply chain due to Covid-19. We carefully planned for the potential of such disruption by having complete capabilities in India and Turkey and this has paid off. We can serve our clients from two countries."
Max Khan, the President & CEO of Lifequest said, "the last three months have been extraordinarily difficult for our team, customers and shareholders and first and foremost everyone's health is most important to us. During the lockdown, we focussed on strengthening our operational and engineering processes so we can turn around orders faster and make it easier to train our partners. As lockdowns have begun to lift, we are seeing pickup in our sales pipeline activity and expect orders to be greenlighted in the near futures."

BioPipe Global Corp is a wholly owned subsidiary of LQWC. BioPipe’s core focus is on decentralized wastewater reclamation using eco-friendly technologies. This is the process of converting wastewater for reuse and to meet strict local discharge standards.
Traditional centralized wastewater treatment systems are expensive, energy-intensive and chemical-dependent. The world is seeking sustainable solutions through decentralized wastewater treatment which “get back to nature” while using 21st century technologies and management.
Reuse may include irrigation of gardens and agricultural fields or replenishing surface water and groundwater. Reused water may also be directed toward fulfilling certain needs in residences (e.g. toilet flushing), businesses and industry, and where necessary, treated to reach drinking water standards.
The reuse of wastewater has long been established as critically important for irrigation, especially in arid countries. According to the World Bank, there will be a 40 percent global shortfall between supply and demand of water by 2030. And by 2025, approximately 1.8 billion people will be living in regions with “absolute water scarcity.” The World Bank also estimates that 70 percent of water use today is for agriculture. A projected global population of 9 billion by 2050 is expected to require a 60 percent increase in agricultural production and a 15 percent increase in water withdrawals. Recycled water can meet some of this need, benefited by the nutrient content inherent in wastewater. And only mid-range treatment levels would be required, as irrigation can be accomplished while minimizing the potential for human contact with the recycled water. Reusing wastewater as part of sustainable water management allows water to remain as an alternative water source for human activities. This can reduce scarcity and alleviate pressures on groundwater and other natural water bodies. At the nexus between unusable wastewater and clean water, lies BioPipe:
BioPipe is a revolutionary wastewater treatment system.
Patented in 55 countries, Biopipe is a highly scalable, eco-friendly and extremely cost-effective wastewater treatment with a broad installed base. It is the planet’s first biological wastewater treatment system where the process takes place entirely inside the pipe and
The first biological wastewater treatment pipe!
Wastewater Tank
Store the inorganic waste and wastewater.
Circulation Pump
Separate the organic materials and to propel water into Biopipe.
Biopipe
Biopipe bacteria engages with pollutants and eliminates them from wastewater. Air is automatically vacuumed by the pressure difference in order to allow aerobic bacteria to further treat the wastewater.
Cartridge Filter
Wastewater then passes through a cartridge filter or equivalent and a UV filter to complete the treatment. The treated water can then be used directly or stored in a clean water tank.
Waste water treatment for solids separation and flotation technology (SSF).
The Abrimix process has been developed to provide rapid accelerated results within the application the technology has been installed. The technology utilises and maximises certain key principles of engineering and chemistry to attain the achieved desired results.
The combination of the two key principals has enabled Abrimix to successfully achieve the results consistently whilst outperforming equivalent conventional marketed equipment as shown within the examples of various application results achieved by Abrimix.
