is that you Chris?
Still waiting on years end results. It's only May. So they screwed up 2018 numbers. I;m sure they blame it on the crook they were made to fire as the sacrificial lamb. I would also bet when they hit $4, they were audited, insiders dumped and this tanked into the $2 range.
They missed the 15th. This has gone from $4 to $3. This can't be good.
Good to see the lame SEC is finally eyeing them. Looks like they sacrificed the No. 2 in charge to settle. They paid off Camac. 600k and a couple of board seats. Wonder what their real goal is? Is this quarter going to suck? Or is this selling a head fake?
Well its safe to say why the volume has increased...there goes a lot of that free stock insiders gave themselves!! Interesting how a chunk came to the market prior to the announcement. One down...who's next?
ROFLMFAO
you guys are conveniently overlooking the news regarding the misdeeds of Spencer & Busshaus.....

Liberated Syndication Announces Date Of Special Meeting Why Reno? Trying to keep everyone away.
they apparently don't know about the blood-sucking management
I'm a stayin' Endo. The Villain's have the opportunity, if they have the intelligence, to either sell or merge this Lil' Cash Cow. Unlike Wizzy, I've not seen the pimps dump. Their continually trying to accumulate more by any means. What concerns me is why they haven't done anything regarding their plans to reverse split and/or so called, NASDAQ listing. I'd love to see LSYN off the "Bulletin Board", allowing the Big Board firms the ability to trade/make markets in it. Most BD's have their $5 rule and margin requirements. My opinion is, Mgmt is trying to load up before, and while they can. However, those who hesitate....
Should I stay or should I go? Wait for the special meeting to see what plays out with these 2 greedy villans at the helm. Or wait for more Podcast consolidation? What will drive this up?
They filed a complaint in the Clark County district court yesterday. They want access to the contact info for all non objective shareholders.
I was scanning court site for a complaint against another company and happen to see this one. What’s the story? Are they attempting a takeover of some sort?
Forget, just saw the filings on the top of the page.
Any new info on Camac? Think they might be bought off to go away?
I price in worst case scenario.
how does one value a company whose mgmt sucks out all the profit via salaries & bonuses?
I'm looking for .065 to .07 for the quarter

I owned/traded FAB several times. Given that it was a Spencer scheme, I thought the symbol was oh so appropriate: FU.
I can't remember the specifics of my exit, but it was while the shares were still trading.
I actually laughed out loud on that one. Do you have any FAB shares or did you at some point? If you have advice on how you got rid of yours or how you are planning to dump any that you own, I'd appreciate it. Someone must have come up with a solution to this problem.
send them to Spencer and tell him to stick them up his ass.....
just a thought...
How to sell FAB shares.
Realizing I still have FAB shares after the LSYN shares were spun. They are worthless and I put a sell order with my broker so that I can take the loss and offset some of the gains on LSYN shares. But, there is almost no trading activity on FAB. Does anyone here have suggestions on good ways or places to sell FAB shares? I feel like I'm stuck in a tax law twilight zone where I have something worthless but can't take a loss on it.
Hell, Camac might just get the 67% to oust the crew. I always thought 50.1% could get it done! Having their atty on the board might construe a conflict of interest. I see legal fees in the future paid for by we all know who
Spencer is showing what kind of sleazeball he truly is...
Thanks Endo! Time to shake out the crooks!!

Libsyn has a new agreement with Entercom, a leading media and entertainment company and one of the two largest radio broadcasters in the United States ?? to distribute Libsyn podcasts on RADIO.COM, Entercom’s integrated digital platform #CueHappyDance
You knew before it was out. How did u know it was .05?
The largest independent podcast host Libsyn has released its Q1 earnings report. Libsyn’s podcast revenue increased by 16% to $3.3m (and, including Pair Networks, the company got $6.28m in revenue, up 24% year-on-year). Libsyn now hosts 62,000 shows (and 4.9m media files); it claims it’s responsible for around 35% of the Apple Podcasts top 200, and delivered over 5.1 billion downloads in 2018.
Hmmm...so it looks like they're saying .05+ per share in earnings for the quarter?
it's better than trusting Spencer...
Should we trust Camac?
I have tried to research Camac partners and their track record as activist investers seems mixed. Is there a good reason why we should trust them any more than existing management?
It's about time. Reign in these 2 overpaid bozos and get rid of their crony board. I hope Camac partners win this one. They have my vote.
smells like spencer to me
sounds like Spencer to me....
Dilution of shares to 35 million to line their pockets. Not shareholder friendly. No quarter breakdown, because sales flat. Paid a half million each. What next?
I agree. It is pretty shady to extend the deadlines for missed rewards. One hopes they have cleaned up their act since FUBU days, but this kind of thing makes me very wary and it is the reason I hold them at only 4% of my portfolio, even though their numbers look great.
My Calculations were off by a penny. I figured .14, but good numbers. Concerned about awards being redone because they say one thing and it turns out another. Each WZE, FUTU, FABU insider was given a substantial kiss with regards to LSYN. Non performance shouldn't be used for extension! As a shareholder, I've waited because of their incentive bonuses...where's my reward? Disappointed advertising revenues were down, but was glad they too know this, and are attempting to rectify. These again, are the first full year of numbers using both LSYN and PAIR. I'll give them another quarter which I feel will give me better guidance for long term decision. I'll leave it at the fact, my personal stock is 25x cheaper than any insider

In fact, 2018 is on track to be the best year yet for podcasting as a medium and industry. According to the IAB and PriceWaterhouseCooper industry revenue grew an explosive 85% from 2016 to 2017. Friedman believes “there is a lot of explosive growth left. That kind of growth is not behind us.”
As the audience broadens and producers create more top-quality entertainment and news content that appeals to an increasingly mainstream audience, the future is looking brighter than ever. Looking even further into the future, Diehn maintains podcasting is going to replace talk radio and SiriusXM in the next 3 – 5 years.
“I wasn’t certain of this a few years ago,” he notes, “but now I am.”
