Pro-Hamas Protests Funded by Biden’s Own Political Donors
JOEL B. POLLAK 5 May 2024 3:51
(Tech titan Bill Gates is part of this... and people wonder why I do as much as possible manually.
I don't trust programmers, especially the ones behind arti-FAKE intelligence. I'll do my own thinking, thank you.)
The pro-Palestinian, antisemitic protests on university campuses across the nation are funded by President Joe Biden’s own political donors — which could explain why he hesitates to condemn them and won’t investigate them.
Biden equivocated last month when asked to react to the protests, saying that he condemned the antisemitism but also condemned those “who don’t understand what’s going on with the Palestinians,” which puzzled observers.
Research by NGO Monitor and others into the donors behind the protests has turned up familiar names from the Democratic Party bankroll — including George Soros’ Open Society Foundations and other liberal philanthropies.
Biden’s Department of Justice has notably refused to investigate the civil rights abuses being committed by the “encampments” — against Jews, journalists, and others — and has also refused to consider RICO conspiracy charges.
Biden can’t condemn antisemitism without protecting the perpetrators by condemning whatever it is they claim to be victims of. But regardless — why not go further? Where are the civil rights investigations, the RICO prosecutions? He’s protecting his donors https://t.co/V9P8jSxk6n

Fake media, fake claims of 'fraud' directed at President Trump
By Jack Hellner
This is all a bad joke and it shows how corrupt the media, the Justice system, and other Democrats are. They have set out to destroy Trump since before he took office, They can't stand the thought of someone giving the power, money and freedom back to the people.
This article actually has nothing to do with Trump, yet that is all the public will see.
Trump Media’s accounting firm charged with ‘massive fraud’
BF Borgers, Trump Media & Technology Group’s independent accounting firm, was charged by the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday with widespread fraud and accused of operating a “sham audit mill.”
The SEC made no allegation of wrongdoing against Truth Social owner Trump Media (DJT), which is not mentioned in the charges from the regulator.
The SEC accused BF Borgers of “deliberate and systemic failures,” including “fabricating” audit documentation and falsely representing to clients its work would comply with accounting standards.
The agency described this as “massive” fraud taking place between January 2021 and June 2023 that impacted more than 1,500 SEC filings and more than 500 public companies.
The CPA firm made 1,500 fraudulent filings that involved 500 public companies that did not include Truth Social, yet somehow the only company listed in the article was Trump's that certainly didn't have an SEC filing in the time period involved.
Maybe Reuters could tell us who the 500 companies are so the public knows.
Reuters clearly didn't care. The sole purpose of the headline and article was to interfere in the election.
Isn't it pathetic that this firm was so fraudulent and yet somehow the SEC is so incompetent that it didn't file charges until after Trump's company went public?
The fraud trial in New York against Trump earlier was a joke because there were no victims, and the current trial against Trump over accounting issues in a hush money payment flap is a joke because there is no crime.
In the future, maybe the Justice Department and New York could make sure that no political candidate tries to do anything that hides information from the public that may be embarrassing.
The list of things that most of the media has intentionally hidden from the public about candidates who they campaign for would be immeasurable.
Think of:
John F. Kennedy, LBJ, Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and Joe Biden for a short list of people the media has protected.
Bill and Hillary didn't write checks to the "bimbos" to prevent their "eruptions." They sent out people to destroy them. Paula Jones was effectively called trailer trash by the very pleasant Clinton campaign operative, James Carville.
Thank goodness there were no recordings of these Democrats using the word "p****." That seems to be the word that is now unacceptable. Alvin Bragg, other prosecutors, and the media seem to believe they can get a guilty plea because Trump used the word around twenty years ago. I hope the jury isn't that stupid.
The media and other Democrats just pretend they are offended by the word.
This is all a bad joke and it shows how corrupt the media, the Justice system, and other Democrats are. They have set out to destroy Trump since before he took office, They can't stand the thought of someone giving the power, money and freedom back to the people.
They interfere in elections every day as they seek to protect their fiefdom. It is a joke that people like Al Gore, John Kerry, Michael Bloomberg, and Nancy Pelosi got medal of freedom awards when all of them are seeking to take away our freedoms every day! They fly in private jets while they tell us that we can't drive gas cars or use gas appliances.

Judge Makes Ruling About Suspensions Of Arrested Anti-Israel Agitators
https://truthpress.com/news/judge-makes-ruling-about-suspensions-of-arrested-anti-israel-agitators/
A judge in Arizona has denied a motion that would have lifted the suspension of twenty students arrested last week amid anti-Israel protests.
The U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona denied the Arizona State University students’ motion to have their college suspensions lifted on Friday, according to local outlet ABC 15.
The defendants filed the lawsuit against the Arizona Board of Regents on Tuesday, alleging that their suspension from ASU is causing “irreparable harm” due to their inability to enroll in classes.
The students, who are charged with trespassing, also alleged that the suspensions violate their First Amendment rights.
Approximately 72 individuals were arrested on Apr. 26 and taken into custody while continuing protests on the Arizona State University campus.
Police officers cleared the Old Main lawn area overnight — those arrested included both students and faculty.
Judge John Tuchi ruled that the students did not provide sufficient evidence that their First Amendment rights had been violated.
He also ruled that there was insufficient evidence that the university’s suspension of students was causing “irreparable harm.” The trespassing charges at the heart of the lawsuit have yet to be brought to court.
Students and faculty have demanded the university drop any charges against the protesters with ongoing demonstrations since the arrests.
Another institution of higher learning in the state — the University of Arizona — is embroiled in its own struggle to suppress protesters occupying areas of the campus.
University president Robert C. Robbins said in a May 1 statement that he directed university officials, campus police, Tucson Police and the Pima County Sheriff’s Office to “immediately enforce campus use policies and all corresponding laws without further warning.”
State troopers were seen on campus with pepper ball guns and gas masks. Demonstrators were initially given a 10:30 p.m. deadline to leave or face arrest, although arrests did not begin until much later.
Biden Isn’t Joking, and Fetterman Wins a New Hashtag
When will Hollywood ever learn that the Midwest is not under its influence?
by Sarah Cowgill | May 5, 2024
President Joe Biden lit another dumpster fire by calling two allies “xenophobic,” and another Hollyweird actor alienated the entire Midwest by claiming he knew how heartlanders think politically. The use of force in voter identification had Americans saying, “how ironic.” And, love him or hate him, Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) is making more sense than ever.
Biden Vision Quest Dimly Lit
If the president isn’t making up stories about Corn Pop, Uncle Bosey and the dreaded New Guinea Cannibals, or his blue-collar stint as an over-the-road trucker, he’s busy hurling insults at random voters or world leaders. Biden doesn’t seem to read his audience very well before throwing one of his signature temper tantrums. Instead, as has become his custom, the president just lets something harmful fly without reflection and leaves his aides scrambling to clean up the mess. Unfortunately for him, his trusted staff is no better at delivering the necessary explanations.
On the very first day of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, at a fundraiser, Joe delivered these remarks: “Why is China stalling so badly economically? Why is Japan having trouble? Why is Russia? Why is India? Because they’re xenophobic. They don’t want immigrants.”
The fundraiser was hosted by Sen. Tammy Duckworth (D-IL) and US Trade Representative Katherine Tai, among other notables. It took a widely inappropriate turn with Biden’s remarks; it was probably embarrassing to Duckworth and Tai, but it was also a tragic move for ally diplomacy.
The Japanese Embassy issued a mild rebuke:
“It is unfortunate that some of the comments were not based on an accurate understanding of Japan’s policies. We have raised this point to the US government and explained Japan’s positions and policies once again.”
White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was handed the mop, but she only made it worse: “Look, he, I think he was – look, the president was very clear. I think that …” and her one-sentence rambling explanation was interrupted when a reporter stated: “He wasn’t very clear. That is why we are asking you.”
KJP tried to rally, bless her heart, with another version: “I’m explaining what he was talking about and how he was – what he was focusing on in those comments – country of immigrants, it makes us stronger, and it is important to be very clear about that. And the president’s always going to be really clear on speaking on issues that matter to the American people.”
“I’m surprised she didn’t blame Trump and then say no more questions, which is her usual response,” wrote Phil Paulson of Milwaukee. But perhaps Bernie Taylor was coming to her defense when he pointed out: “Listening to Biden is like trying to understand Ozzy [Osbourne] recite old McDonald had a farm.”
Tone Deaf Daniels
Another actor has come forward in the waning days of his career to irritate heartlanders and flyover folks with political commentary. In an appearance on a big box media cable show, Jeff Daniels claimed he knew how middle America felt about the upcoming 2024 presidential election.
“He’s a bad Willy Loman. It’s the fraud. It’s the emperor has clothes, we get that. I’m not talking about the people on the right, MAGA, they’re going to go. People on the left are there, but it’s the people in the middle, in the middle of the country, not the Hollywood liberals. It’s the Midwestern independents who are sitting there listening.”
“I know this is costing him where I live in Michigan. This is costing him votes,” Daniels added. “I know Republicans who went with Trump to get their tax cuts and then maybe it’s DeSantis, and then it was Nikki Haley, and now they’re throwing up their hands. What everybody wants is decency. They want respect again.”
Mike Patrick, of Fulton, MO, gave him a nod, saying: “He should know about Midwesterners. On his flights between the east coast and west coast, he flies over them all the time.”
In Monroe, NC, John Simpson could not resist: “Dang, and all this time I just thought he was playing a part in Dumb & Dumber…never would’ve thought he was just being himself!” Daniels was once asked how he played the part of Harry Dunne in the cult classic, and he replied: “Don’t act dumb. Be dumb.” Daniels continued, “I determined that he had an IQ of 8.” It seems some Midwesterners likely now believe that’s true.
Wesley Bond in Davison, MI, gave a serious retort: “Wrong, we are sick of the current administration’s anti-American policies, open borders, and support for ‘woke.’” But Nick Karavalos in Champaign, IL, brought us back: “That is the most tone-deaf statement in the history of stuuuupid statements.”
“Can’t Find a Betterman”
On Thursday, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed a bill banning lab-grown meat in the Sunshine State. The governor released a statement saying Florida is: “fighting back against the global elite’s plan to force the world to eat meat grown in a petri dish or bugs to achieve their authoritarian goals. Our administration will continue to focus on investing in our local farmers and ranchers, and we will save our beef.”
As global elite Bill Gates put it, “I do think all rich countries should move to 100% synthetic beef. You can get used to the taste difference, and the claim is they’re going to make it taste even better over time. Eventually, that green premium is modest enough that you can sort of change the [behavior of] people or use regulation to totally shift the demand.”
Oh, Hell no. That’s just creepy – and Sen. John Fetterman agrees. “Pains me deeply to agree with Crash-and-Burn Ron, but I co-sign this,” he posted on X. “As a member of @SenateAgDems and as some dude who would never serve that slop to my kids, I stand with our American ranchers and farmers.”
A few flyover folks advised the man to get a bodyguard. In Gray, TN, Ron Wise was concerned: “I see a Russian collusion charge in his future.” Another conservative, Ron Thompsen of Crescent City, IL, applauded the man, saying: “When he was running for office, there was almost nobody that thought he would do well, and I was one of them being from the other side of the aisle. Since he has been serving in the Senate, he is standing up for the citizens, not only from PA but for the common people of the USA.” He went even further: “Thanks, Senator Fetterman.”
“He just keeps getting better and better,” mused Debbie Ritz Stricker in Queen Creek, AZ, “he has more brains than the whole D party.”
And just like that, a new hashtag was created: #Betterman.
“Stinkin’ Badges”
Former UK Prime Minister Boris ‘BoJo’ Johnson learned firsthand that some of his enacted policies are working quite well for the constituency. He was turned away at a polling station on Thursday, May 2, because he did not have acceptable photo identification and fell short of the rules his government instituted just two years past.
In Cedar Rapids, IA, Dustin Smith had a dream: “Good. The rules are being enforced. Not like in the USA where it seems to be rules for thee but not for me.”

Manchin Gets Rolled Again With New Permitting Streamlining Measures
Gee, anyone else not surprised?...........al
David Blackmon
May 05, 2024
In case you missed it, the White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) rolled out measures designed to streamline permitting for energy projects last week. You might think that would make Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) happy given that he surrendered every bit of political leverage he formerly possessed in August, 2022 to become the deciding vote to pass the Orwellian Inflation Reduction Act based on the promise from Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi they would help him pass a bill to speed up such permitting.
But the folks at the Institute for Energy Research (IER) describe Manchin as being “livid” about the new permitting rules. Why? Oh, you know what’s coming, don’t you? Of course you do.
The reason for Manchin’s latest fit of pique is simple: CEQ’s new rules will apply only to energy projects helping the Democrat party’s rent-seeking client industries - wind, solar, and stationary batteries.
Here’s an excerpt from IER’s excellent analysis on the matter:
The White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) finalized a rule changing the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) to streamline permitting for infrastructure for renewable energy and transmission projects. NEPA, a 1969 law that requires environmental reviews for major projects, is a frequent focus of litigation that can delay construction for years. According to Biden’s CEQ, the Bipartisan Permitting Reform Implementation Rule will facilitate agencies moving faster on permits for infrastructure that can help the environment, thus ruling out fossil fuel projects which supply about 80 percent of the nation’s total energy. The rule sets deadlines and page limits for environmental reviews and establishes one lead agency to handle such reviews.
As part of the rule’s review process, climate impacts have to be considered as well as environmental justice — the movement to assist disadvantaged areas — and outreach to those places must be conducted. Biden’s regulation also reverses parts of the 2020 NEPA rule changes, implemented by the Trump administration, that opponents argued made it more difficult for communities to engage in the environmental review process and “attempted to curtail judicial review” of permitting decisions.
Past attempts to provide streamlining of NEPA have been met with outrage and hyperbole from environmental groups, including groups accusing legislative initiatives of “gutting” NEPA and “dismantling” the Act. Apparently because the CEQ changes support the politically correct renewable energy for which these groups advocate, as well as the new transmission these sources require, the groups have not waged their normal campaigns against the reforms.
According to the CEQ, the new rule “fully implements” new permitting efficiencies the administration and Congress agreed to last summer when Congress passed the Fiscal Responsibility Act to raise the federal debt ceiling, including “setting clear deadlines for agencies to complete environmental reviews, requiring a lead agency and setting specific expectations for lead and cooperating agencies, and creating a unified and coordinated federal review process.”
According to some members of Congress, however, the final rule reneges on the debt ceiling deal, and they believe that it will extend—not reduce—the time it takes to get traditional energy infrastructure projects, like oil and gas pipelines, built. Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV), chairman of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, in particular, said the White House “disregarded” the deal, “corrupting it with their own radical agenda.” He vowed to lead a Congressional Review Act resolution of disapproval “to get back to the deal that they cut with Congress and signed into law.” According to Republican state attorneys general, it constitutes “a dramatic example of federal and administrative overreach.”
[End]
So, once again, Joe Manchin, having surrendered every bit of political leverage he once possessed in a deal with the Devil (Schumer and Pelosi) finds himself getting rolled by the people to whom he surrendered.
Seriously: Is there anyone other than Manchin who didn’t see this all coming once he had given the Devil what he was after?
That is all.

Disgraced Former CNN Anchor Chris Cuomo, Who Advocated for the COVID Vaccine, Publicly Admits for the First Time to Suffering from a COVID Vaccine Injury (VIDEO)
by Jim H?ft May. 4, 2024 1:40 pm
Disgraced former CNN anchor and vaccine pusher Chris Cuomo disclosed for the first time that he has been suffering from side effects he attributes to the COVID-19 vaccine.
This admission came during an in-depth interview with nurse practitioner Sean Barcavage, who was also featured in a New York Times article discussing similar vaccine-related injuries.
Barcavage shared his alarming experience with vaccine side effects that began just minutes after receiving his first dose in 2020. Symptoms included heart palpitations upon standing, numbness, and persistent tingling that quickly spread from his arm to his face and eyes, which got worse after his second dose.
“We know that vaccines can have unintended consequences, a.k.a. side effects… But nobody’s really talking about it because they’re too afraid of blame, and they just want it to go away,” Cuomo said.
“But the problem is people like Sean and me and millions of others who still have weird stuff with their bloodwork and their lives and their feelings physically are not going away,” Cuomo added.
“As soon as I was injured—15, 20 minutes into my first dose—I experienced numbness and tingling up and down my injected arm, which spread over the day to my face and my eyes. I consulted a neurologist who ran some tests and remarked, ‘Well, this is all new. We don’t know much about it, but the hospital is going to mandate it. You should get a second dose.’ Everything in my medical mind and in my bones was telling me, ‘No, if you have a reaction to something, don’t do it again,'” Barcavage said.
“However, the pressure was immense. Then, three weeks later, I received a second dose, and after that, everything blew up. I went from being a healthy, 100% healthy, fully functioning nurse to a complete downward spiral of health. I developed a myriad of symptoms,” he added.
Barcavage expressed his disappointment with the lack of support from various health agencies and from vaccine manufacturers.
“I thought there would be people ready to help me after my injury,” he explained. “I reached out to political representatives, the NIH, the CDC, the FDA, but I received no answers. No one wanted to touch it.”
With medical professionals in the U.S. offering no assistance, Barcavage took his quest international, sending blood samples to Germany, where he found scientists willing to aid his investigation.
“I sent blood samples to Germany and connected with German scientists who were more willing to help than those in my own country. The tests showed I had developed several autoantibodies, some of which scientists believe are related to this positional tachycardia you mentioned, where my heart rate spikes every time I stand up.”
“My autoantibodies resemble those seen in people with long COVID, although I never contracted the virus. This was confirmed through immunological studies of my blood. They found no viral antibodies,” Barcavage said.
Barcavage expressed his expectation of support from his pro-vaccine colleagues, who he believed would assist him in his time of need. Instead, he encountered a starkly different reality.
“I thought my pro-vaccine colleagues who championed me would lift me up and help me. Instead, they turned around, dismissed, denied, and tried to censor and bury me,” Barcavage said.
His situation, he argues, is exacerbated by the political implications of vaccine side effects. “They’re afraid that by showing my face, I’ll drive vaccine hesitancy. But what they don’t realize, and what I have come to realize, is that the censorship and concealment are actually fueling vaccine hesitancy,” he added.
Barcavage critiqued the Biden regime’s handling of vaccine reactions, suggesting that a more transparent approach acknowledging the novel nature of vaccines and setting up dedicated support programs could have fostered public trust.
“If the government had just said, ‘Hey, these are novel vaccines. There will be reactions. Let’s set up a program to handle them, establish a fund, and oblige the manufacturers to provide help or research,’ I think the citizens would have appreciated that.”
Barcavage, along with many Americans, experienced censorship on major social platforms, where his posts were often tagged as misinformation. “When I tried to reach out online, platforms like Facebook and Instagram would tag my messages as misinformation. Yes, that’s right. I’m just a desperate person to whom something bad happened, and I’m reaching out and pleading for help,” he said.
Cuomo, who was part of the censorship regime, admitted to Barcavage that he also suffering from side effects he attributes to the COVID-19 vaccine.
“Sean, I can’t help you because I’m no clinician. I’m sick myself. But I’m working with people who are working on this, so I’ll make sure that we’re in touch right after the show, and I’ll help any way I can. You may be ahead of me. I’ll connect you with my clinicians, and maybe you can share different protocols and things that may help. But I will never stop reporting on this. All I’m doing is just beating the drum for a 9/11-style commission to figure out what worked and what didn’t and what questions need to be answered because it’s not over,” Cuomo said.

The irony and karma here are incredible. The New York Times and Chris Cuomo, who finds himself among those affected, are now acknowledging and reporting issues many have voiced concerns about for the past three years.
It can be recalled Chris Cuomo mocked and insulted anyone who refused to take the experimental vaccine.
In 2021, Chris Cuomo and Republican Texas state Rep. Michael Burgess engaged in a heated debate over the COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy that is prevalent among some members of the GOP and conservative media.
“You’re OK with this kind of jackassery that has absolutely led to a deficiency among Republican people in this country taking the vaccine, and now they’re getting sick? And now we’re seeing what we see at the hospitals. And now the age is reducing and the variant is spreading. You’re OK with this?” Cuomo asked.
“The people showing up at the hospital who are very sick are, almost without exception, unvaccinated. The people who are dying, 99 percent, are unvaccinated. You have people who are connected to your political party that you are not speaking out against who are telling people not to take it. You’re OK with that?” he added.
Burgess responded, “Don’t listen to people on political talking shows. That’s not where you should get your medical information.” When Cuomo queried about the stance of GOP members of Congress who discourage vaccination, Burgess firmly stated, “I’m telling you to take it, so buy that. What about people who say otherwise? Well, they’re wrong. Take the vaccine if you’re in the age group where you could be devastated by the illness.”

START THE COURT MARTIAL PROCEEDINGS: DC National Guard Whistleblower Alleges Trump’s Commander-in-Chief Powers Were Revoked by Military Brass During January 6 Capitol Riot
by Jim Hoft May. 4, 2024 8:00 am
in April the House Subcommittee on Oversight held a hearing with National Guard whistleblowers who stepped forward to correct the media lies and dishonest narrative by Democrats on the January 6 protests and riots.
Four members of the National Guard testified that they were ready to be deployed on January 6 but THE PENTAGON held them back!
This directly brings General Milley’s actions into question!
Kash Patel tipped us off last month that there were more reports like this coming.
National Guard whistleblowers: Command Sgt. Major Michael E. Brooks, Colonel Earl G. Matthews, Aaron Dean Retired, and Captain Timothy Nick stepped forward and testified before Congress to correct the record on January 6.
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, former Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Washington DC Mayor Muriel Bowser were both warned about the security situation prior to January 6th, and both turned down National Guard troops at the US Capitol that day.
Pelosi and Mayor Muriel Bowser turned down thousands of National Guard troops at the Capitol on January 6 for political reasons.
Chris Wray’s FBI also refused to notify the Trump administration and his cabinet secretaries that they believed there could be violence like the mass protests at the Capitol that took place that day.
Nancy Pelosi also refused the National Guard at the US Capitol due to politics.
Capitol Police Chief Steve Sund said he asked House and Senate security officials for permission to request that the D.C. National Guard be placed on standby in case he needed quick backup. But they both turned him down.
John Solomon from Just The News released an explosive report in 2022 that revealed Capitol Police were first warned about possible violence at the January 6th protests TWO WEEKS before the planned rallies.
Pelosi, Mayor Bowser, and other government officials turned down the National Guard anyway. It is clear they were counting on an “insurrection” to blame on President Trump when they were the ones who allowed the violence to occur and continue that day!
But now there is more disturbing news on the military leadership on January 6th.
Colonel Earl Matthews testifies before Congress that Nancy Pelosi and Military Brass refused to send in National Guard troops on January 6. This was after President Trump called for National Guard backup that day.
According to Colonel Earl Matthews, who testified before Congress in April, US military leaders revoked President Trump’s Commander-in-Chief powers that day and refused to move in the National Guard – because it might look bad.
These military leaders should have been arrested and court martialed.
The Daily Mail reported:
Donald Trump’s authority as commander-in-chief was ignored by senior military leadership on January 6, 2021, claims the chief legal advisor for D.C. National Guard on that day.
Colonel Earl Matthews came forward as a whistleblower to the House subcommittee reviewing the January 6 Select Committee’s investigation.
He sat down with DailyMail.com two weeks after the public hearing to explain what he saw happen that day.
He claims that Mark Milley, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the time, and then-Army Secretary Ryan McCarthy, were plotting to disobey any orders handed down by Trump because they ‘unreasonably’ assumed the then-president was going to break the law and try to use the D.C. National Guard (DCNG) to stop certification of the 2020 presidential election results.
A lot has been made about the breakdown in military and administration communication when it came to the timeline of deploying DCNG to the Capitol.
But Matthews claims senior military leadership was solely focused on getting the heat off of them and putting it back onto Trump.
The Select Committee on the January 6 Attack, Matthews claims, was more than happy to lean into this narrative and blame the entire ordeal on the then-president.
But Matthews says that senior military leadership essentially stripped the president of his authority as commander-in-chief by preemptively planning to go against orders because they didn’t like the optics of uniformed soldiers at the Capitol.
‘I think a very plausible argument can be made that through no fault of his own, President Trump’s command authority over both the D.C. National Guard and the U.S. Army itself had been surreptitiously curtailed by the senior leadership of the Army on January 6, 2021,’ Matthews told DailyMail.com.
He continued: ‘Army leadership had unreasonably anticipated an ‘unlawful order’ from the President, an order that the President had no plans to issue, and were preemptively seeking to curtail his discretion to issue such an order.’

Biden to Let 100,000 Migrants Enroll in Obamacare
https://www.newsmax.com/finance/streettalk/health-care-insurance-migrants/2024/05/03/id/1163349/
Friday, 03 May 2024 06:29 AM EDT
Roughly 100,000 immigrants who were brought to the U.S. as children are expected to enroll in the Affordable Care Act's health insurance next year under a new directive the Biden administration released Friday.
The move took longer than promised to finalize and fell short of Democratic President Joe Biden's initial proposal to allow those migrants to sign up for Medicaid, the health insurance program that provides nearly free coverage for the nation's poorest people.
But it will allow thousands of migrants to access lucrative tax breaks when they sign up for coverage after the Affordable Care Act's marketplace enrollment opens Nov. 1, just days ahead of the presidential election.
While it may help Biden boost his appeal at a crucial time among Latinos, a crucial voting bloc that Biden needs to turn out to win the election, the move is certain to prompt more criticism among conservatives about the president's border and migrant policies.
The action opens up the marketplace to any participant in the Obama-era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, or DACA, many of whom are Latino.
Xavier Becerra, the nation's top health official, said Thursday that many of those migrants have delayed getting care because they have not had coverage.
“They incur higher costs and debts when they do finally receive care," Becerra told reporters on a call. "Making Dreamers eligible to enroll in coverage will improve their health and well-being and strengthen the health and well-being of our nation and our economy.”
The administration's action changes the definition of “lawfully present” so DACA participants can legally enroll in the marketplace exchange.
Then-President Barack Obama launched the DACA initiative to shield from deportation immigrants who were brought to the U.S. illegally by their parents as children and to allow them to work legally in the country. However, the immigrants, also known as “Dreamers,” were still ineligible for government-subsidized health insurance programs because they did not meet the definition of having a “lawful presence” in the U.S.
The administration decided not to expand eligibility for Medicaid for those migrants after receiving more than 20,000 comments on the proposal, senior officials said Thursday. Those officials declined to explain why the rule, which was first proposed last April, took so long to finalize. The delay meant the migrants were unable to enroll in the marketplace for coverage this year.
More than 800,000 of the migrants will be eligible to enroll in marketplace coverage but the administration predicts only 100,000 will actually sign up because some may get coverage through their workplace or other ways. Some may also be unable to afford coverage through the marketplace.
Other classes of immigrants, including asylum seekers and people with temporary protected status, are already eligible to purchase insurance through the marketplaces of the ACA, Obama’s 2010 health care law, often called “Obamacare.”

Nostalgia for the Mud
“Resentful childless harpies unconsciously longing for domination. Why else worship at the altar of Hamas? Why else would it be so overwhelmingly female?” — Dr. Jordan Peterson
Wasn’t it cute how the youngsters who “occupied” Columbia U’s Hamilton Hall — and were busy smashing things up inside — demanded restaurant-grade meals sent in to avert “starvation and dehydration” amongst their dauntless ranks? You could imagine a colossal mommy breast with three hundred nipples descending from the sky over upper Manhattan to nourish them back to action. “Feed me. . . !”
It turns out, actually, that at least half the troops inside were not students at all, but rather semi-pro activists paid up to $7,000 each by George Soros’s Open Society Institute and other overtly insurrection-themed orgs, so you’d think that the troops could afford to load-up their ever-ready backpacks with Clif bars and bottles of Smart Water. The order-in food and beverage gambit suggests we should understand that this is not so much politics as the acting out of a game — which is exactly what you might expect of people who spend more time on video screens than in the real world — in which something like a half-time intermission for refreshments is de rigueur.
Alas, they were not obliged with DoorDash servings of Alitcha (“Ensemble of potatoes, carrots, collard greens, and cabbage baked in turmeric,” $22.30) from the nearby Massawa Ethiopian bistro, or Firecracker Chicken from Junzi Kitchen over on Broadway and 113th Street. And then, when the cops came to roust them out into the big buses now used as paddy-wagons for such events, the occupiers were heard to whine, “I have finals and I need to go home!” You’ve got to wonder how they’ll make out when “Joe Biden” drafts their ass to go fight the Russians out on the Ukrainian buzzard flats, about which the White House is just now sending out early signals.
It has been observed that a clear majority of the pro-Hamas activists are young women — which makes sense considering that they are the largest demographic evincing mental illness on America’s social landscape these days. Thus, they are marching in support of a sect that specializes in the rape, mutilation, and murder of young women like themselves, or at least treats them as chattels, hidden under black bag-like garments. The group psychology on display has more occult angles than any movie by the Wachowski sisters.
Among the marching Columbia students who are not paid outside activists, a few are apparently Jewish, such as spokesperson Johannah King-Slutzky (actual name, hat-tip Alex Berenson, who ID’d her), the winsome creature who complained about the lack of order-in meals at Hamilton Hall. Another observer on “X” who styles himself @J9_ATX identified the syndrome in play as “oppression envy,” among women seeking compensatory validation for occupying such a privileged niche on Planet Earth as a cushy Ivy League college — featuring international cuisine stations in the dining halls — while their third world sisters trudge through the burning sands of Al-Kufra carrying water-jugs on their heads as they dodge the odious “wind scorpions” of the region.
Higher Ed in the USA was already chugging down the suicide track before this spring’s eruption of pro-Hamas fury. The college loan racket (government-backed) had the perverse effect of pumping up tuition costs beyond what even many pretty well-off families could afford, while loading up young people with life-wrecking obligations (debt which “Joe Biden” is now shifting onto the creditors, US tax-payers). Decades of DEI have filled the faculties with incompetents and assorted malcontents teaching fantasy curricula with no real-life value, and burdened the schools with cadres of overpaid diversity busybodies and thought-police. Diversity college presidents are very publicly failing to cope. The whole rotten train is going off the rails.
I’m not at all sanguine that the society we are becoming will need this vast infrastructure for babysitting young adults who could otherwise make themselves useful and productive on-the-ground in lines of work that actually keep civilized life going. This is too self-evident now to belabor, though there is an awful lot of confusion about what kind of society we might become.
I doubt that it is to be the utopia of robots, A-I, and non-stop sexual titillation that the techno-narcissists dream of. Rather, it will be a society struggling to keep too much complex stuff running with insufficient energy resources and capital — that is, a society falling apart, losing knowledge, technical know-how, comfort, and convenience while having a hard time feeding itself.
The campus Hamas zealots ironically (and tragically) represent exactly the sort of rough medievalism that the citizens of Western Civ countries would be chary of sliding into. You’d have to sadly conclude that many young people really can’t take much more Modernity, and are now pretty avid to opt out of it, even as they gaze into the magic, glowing pixels of their iPhone screens.

Danger, danger:
Congress Warns If We Don’t Keep Sending Billions To Ukraine, The War Might End
WASHINGTON, D.C. — Congress issued a dire warning to the American people Friday, sternly reminding voters that if they do not keep sending billions of tax dollars to Ukraine, the war might end.
"This is America. We can't let this happen," said Senator Chuck Schumer in a press conference. "Our donors at Lockheed Martin, General Dynamic, Teledyne, Raytheon, Boeing, Northrop Grumman, and Burisma are running out of patience. If we don't inject their weapon supply chains with fresh cash immediately, Ukraine and Russia might be forced to broker a peace deal."
"I shudder at the thought."
Foreign policy experts concurred that essential defense contractors and Ukrainian shell companies will run out of money to launder within a few weeks, which might force the hands of Russian and Ukrainian leaders to sign a peace treaty and stop slaughtering each other.
"I don't want to imagine a world where people on the other side of the globe aren't killing each other with American weapons," said Secretary of State Blinken. "I urge Congress to put aside their differences and support this endless war. For America."
At publishing time, Republicans had shown willingness to send more funding to Ukraine in exchange for a promise of future conversations to plan potential negotiations to secure the southern border maybe someday.

Howdy Mr. G. Hope you enjoyed this week's taste of summer.
I'm looking forward to the cooler weekend.
Something for everyone in the great northeast.
Take care.
lol... Excellent. Let's hear it for the working man.
Enjoy your weekend, cap.
Hope to see you again next Friday.
Thanks, cap. No legitimate complaints on this end.
Compared to others I know... I'm in great shape for the shape I'm in.
Almost forgot this, been saving it for a few days!
Yes, he was a very wise man.
Ronald Regan was a very wise man:
Hope all is well young lady. It's a good thing I can't post a lot here on certain days. I'd be in trouble with the new world order.
It's unreal what colleges have become Larry. It's such a shame and I feel so bad for the vets who fought for our Country. I can only imagine how they feel about what's going on in this country.
Happy Hour is here again! Howdy, cap.
Always a good day when you stop by.
Keep your powder dry and watch your back.
I learned from a very wise man... If anyone ever comes to you and says we're from the Government and we're here to help.
Run like Hell!
