So, in a "nutshell"..Newegg is merging into LLIT's shares structure via an 1-8 RS & then proceeded with an 30 Million $ offerring. LLIT is selling its biz to a Company in Beging and will no longer exist. Will be interesting to see how this unfolds seeing that the new OS is under 500K, but with a $30 million offerring it's sure to undercut the post RS SP. Tick Tock... I'd say buy @ 40% discount of offerring, and then wait for the pump.
