Name change?! They were supposed to have court on October 18th for the share reduction. They then got an extention for some reason & now - two months later - it's as if they never had a court date to begin with.

ZEN London exchange $579 million market cap
ZENEF Vancouver exchange 13.8 million market cap

I'll just stick with the starter position for now, 15,000 shares was just to put it on my alert... not comfortable diving into this cow pie without more information.

So if Zenith Energy already has one public company on the OTC (granted it is an F out of Canada) why would they want to have another OTC company in the US, since it does cost about $100k per year to run a public company.

And why the discrepancy between GB stock price and US GB $3.20 ...US .06$

We just don’t know when a real catalyst will hit. It was supposed to be 2/3 months ago.

They haven’t mentioned anything about the US business in a long time now.

I only started collecting last week and am still at it and will pick up a few stocks below 0.20 again today and then I will wait patiently. and I don't think anything will happen in the next two weeks. I suspect a lot more in the new year (with luck maybe in January 2024) imo

The damn smallest and best structure of this fantastic shell was the only reason why I started collecting on Friday = stocks like this always rise and if RM comes along and further news, that's my right, but that wasn't the reason why I did I decided to start collecting here! ( I believe them and suspect that they, ...... like most people : " are speculating on the fantasy of a great RM and the fantasy of a great RM along with lots of other news in 2024 and that the company is only at the beginning and want to start over = are also very good reasons from people on the stock market........ BUT I only saw this fantastic little structure and that this stock $CYAP has found its bottom between 0.10 and 0.4 and in the longer term it can $CYAP can easily see several dollars)

On August 23, 2023, JanBella Group, LLC (“JanBella”) sold 100,000 shares of the Company’s Series A Super Voting Preferred Stock (the “Series A Preferred Shares”) to Zenith Energy Ltd. (“Zenith Energy”). Zenith Energy is a British Columbia corporation based in Vancouver, B.C., engaged in energy production projects on three continents, whose shares are traded on the London Stock Exchange and Euronext Oslo.



In the change in control transaction, Zenith Energy acquired the 100,000 Series A Preferred Shares, representing 99.87% of the voting power of the Company, from JanBella for consideration of approximately $398,400, thereby becoming the controlling stockholder of the Company. As part of the transaction, William Alessi, the sole officer and director of the Company, appointed Luca Benedetto, Ippolito Cattaneo, and Dario Sodero as directors of the Company. In addition, Mr. Benedetto was appointed President and Treasurer of the Company and Mr. Cattaneo was appointed as the Company's Secretary. Thereafter, Mr. Alessi resigned as the Company’s sole director and officer.

How come the company hasn't updated us on the new R/M as they were to by end of Oct ? It's been quiet since then. Plus the pps hasn't been moving with almost no volume and having a huge gap btw. bid and the ask.
