Okay, let's get to the bottom of this ...

First, I own CTs, and I want more.

I called my broker two days in a row. They tried checking with different departments like preferred, fixed income, reorg, etc., and got nothing. They put an open order out there with MMs for me and have received no response. The main person I dealt with feels that they are "expired," but I told him that they aren't, and I told him exactly what happened (accidentally delisted, then shoved on grey sheets, and preferred and commons lumped into the big share). I explained to him that they are actually worth something and that it appears that someone is trying to hide them away. He doesn't know what else to do other than just leave an open GTC order out there for me. I told him I would research further and get back to him.

Can Lehman be reached and what is their number? Let's force the issue. I hope that the MMs won't raise the ask to $1.00 or more.

I know what you were told has to be truth...There is no buying or selling now as we are locked down so there is no reason to falsely pump this up....

The big two questions are is this guy knowledgeable and the second question is how much of a divi ????? Pertaining to the first question, he must know something ( the $25.00 is a bargain)...The answer to the second is the most intriging....Heck, One dollar for a dime stock would make most happy and this is lowballing most calculations..... A divi seems inevitable at this point just based on the reading of the law..

Did not ask that but the guy knew what he was talking about all so if you did nott notice their was a 25.00 fee that you don't know you were billed that was the day it went off trading then came back a few days later if you check your billing call in and they will tell you what They told me that's who I found this out today

This stuff about locking the shares of the CT is just weird.

At Fidelity all of my CTs are still locked up, but I just placed an order for some more LHHMQ, and it was accepted.

Even though Fidelity told me that my CTs would return to tradable status two days ago, they are still removed from my control. All because of some clerk somewhere, that can't read.

To pay the dividend is cheaper than 20 percent of the value of the stock. Just a comment.

Dividends are interesting. Prospectuses only allows a five year suspension. Then they would "have" to reinstate the dividends. It up to the Plan Administrator I guess, but its a possibility. So, next stop, September 2013, maybe back to $25 per share 18 months from now, IMHO. Its possible, IMHO.
