Interesting enough $XTRM's North Star Homes commanded by Vinnie Randall Angelos ( who is the registered agent of North Star Developers LLC, where $LGBS owns 50% stake), he and other parties asked in late January the Eagle County to revive a planned community project called SPRING VALLEY which consist of building 12,000 homes, a hotel and restaurants.

Speculation of my part both North Stars companies could develop 15% of those homes, that is, 360 homes per year in a span of 5 years. IMO, that's the reason, they are wating for, before launching the new direction.

No wonder $LGBS, $XTRM AND $AAPJ were so upbeat starting the new year:

However we shareholders have no idea who he is nor the new board he has mentioned to update in both Nevada State and the OTC web site. On the contrary the steady decline of the value of the shares continues, we are almost at 0001.

Please let us know promtly whats going on with $LGBS and what are the new plans also an estimate of
Revenues and gross profits for this year could help greatly.
