Welcome to LEEP, Inc! Home of the LeepCore™ Steel Structural Insulated Panels

As we begin to confront the dramatic challenges of global warming, Green Building has become a necessity, not a luxury. No other construction material exceeds our product in providing a combination of energy conservation, environmental preservation, enhanced protection from unpredictable and worsening weather, and cost effectiveness.

Our Company

The LEEP corporation was formed to produce a better building material, based on combining and improving upon tested and proven products and technologies; a material which is easier and faster for builders to employ, and produces safer, cost effective, green, and reliable buildings and homes.

Our Product

LeepCore sets the new standard for certified strength and reliability in construction of commercial-code walls, roofs, and floors. Structural engineers have been amazed that such a lightweight material (3 lbs/sq. ft.) has such great strength. LeepCore can be used as the only structural component for an entire building.

Our Vision

We set out to revolutionize how homes across the globe by seeking a new standard of value, safety and efficiency. Let’s raise the bar for schools, businesses, and homeowners.

Our Product: LeepCore™ Panels

What it is

LeepCore™ high performance structural panels are truly revolutionary load-bearing, insulated framed or frameless construction panels that can construct freestanding walls, floors and roofs of residential and commercial buildings – all or major elements of a structure’s envelope. Extremely lightweight yet strong enough to exceed the most stringent building codes, LeepCore™ is also among the most energy efficient construction components available.

Building with LeepCore™

LeepCore™ panels can form the load-bearing walls or the entire envelop in permanent or emergency/portable residential, commercial, and retail designs. Its unique properties make structures stronger, lighter, faster to erect and more cost effective and livable than homes and workplaces that use traditional structural materials.

How it works

Patented LeepCore high performance structural panels are formed from class 1 polyurethane insulating foam sandwiched between structurally-shaped steel sheets. Each panel can withstand compression, tensile and shear forces hundreds of times its own weight. Optionally requiring no wood, steel or concrete frames, LeepCore buildings are a virtual Thermos®, maintaining indoor climates while keeping the elements and noise out.

Applications

Single Family Detached

LeepCoreTM construction is fast, affordable and creates a green building that will work with any building code, exterior finish and fit in any neighborhood from affordable to luxury.

Multi-Family

Not only is LeepCoreTM construction cost-effective, LeepCoreTM buildings dramatically reduce energy and maintenance costs and even insurance rates, which means lower costs to landlords, helping to keep rents affordable and increase return on investment.

Schools

Makes the ideal solution to both permanent and portable classroom and academic construction. LeepCoreTM exceeds municipal energy efficiency guidelines, remains mold-free, and creates a pleasant incredibly quiet setting for learning. LeepCoreTM education solutions – whether a single portable classroom or large academic centers – provide permanent classroom benefits in about the time of modular delivery.

Military/NGO

Light weight and easy-to-construct, LeepCoreTM prefabricated structures are ideal for use as command-and-control, medical, logistics and troop quarters in the harshest most remote regions. Additionally, LeepCoreTM structures are virtually soundproof, supporting sensitive communications in command centers and a good night’s sleep when used as quarters – even in close proximity to round-the-clock flight operations.

Emergency/Portable Housing

LEEP has transportable, easily-erected affordable, safe, and comfortable designs. Ideal for federal and state agencies and relief organizations including housing based on standard shipping containers. For example, a full-featured (kitchen, bath, etc.) 480 square foot modular unit ships under international 8’x8’x20’ container cod.

Tiny Homes

There are many benefits to using LeepCore panels for your new tiny home.

ShippingThe standard 480 sq.ft. homes are shipped similarly to 8x8x20 but there is no shipping container to dispose of after arrival which increases efficiency and lowers cost. The units can easily be transported throughout the country or internationally.

AssemblyAfter transportation, assembly can be accomplished by four people with simple tools and no previous experience in 4-6 hours (depending on size). This eliminates the need for a professional contractor to complete the installation.

StructureCustom layouts and sizes can be ordered and shipped or constructed on site. Each home provides the same energy efficiency (R-25), strength, and resistance regardless of size and layout. Each home can be reconfigured and expanded on as well.

Living: The units are suitable for off the grid living with solar panels or other alternative energy as well as connected to a standard electric/plumbing system on a concrete pad. Each home includes a full kitchen, bathroom, and living area.

Our Demand for Quality

Energy Conservation

LeepCore is among the most energy efficient construction components available. A LeepCore building saves 40% or more on heating/cooling costs and the associated precious energy and fossil fuels.

Resistance & Safety

LeepCore buildings are resistant to earthquake and class 5 hurricanes, fire, water damage (rot, mold, and mildew), and termites, rodents and other pests keeping your family safer from the forces of Mother Nature and her creatures. LeepCore releases no compounds or allergens associated with “sick” buildings.

Environmental Impact

Reduced fuel consumption means fewer greenhouse gases. LeepCore uses no increasingly scarce lumber from shrinking forests. LeepCore contains no CFCs or formaldehyde, which could harm the atmosphere of your home and the planet.

Affordability

LeepCore panels are price competitive with other building materials, but erect much faster, substantially reducing construction costs. The LeepCore components of a building can remain nearly maintenance free almost indefinitely, saving dramatically on upkeep over time.
