That .02 is just a default price I see on many new tickers that have never traded, you generally see .02 or 1, it's meaningless. This will essentially be an IPO, so the starting price will be whatever the company and the market maker decide is should be.
IMO best to start it out on the lower end of what they want, then move it higher and generate momentum, than to start high, have no buyers, then continue dropping the price.
This is a ticker that has never traded so historical data is irrelevant and will start out much, much higher than .002, especially with only 38M o/s post f/s.
I haven't done much DD yet but what I've seen thus far I like, it's all going to depend on what they start the trading at. Hopefully they start it low and systematically bring it up, I hate when they start em out too high and have to keep coming down to attract buyers.
