Aransas Pass, TX rookie officer Keith Moore captured the incident on a camera mounted to his sunglasses.
After reaching into the vehicle to ask the driver for his signature, he pulled back swiftly and in surprise after a monkey jumped out of the back seat and bit his hand.
“A monkey bit me,” officer Keith told his sergeant upon returning to his squad vehicle. “His monkey attacked me… He had a monkey and it bit my hand.”
King5 reported the officer sustained only a minor scratch and that the primate in question was actually a traveling performer who apparently didn’t take too kindly to revenue generating public servants violating due process laws.
What do you do when a black thug moves into your gated community? Just say that break ins are up hundreds of percent. Suppose you see a suspicious black youth looking into garages and looking like he is stoned. Imagine if you are part of the neighborhood watch team and it is your duty day.
Well you probably would call the Police. What if the cops could not get there for a long time?
I guess you would follow him for while.
Suppose the muscular black hoodlum with prior convictions suddenly runs at you and knocks you down and beats the effing hell out of you for 38 seconds. The back of your head is bloody, your nose is broken, with lacerations on your face. You are yelling for help.
Well, in the last moments you are conscious you pull your weapon and fire.
That is Zimmerman's situation in court this week.
Detroit Police Stage Purse Snatching, Almost Get Shot By FBI Agent
A training exercise that went awry on Wednesday almost ended in the death of a Detroit police officer. According to reports, detroit policesomeone approved of a Detroit police officer simulating a purse snatching at a gas station while being filmed by a TV news crew. This silly stunt may’ve gone off without a hitch had not an FBI agent been at the gas station as well.
“The event takes place. The officer takes the purse, runs around the gas station. As he’s running, an off-duty FBI agent is pumping gas. He witnesses the whole thing. He gives chase. He pulls his weapon, and as he turns the corner around the gas station, he’s stopped by another officer, who identifies herself as a police officer and don’t shoot, don’t shoot, this is a scenario,” said Detroit Police Inspector Shawn Gargalino.
Gargalino went on to say that the Detroit cops put people’s lives at risk.
“You had citizens who could’ve been hurt. A lot of people out here have CPLs now and carry weapons. They’re tired of the crime that’s going on in Detroit, and they might want to stand up and help somebody that’s in this type of situation. It just so happened it’s a gas station where the FBI fills up all their vehicles,” Gargalino said.
Sergeant Eren Stephens, the head of Public Information for Detroit Police, provided a statement to clarify what happened.
“WDIV Channel 4's request to have two members of the Detroit Police Department participate in its “How to Be a Better Witness” story was approved by DPD leadership. The simulated crime occurred in front of actual witnesses, in order to demonstrate what the witnesses did or did not see, which is very important during the process of an investigation. WDIV’s goal was to educate the public on safety and crime prevention. The demonstration involved an unarmed suspect (played by a police officer) snatching a woman’s purse as she (WDIV Associate) exited a local gas station located at Michigan and 11th Street. As the unarmed “suspect” fled with the purse, an FBI agent who was coincidentally at the scene of the demonstration initiated a brief enforcement action, taking two steps forward, then was immediately informed by a uniformed police officer that there was no actual crime in progress. Ironically, this demonstration revealed that when a crime occurs in the community, we never know who will be watching.”
But Gargalino says after this fiasco, there won’t be anymore reenactments.

Most would expect the police to protect a defenseless woman from being beaten black and blue by two men, but after this shocking display of police brutality, perhaps the Federal Way Police Department needs to change their slogan from “To Protect and Serve” to “To Punch and Subjugate.” Frightening photo.

Costco Pizza Sampler Shot to Death by Police After Taser ‘did not work’
Worker was upset because she was handing out samples of a product the store didn’t have in stock.

A woman handing out samples of pizza at a Costco Wholesale store in Virginia was first Tasered then shot to death by police after she allegedly rushed officers wielding a knife and scissors. Presumably the tools she was using to cut up her samples of pizza.
Guess we will never know since she is dead in the grocery aisle.

hating is not knowing the difference..
good point b4
more importantly
what does it say about those that will not take the time to understand why that is
or
from where dejure law comes
it becomes one sided, plain and simple
my way or the highway
us and them, don't need to know why
etc. etc.
this is the programmed mindset that is killing this country..
Gee Vex, I am sure gail never personally beat someone to death. I doubt her CPS hubby ever learned that the children he stole from parents wound up in criminal homes full of drugs or were sold into the sex trade.
It is the steroid driven nutcases that have taken over LE and public policies denying our rights that hurt.
Cops who deny that their fellow servants are not committing crimes are the problem. I don't think that is hating.
b4
gail, again, what is meant by cop hater?
if the subject matter is too complex and one needs to keep it superficial
then it would be understandable why you would deflect from the topic to the individual and appeal to the hate emotion to gain acceptance
although, one's appeal to that hate emotion, is fallacious..
are you going to answer the original question?
what is a cop hater and how does it apply after I answered your original post to me?
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=87478862
gail, what say you?
please curb that which does not address the question..
you have a problem. im sorry you are finding and taking it out on me.
Just two decades ago LE was an honorable profession. It is no more. Mercenaries executing orders from above is a far cry from being a public servant.
Cops who have no discretion over their actions due to policies might have good intentions but are covered with gov't tyranny filth.
SWAT teams and armored vehicles patrolling my streets, US military on my highways. Ask a modern cop for help and get a freaking beat down!
Take my 1st,2nd,4th,5th,10th Amendment. It does not mean I don't have them. God gave them. Only that LE deprived me of them.
a psychiatrist could prescribe drugs for that
although a psychologist may be all that you need
then you may not run and hide so fast
and actually have the ability to think about what is being said
then one can respond accordingly
with the actual topic being discussed..
so try staying on topic
I am not the confused one..
you are provoking me by searching out my post and wanting to start a war.
i feel sorry for you and the others here.
gail, a mere deflection
your response does not answer or even address the question
why are you choosing to be so mindless
rather than thought provoking?
i found a very sweet and..
..
good long time ihub friend here, and thought, oh, what i nice board where you can post your police stories (per the ibox) but then i read on and saw it was about bashing the police, or cps, etc.
funny thing is, as i posted before, my hubby is a Lt and runs a child sex abuse and phys abuse squad. they work closely with cps. only a portion of kids are helped in time but he makes sure its getting better for kids, each day he is there.
you guys are very confused here. and feed off of each others hatred.
there, you asked me.
i am a former police officer and later served many years, taking 911 calls. i was and am proud of what i stood for.
bye now.
gail, what is one's definition of cop hater?
it would bode well to pay attention
otherwise, what one is saying is not only superficial
but totally without merit
granted, being ignorant is a right..
i dont like cop haters, sorry. thats my right.
gail, what gives?
You called me out, I responded
But you chose to remain mute
Does remaining mute mean you affirm?
If not, I'm all ears..
The Military is Now Preparing to Take Over for the Police Across the United States
Posted on May 15, 2013
There are several things one would want to accomplish ahead of the formation of a totalitarian state. One of these is to fill the minds of the citizenry with mindless propaganda and make them terrified to death of an outside enemy. Check. Another is to disarm the population. Working on it. Yet another would be to militarize the police, or even better have the military itself take responsibility for law and order in communities across the nation. The reason that this is so important is that a military force “policing” a random area has no connection to the community itself. This makes them by definition much less accountable to the people they are supposedly protecting. Plus, they are trained to kill. Sadly, it appears that the Department of Defense is looking to use the military across the streets of America. From The Long Island Press:
The lines blurred even further Monday as a new dynamic was introduced to the militarization of domestic law enforcement. By making a few subtle changes to a regulation in the U.S. Code titled“Defense Support of Civilian Law Enforcement Agencies” the military has quietly granted itself the ability to police the streets without obtaining prior local or state consent, upending a precedent that has been in place for more than two centuries.
The most objectionable aspect of the regulatory change is the inclusion of vague language that permits military intervention in the event of “civil disturbances.” According to the rule:
“Federal military commanders have the authority, in extraordinary emergency circumstances where prior authorization by the President is impossible and duly constituted local authorities are unable to control the situation, to engage temporarily in activities that are necessary to quell large-scale, unexpected civil disturbances.”
Bruce Afran, a civil liberties attorney and constitutional law professor at Rutgers University, calls the rule, “a wanton power grab by the military,” and says, “It’s quite shocking actually because it violates the long-standing presumption that the military is under civilian control.”
As it is written, this “commander” has the same power to authorize military force as the president in the event the president is somehow unable to access a telephone. (The rule doesn’t address the statutory chain of authority that already exists in the event a sitting president is unavailable.) In doing so, this commander must exercise judgment in determining what constitutes, “wanton destruction of property,” “adequate protection for Federal property,” “domestic violence,” or “conspiracy that hinders the execution of State or Federal law,” as these are the circumstances that might be considered an “emergency.”
“These phrases don’t have any legal meaning,” says Afran. “It’s no different than the emergency powers clause in the Weimar constitution [of the German Reich]. It’s a grant of emergency power to the military to rule over parts of the country at their own discretion.”
But while outcomes of military interventions have varied, the protocol by which the president works cooperatively with state governments has remained the same. The president is only allowed to deploy troops to a state upon request of its governor. Even then, the military—specifically the National Guard—is there to provide support for local law enforcement and is prohibited from engaging in any activities that are outside of this scope, such as the power to arrest.
Eric Freedman, a constitutional law professor from Hofstra University, also calls the ruling “an unauthorized power grab.” According to Freedman, “The Department of Defense does not have the authority to grant itself by regulation any more authority than Congress has granted it by statute.” Yet that’s precisely what it did. This wasn’t, however, the Pentagon’s first attempt to expand its authority domestically in the last decade.
Last year, Bruce Afran and another civil liberties attorney Carl Mayer filed a lawsuit against the Obama Administration on behalf of a group of journalists and activists lead by former New York Times journalist Chris Hedges. They filed suit over the inclusion of a bill in the NDAA 2012 that, according to the plaintiffs, expanded executive authority over domestic affairs by unilaterally granting the executive branch to indefinitely detain U.S. citizens without due process. The case has garnered international attention and invited vigorous defense from the Obama Administration. Even Afran goes so far as to say this current rule change is, “another NDAA. It’s even worse, to be honest.”
As far as what might qualify as a civil disturbance, Afran notes, “In the Sixties all of the Vietnam protests would meet this description. We saw Kent State. This would legalize Kent State.”
The DoD official even referred to the Boston bombing suspects manhunt saying, “Like most major police departments, if you didn’t know they were a police department you would think they were the military.” According to this official there has purposely been a “large transfer of technology so that the military doesn’t have to get involved.” Moreover, he says the military has learned from past events, such as the siege at Waco, where ATF officials mishandled military equipment. “We have transferred the technology so we don’t have to loan it,” he states.
But if the transfer of military training and technology has been so thorough, it boggles the imagination as to what kind of disturbance would be so overwhelming that it would require the suspension of centuries-old law and precedent to grant military complete authority on the ground. The DoD official admits not being able to “envision that happening,” adding, “but I’m not a Hollywood screenwriter.”
Despite protestations from figures such as Afran and O’Brien and past admonitions from groups like the ACLU, for the first time in our history the military has granted itself authority to quell a civil disturbance. Changing this rule now requires congressional or judicial intervention.
“This is where journalism comes in,” says Freedman. “Calling attention to an unauthorized power grab in the hope that it embarrasses the administration.”
So that’s where journalism comes in. The profession that is being spied on 24/7 by the Department of Justice. Check please.

The myth of "good ones" Police follow orders and Tyranny is the goal.
I bet some of the officers in this video are even Oathkeepers. It is a culture on their side of the blue line. Departmental loyalty betrays morality. A war on US citizens is criminal and no crime is bad enough to justify a response like this.

Gun-Grabbers Don’t Quit
By Tim Shoemaker on August 1, 2012 in National Blog
http://www.campaignforliberty.org/national-blog/gun-grabbers-dont-quit-2/
Senators Frank Lautenberg and Chuck Schumer, two of the Senate's most famous gun-grabbers are at it again.
This time, they're trying to insert a ban on clips, feed strips, and belts of more than 10 rounds of ammunition to the so-called "Cybersecurity" Act of 2012, S. 3414, that C4L previously asked our supporters to oppose.
This knee-jerk reaction to the tragedy in Colorado is an example of exploiting tragedy for political gain at its worst.
Senator Schumer believes that passing laws to restrict the legal access to firearms will prevent "unneccessary casualties."
Sadly, we all know this isn't the case. Criminals don't follow the law, that's why they're criminals. The only thing regulation of firearms will accomplish is in creating more law-abiding victims.
The Second Amendment isn't simply about hunting or sports. Though ripping off 100 tracer rounds out of an automatic rifle at exploding targets sure does look fun. (Don't believe me? Just looks at this 2010 video of the Knob Creek Machine Gun shoot.)
Owning firearms is about self-defense and a citizens' last defense against a tyrannical government. That's the right of every American, and one that we should fight tooth & nail to defend.
Gun-grabbers don't quit, and neither should we. Contact your senators and urge them to oppose SA 2575, the Schumer "Magazine Ban" and to vote "NO" on the so-called "Cybersecurity" Act of 2012, S. 3414.
