If I remember correctly this ran big 2x a couple of years ago. 55 mil. OS and went from .06 -.60 in a day ! Unfortunately it was groups running the pps and not the company building momentum. I'm in another very low floater now and would love to see real sustainable progress in an OTC stock just once.

The Laredo team has a great concept, and uniformly executes it badly. Some of the best minds in directional drilling are engaged and yet they do not seem to bring the concept to fruition. They are so close and yet so far - the LRDC team needs a closer.

In May 2022, our subsidiary, Lustre Oil Company, began drilling an exploratory well, Olfert #11-4, in the Lustre oil field located in northeastern Montana. As of the filing of this report, the well has not been completed and put into production. As a result of the uncertainty of successful well completion and of future funding availability to develop acquired mineral rights, we are not providing disclosures of proved reserves until we have updated reserve reports.



A well drilled in May has not been completed? Sounds like a T/A well.

Looks like OTCX has the bid algorithm in full effect. Been doing a lot of bid jumping lately. I've still managed to add quite a bit over the last couple weeks. Looking forward to a drilling update hopefully soon. Timing with oil spiking again couldn't be better. And it looks like they just got some short term financing per recent 8k.

Agreed website was a complete redo and this will be the FIRST time in company existence that they have actually drilled oil for themselves.

I'm sure at least we can agree LRDC' s website looks 100 percent better than it did say 2 years ago, they really didn't have a website.

The way I see it is these guys are gonna want the price way up to be able to finance more drilling down the road. Laredo also finally hiring a PR company recently is a sign to me that it is likely time for them to shine. With results from their first well due soon this truly may be the calm before the storm. Just my .193 cents! Good luck all. Been following this one about 10-11 years now.

Share structure is almost exactly the same. Super tight just read the latest filing. I think some good news could push this $.50 to 1$ no problem

I believe the execs also still have options priced much higher than current price. That's actually one of the things I initially liked about this stock years ago. There's definitely some motivation to get this thing over $1.
