Its a shell play, but checking EDGAR and the history, I suspect this one will be quite profitable when Roff closes a deal. And current pps is a bargain, considering the share structure, background involving Meuse and Roff, and Roff's personal background.......

Background on David Roff:

David Roff, age 32, is the co-president of a private consulting firm called Brave Consulting. Brave Consulting invested in, started and now manages three private Internet companies. Mr. Roff has held this position since 2001. From 1998 until 2001, Mr. Roff founded and was vice president of an investor relations and public relations firm. From 1995 until 1998, Mr. Roff was a management consultant for Coopers & Lybrand Consulting where he advised large financial institutions, mutual funds, pension funds and other organizations on technology, internal control strategies and where he additionally provided computer audit support. Mr. Roff has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario located in London, Ontario. He is also a Chartered Accountant

Correction: David Roff is a Director with a Canadian O & G play, Deep Well Oil & Gas. His specific area of expertise:

HGII has a current share structure of 100M AS, and only 10,388,986 outstanding. Of this, there are only 5,088,216 shares in the public float. The delta is owned by Roff and Meuse, so little likelihood of a reverse split occuring when Roff files for a name and symbol change.

Last stock price was only $0.01, putting the current market cap at $103,890..........a price BELOW what Meuse paid for a fully-reporting, OTC.BB-listed shell in the first place!

Current BID x ASK illustrated is only $0.01 x $0.04 - this play has a long road north ahead of it..............

What is of interest to note is that Meuse chose to keep 500K of the shares he had purchased, when then selling majority control to Roff.......

Meuse then sold the shell three months later, per a January 2009 8K filing, to Mr David Roff, experienced in Canadian Gas & Oil exploration. Financial terms of the sale were not disclosedc in the 8K

Former Joseph Meuse shell, having bought controlling interest of 5.3M shares for a total expense of $133.5K; equating to $0.025 per share in September, 2008

"On September 5, 2008 Hudson’s Grill International, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a material definitive agreement (the “Agreement”) with Belmont Partners, LLC. Through this agreement Belmont acquired five million three hundred thousand seven hundred seventy (5,300,770) shares for one hundred thirty three thousand five hundred U.S. dollars ($133,500.00)."
