LOL, opinion of OBJE now that Danny is CEO? Check the OBJE ibox for details.
Just used to be more fun there when everyone was excited and posting alot :)
i was one of 1st posts stated clearly im a buyer today which i am doing and will continue. btw guys are not dumping wddd to buy scrc incorrect analysis on your behalf. why would you assume that? inaccurate.
Unfortunately everytime you convince someone at WDDD into SCRC it hurts WDDD. What happened to the 20 posts per day at WDDD? Where's our cheerleader??? Having a great day there and no cheerleader to get everyone riled up!!!
no problem they will have the necessary funds shortly no issue. i know people from wddd that will ante up.
Was looking throught the SCRC filings:
Sure could use our 20 posts per day cheerleader back at WDDD, it's going up now on next to no volume, looks ready to explode!
Not even remotely close to it. Been loading up on scrc will be 10x in the next 120 days.
Are you out, you barely even post anymore?
Aaron Sorkin's comments about the internet:
(If you don't know who he is, he's one of the most intelligent screenwriters in Hollywood)
http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0815070/?ref_=sr_1
Sorkin: "Nothing has done more to make us dumber or meaner than the anonymity of the Internet."
Sorkin: "I think that socializing on the Internet is to socializing what reality TV is to reality."
Sorkin: "From time to time I'll read some of the comments under stories on it to get a sense of what it must be like at a Klan meeting."
Sorkin: "It only takes five comments before you find somebody with a severe mental disorder."
Do you know how many lawsuits have been filed against ATVI and how long they take to get settled? LOL!
ACTIVISION HAS PAID INFINITY WARD MORE THAN $493 MILLION IN BONUSES FOR CALL OF DUTY.
The video game industry generates billions of dollars of revenues a year and Danny is going after a slice of that pie. He will get it.
And you trust all pink sheet stocks? LOL! I could give you a few real beauties run by con artist CEOs!
To me pink sheet stocks are not worth a 2nd look and normally I don't invest in them. But IENT is different, it was on the NASDAQ, traded at $6 and I believe this team will return it there. They know what it takes and will get it done.
And to say JW did nothing is wrong. Did you know he was a staff officer at the Pentagon? He has connections and got gov contracts to create simulation games to train the military including the drones!
JW also updated the games, Total Simulation Series etc.
Danny loves the challenge of building a new company and he left Activision when his contract not to compete expired.
These was more info on the SS on the old IENT website before all the Great Outdoors and Danny information was added and the website was redone.
200M A/S works for me - very low for any penny company.
You say you know the share structure, so what is the O/S? The A/S and O/S are different. What do the preferreds turn into? Since the company is a pinksheet, not SEC filing company, then they should at least have an open TA for people to contact to get updates about the share structure, no one on the board could even give me the TA's name. You want to compare OBJE, IENT went from under 0.001 to over 30c, even more of a jump. I've already read everything, JW has done next to nothing with the company the past few years, he's hoping Danny can turn it around. Obviously the last company Danny was at trying to do the exact same thing the past few years weren't very impressed, otherwise it would have been done there. I'm not interested in arguing about it, I wish everyone well, I hope you all make big bucks, good luck.
People didn't ask about the IENT SS because we already know. There are 200M A/S with 180M common and 20M preferred. IENT is registered in Delaware and always has been. The float is around 12M.
And I have done my research! There is not a single OTC company with a management team like this.
Danny served as Senior Vice President of Value Line Publishing for North America at Activision Blizzard, Inc. Mr. Hammett served as President of Activision Value Publishing Inc., a subsidiary of Activision Inc. since December 1, 1999.
Mr. Hammett served as Executive Vice President of Activision Inc. since October 1998. He joined Activision from Head Games Publishing (acquired by Activision Inc. in June 1998) where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer from its inception in 1994. From 1987 to 1994, he served in various executive management capacities with Lasersoft Corp., Caere Corp. and Insight Marketing.
After leaving Activision, and the expiration of his non-compete, Mr. Hammett joined Vivendi Universal Games as Executive Vice President where he created the Value/Casual Games Division managing all console, PC, and online product management, acquisitions, budgeting, and legal affairs. He departed Vivendi in 2006 to found Divergent Entertainment, Inc. He serves as Director of TWL Knowledge Corporation. He served as Director of TWL Corporation since February 2008. Mr. Hammett earned his Bachelor's Degree at California Polytechnic University, in San Luis Obispo.
An estimate to bring IENT up to date on financials will run around $50K. Those funds are better spent on launching the new game.
IENT has over 20 sponsors under contract and they are paying to have their products included in the games.
You call it a P&D - if you want to see a P&D in the gaming industry take a look at OBJE. It is a failed blue jean manufacturer that did a R/S last fall and morphed into a gaming company. It was at .28 when they did a series of fluff PRs and it ran to $2.10 on nothing. They have debt from their clothing company failure along with convertible notes.
JW Stealey founded IENT, took it public and then sold to a venture company. They destroyed it, failed to update the games or produce new ones. JW and a group of friends from YPO (Young Presidents Organization - http://www.ypo.org/) got together and bought IENT back. He has spent years cleaning up the debts and mess. This is his baby and he is now the Chairman of the Board.
JW Stealey and his wife Denise. This is what the COB should look like!
These are his games!

If you listen to the CC he's a salesman, plain and simple. Anytime someone comes in and claims sales will be $200MM-$400MM in 2 years you better be worried, not excited. The company doesn't even have SEC filings and he says himself that getting those out in a year might be aggressive, Huhhhhh??? So getting some filings out in a year is aggressive but $200MM-$400MM is not? When 1+1=7 beware. In an email to you he takes credit for taking Activision stock and market cap up huge, yet he wasn't even the CEO, he was vice-pres. Also the current market for these games IENT will be putting out is about $400MM-$500MM per year, so to say he will have the company doing that much in 2 years is ridiculous, that means all of a sudden that specific market will double. I agree he has quite the resume, but then again, he was just working at another company trying to sell the exact same type games and that didn't work out??? The people that did ask questions on the CC wasted a lot of time and left out alot of the important questions such as current share structure, (the IENT board doesn't even have the current share structure), where funding would come from, how he can predict $200MM in sales but can't get some financials out.
It's a stinky pinky, if you want to use your lotto money, by all means, go right ahead, could go up could go down, who knows, but my bet is that shareholders are going to get screwed on the funding and the price will plummet. Also, I see you email him alot, I'd suggest not doing that and digging for your own info on google, 99% of the time the company will give you to da moon type comments, and that's their job, to sell you on the company, that's fine once, hear what they have to say, but then do your own DD and see what the whole story is.
Here's some of my DD I did, the stock is on my watch list, but I will wait for filings before I even consider buying, as it sounds like a pump and dump right now. They will want to get the share price as high as they can for when they sell shares, real banks don't give pinksheet companys loans, so shares will be hitting the float at some point. Good luck.
IMO

Very interesting especially since IENT won a lawsuit against Epic Games, Atari, Valve Corp, Sierra and Sony back in 2006!
Danny Hammett merged his company Great Outdoors LLC with IENT late in 2012. the new CEO of IENT said:
"I am more excited as I approach 2013 and beyond in the market than I've ever been in my career!"
And during his 20+ career in the gaming industry he has already taken three companies public. IENT is his fourth company headed to the NASDAQ.
Danny founded Head Games Publishing in 1994, focusing on outdoor leisure action games and the value line business segment. As CEO of the start up, Mr. Hammett pioneered, developed, marketed, and presold Head Games products, and drove the company to $3.5 million in sales before its inception and business launch in its first year. Head Games was the 6th leading PC games company in unit sales in America with annual revenues of over $35 million prior to the acquisition of his company by Activision. With over $2.8 B in sales and games still on the shelf today, Head Games remains the Granddaddy of branded consumer software for the mass consumer.
He served as President of Activision Value and Executive Vice President of Activision until 2003. At that time Activision was the #3 worldwide electronic sports and outdoor leisure action games/simulation entertainment publisher and producer, generating over $800-million plus in revenues with $1.6-billion-dollar market cap.
Danny created BIG GAME HUNTER for Cabelas and it has generated over $2BILLION in sales.
I'm no longer buying any non SEC filing stocks. For years and years I've heard from CEOs and other investors that the stock is going to uplist, that they are getting this and that in order, and it almost never happens, in fact, I've never been in a stock that uplisted from the pinksheets, and I've been doing this for over 10 years. If a company wants to be taken as legit they must act legit, and if they can't even get their financials done, well that says a lot to me. Follow your own rules, but just know that non SEC filing stocks should be treated like lotto tickets and nothing more.
Another one to check out is TRLI. This guys resume is amazing, though he is starting something new and unique, so it has a high chance of risk/reward. I'm just watching it right now, waiting to see him get some deals done and the big money to start to flow in. Fulling filing OTC.
IENT might be a good stock pick, I say might because I will no longer be buying non SEC filing stocks, but for those that are willing to, check it out. Pretty big guy from the gaming world running the show there. He said in a recent CC that they would file, but he just did not know when. I personally would wait for some financials, as he's claiming that he's going to make some pretty huge sales for the company within a year or two, but with no financials you're driving blind.
Next 60 days is going to be extremely exciting!!!

Nice! My guess online poker, some of those big multi-player games on facebook, probably even multi-player phone games. Anything where multiple players can be on at the same time. Like you, I'm no patent expert, so take it for what it's worth.
I agree, and I am not a Source code expert but one of my buddies is and said something to the effect there are other industries not just gaming potentially infringing on our source code whatever that means LOL.....

I want to be clear about this statement:
New stock to hit the OTC, FOHL! You may have heard of it, Fredrick's of Hollywood. It's not a buy right now, but one day it will be, either because it will be so low or because they do a turn around. Their financials are a disaster right now, but they are on my watchlist because it's a name brand everyone has heard of, it is a legit company, very rare find on the OTC.IMO
Got to ask about the change in heart.
New info has been attained and I changed my position on WDDD
First, the float being 20-25MM makes it an easy mover compared to its predecessor's, VRNG and PRKR. Also, the dilution overhang from the past few years has been eaten through now. Another thing to notice is that a simple blog article moves the stock big, what will happen when real articles start to be written about the stock.
Some highlights from the 2 blog articles:
great pick LOL~ $ WDDD .345s are still very cheap!!!
Like the saying goes... If you *can't* beat them...
Welcome aboard Man! You & Yours!!!
$ WDDD = Monstaaaa!
Great call WDDD AGREE 100%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I Love LOL!!!!
We're headed to 3.00-5.00
Guaranteed now!!!

LOL WDDD
WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nice pick at 34 cents, I think you will do great.
WDDD new pick!
Check out VRNG and PRKR charts, patent stock plays, it's the new hottest sector. WDDD is suing Activision Blizzard, ATVI, for infringement.
2 blog posts about the company and lawsuit:

As always, do your own DD!!!
VRNG won against GOOG in court! Unfortunately the jury missed a "0" when they awarded the damages and gave $15MM instead of $150MM for one part of the past damages. Going foward, still waiting on the judge for final determination, it looks like VRNG will get 3 1/2% of 20% of Google's U.S. sales until 2016. I'd wait to buy or buy more until the judge puts out his final number in court forms.
VRNG won huge again Friday!

This article came out today, shows what VRNG is probably worth, sounds about right
http://seekingalpha.com/article/910491-what-is-vringo-worth
VRNG just won the order of no summary judgement in it's case against Google!!! Stock just jumped $1 on that court doc being released, and few even know about it yet. The stock is heavily shorted, 7.5MM shares, and not penny stock BS shorted, really shorted and posted on NASDAQ.
http://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/vrng/short-interest
Summary judgement is where the defendant tries to get the case thrown out saying that there really is no case and here is why, the judge said, nope, looks to me like VRNG has a good case here, let's go to court, but before that, he is forcing a settlement meeting, to try to work it out without going to court.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=80170749
VRNG just put out a filing today telling a huge telecom that they are infringing on the Nokia patents that VRNG just bought. Do your DD on VRNG, they are not penny players, they are big big boys that have won 100's of millions of dollars from fortune 500 companies, huge lawyers, big patent holders, and looks like this is just the beginning.IMO

ZNOM 8k already out, just waiting on a reverse merger PR
VRNG has won almost everything pre-trial against Google so far, the court date is next month, but my guess they will settle before then, get your tickets now.
Wow, what a strong spirit!

Hey guys,
Don't know if anyone here is interested in a company currently in bankruptcy but... I've been following Kodak EKDKQ for quite a while now in their auctioning of patents... Friday after market close, it appears a leak on two consortiums bidding against each other for the kodak patents. one led by Apple with Microsoft and intellectual ventures bidding AGAINST Google, Samsung, HTC, LG, and RPX. With these powerhouses in competition for the patents, I'm hoping for a big move up the next few weeks, starting Monday. Bids on the patents are due July 30th, auction August 8th, and announcement of winning bidder August 13th. It's a risk on BK, I'll be holding, but if you're not wanting to take the long risk, may make for a nice quick profit at the least...
21,028,363 short sales as of 7-13-12
271,850,671 shares outstanding.
Current share price .275 (.278 by my trade account)
Here was one of those leaks... This came out after hours, so no trading on this news yet...that I know of at least....

Also this one....
http://www.engadget.com/2012/07/27/apple-google-reportedly-in-rival-groups-to-buy-kodak-patents/
All in my opinion, of course, I've not been trading all that long and i'm kind of an idiot, so do what you like with your own dd...
