but, he is keeping the stock price down!
Kush will be a solid investment over the next several years. Management has continued to build and execute on several fronts. The insider sales mean absolutely nothing to the short and long term health of kush, IMO.
It's a set it and forget it type of investment.

Staying with Kush but they really need to make a move here. Things are great in the industry. I hope they continue to capitalize here.
Ie CEO Sells stock. This guy makes less than $100k a year. If he wants to buy any big ticket item (car, house, boat) he needs to sell some of his stock. Most CEO's pay themselves stupid money at the shareholders expense. This arrangement as with most actions of this corporation are aboveboard and positive.
CEO sold 200k shares and still has 11800000 shares.
KSHB got a new CFO with high qualifications.
If Trump /sessions are encouraged to accept POT and TAX it, I hope for good things here...GLTA...

Insider selling certainly helps to explain the recent weakness IMO.
Nick needs to stop dumping, CEO selling always puts poo taste in my mouth
KUSH is the emerging CCK/OI for the POT industry, great stocks in their cycles. IMHFO. Relatively few shares sold by Management as seen on the recent filing. Bought a lot more(for me on this spec) on my DD and speculation on the future. I will buy some more...GLTA...
WOW, it's like a rocket this morning. Up 6% in first 1/2 hour.
Maybe Mr. Kovacevich just needed money to purchase a new home. It appears he does not pay himself a lot of money.
Lost a lot of money on this stock in the last few days, but still a believer in the compamy. I guess its just hold on and wait for the price to go back up.
It will come my friend....in a big way. Hold strong with confidence.
Eventually gains will stick. This co. has too much going for it. Looking forward to that day.
Good support at these levels...accumulate 1.75 to 2.00.

KSHB Best in Class!
Cannabis Companies Ranked by Revenue – most recent quarter
https://www.newcannabisventures.com/cannabis-company-revenue-ranking/
Definitely worth listening to the cc call. Then go compare to 95% of other cannabis plays and cc calls in the industry. ...and it's easy to determine why one should consider kshb over all the rest.
Blue Chip Cannabis Company = KSHB
Just listened to their shareholder conference. Looking good. they are primed to dominate the market in CA, NV, and CAN. Lot's of strategic partnerships, and far more capital than new competitors to help them grow and keep big market share.
Expected, insiders selling along the way...many are compensated this way. Reality, kush has a rich valuation here, but have maintained it with solid revenue growth. When Kush shows continued consistent revenue growth over the next few quarters(potential for acceleration) , shareholder will be rewarded in a big way.
Best in Class Cannabis Industry.
Blue chip Cannabis play in my opinion.
I just keep adding every couple of months on weakness.
I plan on adding for the next couple of years.
We will see a $500M to Billion++ market cap in the near future(18 to 36 months)
GLTA
Gotta agree with that. With all the positives coming out and the path this company is on to be the leader in this sector, there is no reason the share price shouldn't be reflecting this. I do believe there will come a time when kshb's share price and company performance will coincide with each other. My 2 cents.
The company and insiders need to stop selling discounted shares for which the restricted legends are immediately removed and shares sold for a profit.
Just look at their cash flow statement from the Q's to see how much stock they've been selling. Might not account for all of the weakness but IMO it has a fair amount to do with it.
Kush Bottles to Create Custom Packaging for CannaKorp’s Novel Cannabis Vaporization Device.

Good Read On Kush Bottles: See Link - http://terpenesandtesting.com/terps-terps-kush-bottles/
Couple of Excerpts:
"In late June Southern California-based packaging company Kush Bottles appointed Wayne Green as their Director of Sales & Innovation."
"At the present moment, the company provides authentic terpene formulations in the Terps on Terps shop. This online marketplace of innovatively named and formulated strain specific terpenes helps anyone find the terps for their mood. Each terpene formulation mocks the makeup of a specific strain using cannabis derived compounds that are combined using a genomic understanding of the plant. That is why these terpenes can take us to destination all their own."
"For now, we have Terps on Terps, but Green assured us that Kush Bottles has much more in store for us in the near future. Their plans include a simple mantra, it’s time to fill the bottles. But what does that mean?"
"Green provided more insight, “It’s the ability to have a one stop shop, which is really the motto at Kush Bottles. If you want to build a brand, not only will we provide the cartridges, we can provide the terpene formulation, and we can provide the custom packaging and brand curation.”

Can't say I'd be mad if kush slips down to 1.50...whats up with this never-ending down trend channel?
Still my favorite cannabis pick for long term holding. I continue to add in small chunks.
KSHB is a blue chip cannabis play, I'm thinking revenue growth will accelerate over the next several quarters. I can't wait for KSHB 2018/2019. 7 to 10 bagger by Dec 2018. IMO
GLTA
Awesome news! Future looks brighter and brighter. KSHB is laying a strong foundation. I agree, keeping the big boys out for now plays well to our advantage in gaining market share and holding on to it. 2018 will be exciting.
lol, I was just making note of that here.
Agreed.
Slow and steady expansion...state by state.
The cannabis laws, have allowed KSHB to grow at a steady pace. Major positive for making good use of their working capital and not having to try to over expand ....and be everywhere at once.
Buy and hold will make you one happy camper in 12-24 months.
The best thing from the Webinar IMO was his comment that Kush has an advantage as a result of the Fed prohibition on MJ. This he claims is a barrier for the existing national/international companies that could crush them (my words) with competition.
So long as this is the case I think Kush has a good opportunity for doing more consolidation of the industry as states switch over incrementally.
Alaska expansion - Who knows what this adds to the bottom line for Kush but this is great news. Using a distributor allows them to expand sales and territory for little expense. Hopefully JKD has some large stocking orders.
Kush Bottles Announces Expansion into Alaska

Company signs exclusive distribution agreement with JKD Brands
SANTA ANA, Calif., July 25, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Kush Bottles, Inc. (OTCQB: KSHB), a dynamic sales platform that provides unique products and services for both businesses and consumers in the cannabis industry, announced today it has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with JKD Brands to effectively penetrate the Alaska market. JKD Brands, an established distribution leader in the state of Alaska, will now be providing the cannabis market with Kush Bottles' premier products including child-resistant containers and bags, as well as all other packaging, labeling, and accessory options.
Alaska was the fourth state to commence legal adult-use cannabis sales. Ranked by CNBC as one of the top 10 most visited states in the U.S., Alaska has seen a surge of tourism recently, including an estimated 1.9 million out-of-state visitors coming to the state between May and September in 2016 – the highest visitor volume on record, according to the Alaska Department of Commerce, Community, & Economic Development.
Given its geography, Alaska presents logistical challenges for most U.S. distribution companies. This new partnership enables both Kush Bottles and JKD Brands to remain dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, the highest quality products, innovative custom design solutions, and competitive prices while better servicing Alaska's burgeoning cannabis market.
Jim Dyer, Co-Founder of JKD Brands, commented, "We are delighted to partner with Kush Bottles as we grow market share in Alaska's underserved cannabis market. Kush Bottles is the nation's most respected provider of packaging, supplies and accessories to the cannabis industry and it brings nationwide strength and industry expertise to our collaboration. Furthermore, Kush Bottles' recent additions of CMP Wellness and Trinity Terpenes give JKD Brands access to a wider array of top quality products. We are excited to launch this partnership and provide premium quality cannabis products to the state of Alaska."
Nicholas Kovacevich, Chief Executive Officer of Kush Bottles, said, "We chose to partner with JKD Brands because their knowledge of the local Alaska regulatory, logistics, and market conditions is second to none. JKD's management team brings substantial local and state knowledge, with the support, capabilities and know-how of an established national partner. We are confident they are the right partners to extend Kush Bottles' reach into the Alaska market."

Patience is key here. The reality is KSHB has such a small float, that it moves easily in either direction. This will be $4-6 by the end of the year. Billion dollar market cap potential in the next 2-3 years. Revenue growth will accelerate as more states come online.
I hear ya, just frustrated with the stocks performance. I know what we have in Kush, would just like to see it show.
Buy the dips, KSHB is best in class.

Great Webinar today. Highly recommend folks interested in the Cannabis boom needed to listen into the KSHB webinar recording. KSHB is a market leader and will grow substantially from here.
In my opinion, KSHB market cap will grow to over a billion in 1-2 years as more states come on line. Yes, that is about 10X where we are now.

Hopefully that inventory turns quick. The large increase in A/R and inventory really put a crunch on their cash flow. At some point the company will hopefully stop financing through sale of equity.
Their ability to control G&A and cash flow I think will be huge determining factors for how well the stock does over the next 12 months.
It's hardly worth mentioning but it is appropriate to add back to earnings the $18k/qtr of their amortization expense from the acquired web domain. I guess every little bit helps though!
Thanks, will definitely be listening in. Interested to see what tomorrow brings. Confident with this last Q the sp will gain some traction and not give these gains back.
Just received an email from New Cannabis Ventures who is holding a Webinar with KSHB's CEO on Weds. July 19th @ 1PM EST for those who are interested. I've heard KSHB's CEO speak on a couple occasions, and I'm always impressed by how well he understands the industry, his vision for KSHB and how he plans on executing his vision.
There's no question KSHB has a rich valuation here, but they truly deserve it based on their consistent Revenue growth and execution. But, don't take it from me, Listen to the CEO of KSHB this week to learn for yourself.
Friends,
One of the leading public-company revenue generators is Kush Bottles (OTCQB: KSHB), which just reported its FY17-Q3 ending May 31. Sales of $4.7mm grew 103% from a year ago, which included organic growth of 49%, with the balance provided from a month of sales from recently acquired CMP Wellness. The company's pro forma sales, which include the full quarter of sales from CMPR Wellness, were $7.1mm, representing 132% growth over the combined company's sales a year ago, while year-to-date sales of $17.0mm have grown 119%.
On Wednesday, we(New Cannabis Ventures) will be hosting a webinar with Kush Bottles CEO Nick Kovacevich, who will be discussing the rapidly growing business and then taking questions from the audience. Click here to register for free, we will send a recording out to all registrants after we conclude.

Interesting day Friday. Nice move, with volume. Looking forward to next week.
$KSHB Earnings Report -----> https://technical420.com/cannabis-article/kush-bottles-reports-over-100-growth-year-over-year
103% growth is impressive. Would like to see Kush continue steady growth going forward. With what they've done with CMP Wellness and Roll-Uh-Bowl.com, future looks good. Didn't expect the stock to shoot up this morning and actually glad it hasn't, because it always seems to come crashing down hard. Bright future.
Interesting to see on the balance sheet (p. 4 of the 10-Q) that accounts receivables and inventory are both way up for the period since last August, leading to a big increase in total current assets:
Total Current Assets 6,604,940 [compared to:] 2,965,761
KSHB's goodwill under assets has also shot up to over $35M on factoring in $32.6M goodwill from the acquisition of CMP Wellness.
Pretty impressive 103% Revenue growth. This is just the start. I think Revenue growth will accelerate over the next several quarters as NV & CA come online. There are supply shortages in NV after a couple of weeks of rec sales.
Kush is well positioned and only continues to add to their product offerings with an already established customer base. Revenues from each customer will increase with more products being added.
I'm happy to see consistent improvements and positive progress.
