Great growth companies often trade 'not cheap'
The chart and fundamentals were strong but the halt and auditing hiccup caused the retracement. If you are a trader---I would understand your comment.
I am not a trader and want to be a shareholder when new large contracts are press released.
yep someday, but the company is not worth the price at 90c. I like the CEO but its in a very limted space for fast growth. News comes a bottom so we wait.!!
The market is always right and market cap is what matters. The daily went bearish so short term is not good. Stock was overvalued at 90c and 85c Canadian. I would think a test at 78c will come on that contract news if and when it comes. That’s a sell going into summer
Remember, this is a small expanding company in its initial stages of growth. How can you read the FY2018 as anything but phenomenal compared to 2017 ?
90% increase in revenue and 5 million in the bank. Now, projecting at least doubling revenue and becoming profitable in 2019. And, based on all the news I’ve read, 2019 is more than likely to be far greater than a double.
The price here at .50 is a gift. I bought a significant amount this last week. Those that sold are going to rue the day. IMO
Thats in the rear view mirror
FOCUS on the guidance the company has provided
In most cases with guidance, companies usually under promise and over deliver
What earnings are you referring to?
Back in PNG.V...earnings were poor...very poor, but the 1st quarter should be better and the mother-ship contract should be be announced...will sell on the next pop.
Wish I was in the chips...I think you got a helluva buy.
I did as well. Just think this was blowback from lifting of the suspension.
I added 10,000 shares today. A steal at .46
Ouch no buying today! Just a ton of selling!! Down 25%.

Agree. Amazing I found this jewel a little over a year ago at .11
Kraken is going to be a home run...just keep adding when I can.
At some point in time it will be an acquisition by a huge player IMHO.
Perfect opportunity if you have the funds.

Kraken Awarded $0.6 Million Contract for Subsea Battery Solution for Military Customer
Recent Warrant Exercise Adds $0.9 Million to Cash
ST. JOHN'S, Newfoundland, April 24, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kraken Robotics Inc. (TSX-V: PNG) (OTCQB: KRKNF) ("Kraken" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Kraken Robotic Systems Inc., has been awarded a contract for approximately $600,000 by a military customer to provide a high capacity battery solution for an underwater robotics application. For confidentiality reasons, the customer name will not be disclosed. Product delivery is anticipated in Q2, 2019.
In addition, Kraken is pleased to announce that since the beginning of February, the Company has received approximately $935,000 from the exercise of warrants. These represent the remaining unexercised warrants that were part of a total of 5,903,330 warrants issued in connection with the Company's private placement of units in April 2017. The warrants expired on April 10, 2019 and had an exercise price of $0.30. All of these warrants have now been exercised.
CEO Comments
Karl Kenny, Kraken's President & CEO said, "We are finding that our military customers appreciate Kraken's ability to rapidly deliver advanced subsea power solutions for new and existing underwater vehicles at honest pricing. We see a viable market in replacing OEM batteries, which have reached the end of their useful life, with our next generation SeaPower(TM) batteries that provide significantly increased capacity at a lower cost. Increased capacity directly correlates to increased mission duration, which is paramount, especially to deep-sea rated vehicles. Most batteries in today's underwater vehicles were designed over 10 years ago and are larger and heavier than modern day technology. Kraken has leveraged the rapid growth of the global electric vehicle market to bring safe, efficient, and affordable subsea power solutions to the maritime industry."
About Kraken's SeaPower(TM) Batteries
Kraken's batteries are pressure-tolerant systems in which the individual components are embedded in flexible polymers. The assemblies are cast with a proprietary vacuum technology enabling the components to work in a deep-sea environment. In deep water, undersea systems are exposed to extremely high pressures. Conventional systems with components housed in pressure chambers are typically large, heavy and expensive for any depths past a few hundred metres due to the requirements of strength, seal tightness, and corrosion resistance.
Kraken Power GmbH has developed an alternative to traditional pressure housings with its own pressure-tolerant technology. Pressure-tolerant systems work in a manner similar to pressure-compensated systems in which the components are exposed to hydrostatic pressure. However, the compensation liquid is replaced by incompressible elastomers such as silicone or polyurethane. As a result, the volume compensation requirement by liquid is no longer necessary, i.e. an oil compensator is no longer required. A proprietary vacuum technique enables the encapsulating polymers to be used at depths to 6000 metres.
Pressure-tolerant systems have a lower specific weight and a smaller volume in comparison to pressure or oil-compensated systems. They are corrosion resistant, require less maintenance and are thus cheaper to maintain.
Kraken Power GmbH has been working with this technology for many years, and through its acquired know-how, can now offer a variety of pressure-tolerant products and solutions for deep-sea applications and vehicles.
According to the Kraken Chief Financial Officer, the full year 2018 financials will be released mid-next week. Then, the 2019 Q1 will be released in late May. Very excited about next weeks release! Go Kraken!
PNG.V getting close to take on the 94c top again....the radars are going to be blowing up here soon!!
PNG. Heating up again. Get ready for the stock of the year to blow up.

LeeWay Marine Completes Successful Trials of Kraken's SeaScout System
HALIFAX, Nova Scotia and ST. JOHN'S, Newfoundland, April 03, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- LeeWay Marine (LeeWay) is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed trials of the Kraken SeaScout(R) system, developed by Kraken Robotics Inc. (TSX-V: PNG) (OTCQB: KRKNF). The trials took place from March 18 -- 29, 2019, onboard the LeeWay Odyssey.
Building on their previously announced cooperation agreement (01 October 2018), LeeWay and Kraken are testing and validating the SeaScout(R) system for use on LeeWay's newest fast patrol vessel, the LeeWay Striker. The two companies continue to strengthen their partnership in an effort to collect high resolution benthic data in an efficient way, while building technological capacity in Atlantic Canada.
Trials were successfully completed near Halifax, Nova Scotia, validating a number of performance objectives set out;
-- Stable performance during high speed towing operations (up to 10 kts)
-- Stable performance in a variety of sea states (up to SS4)
-- Navigational accuracy across all speed ranges and depths
-- High resolution imagery and bathymetry
-- Evaluation of launch and recovery with Kraken's tentacle winch and
docking head
"We are very happy to support LeeWay in their development of the Striker, and integration of the SeaScout(R). The success of this trial is not only further validation of the efficiency, effectiveness and ease of use of Kraken's technology, but also demonstrating the potential for small-and-medium Enterprises (SMEs) to collaborate", said Karl Kenny, President & CEO of Kraken
During the trials at sea, Jamie Sangster, CEO of LeeWay, and Karl Kenny attended a meeting of Canada's Ocean Supercluster (OSC), where Kraken representatives spoke about further opportunities for SME collaboration within the OSC. Kraken and LeeWay are both members of the Ocean Supercluster and are participants in OceanVision -- a proposal to develop and demonstrate innovative new methods for ocean data collection.
"Through our collaboration with Kraken we've seen that the SeaScout(R) can provide tangible value to our clients through increased data resolution, faster survey speeds, and a safe operational profile", said Jamie Sangster. "This project is an excellent example of natural SME collaboration; each company brings complementary capabilities which, when combined, not only increases effectiveness and efficiency of benthic data collection, but also helps to build the ocean technology ecosystem in Atlantic Canada, resulting in a lasting benefit far greater than the sum of its parts".
About LeeWay Striker
Striker is capable of operational speeds of over 50 knots, making the platform the world's fastest mine hunting and hydrographic patrol vessel (MHPV) to deploy to survey areas. The Striker MHPV will be targeted to mine hunting and hydrographic survey applications in littoral and offshore waters.
The SeaScout(R) system incorporates several industry-leading modules from Kraken Robotics:
-- KATFISH(TM), an actively stabilized towfish with Synthetic Aperture Sonar
(SAS) providing wide area seafloor coverage, superior pixel resolution
for target detection and real-time full resolution SAS processing to
enable in-stride automatic target detection;
-- TENTACLE(R), an intelligent all-electric winch that hosts sophisticated
algorithms for dynamic manual, semi-autonomous or fully autonomous
control. The integrated motion reference unit tracks the motion of the
host vessel, and the onboard software models and predicts the sea state.
The winch will be integrated into a completely Autonomous Launch and
Recovery System (ALARS);
-- Real time sea-floor imagery transmission using secure, reliable and fast
content delivery to cloud-based storage location to/from fixed sites and
mobile platforms: and,
-- Cloud-based data analytics, using machine learning for automated change
detection of targets by comparing seabed targets against previously
surveyed bottom mapping baseline information.

Well seems like warrants are being exercised. I think that's a good thing.
We are on the verge of receiving a 35 million dollar contract.
We have received numerous contacts over the last year and a half.
We have been named top tech company on the TSE.
Wish I would have bought more Ill keep adding on the dips.
Best to all!
I own shares from about 30cents and will hold for awhile yet.....but.
And it is a big but.
These guys have to stop the dilution. It is almost criminal in my opinion. 140mil shares outstanding now. That is wrong. The company has a market cap of over $80million!!!! I applaud management for getting this sort of valuation but they darn well better grow fast and profitably to justify it. Pressure is ON>.
Are you taking into account the exchange rate from Canadian to US dollar?
Hey Joe, still here and loving the price action.Still can't understand why V.png is so far ahead of krknf. Still very happy and lucky to have found this gem at such a low price.Hope you are doing great.
owning a stock with a brilliant CEO is a joy and his timing is perfect. Dropping this news in a consolidation phase will prop the PPS and not allow shorts to get aggressive. Buy the dips becuase the agenda will be...the deal fell through....I dont think so!!! The next target will be at 1.07 and look for support at 78c if the games start!!
I sure wish I would have bought more at 14 cents....Ill just keep adding.
Pretty sure this has the potential for a 500 million cap in the near future.
Read the part that says...big news is coming!!
PNG will be the stock of the year. I love folks from newfoundland, but our CEO is truly a great visionary. He sold his last company for 50 million and PNG is his next monster company. Monday test of 1.09 could be met with a pullback as its a bit ahead of the top bands. I would think the dip will get bought up. Theres just too much going on here and I believe theres a big news drop around the corner. Ceo is one of the most respected men sailing the underwater seas. This space in the years to come is going to be a sector you want part of and Kraken has it covered. Their sensors are the best out there and their 3D abilities are the best there is. Their underwaterv battery technology is the best in the world. Bay street is watching close.
This is HUGE!!! And, this is just one of many that they are involved in.
"Kraken's portion of the program is expected to be in excess of C$35 Million"

PNG.V ready to break out into new highs!!
PNG big push over a dollar today. $$$

Nice for both!

LOL, TrendTrade, I found it in May of 2018 at .11
??
PNG will make us rich!! only I find these plays!!
I cant seem to figure out how to work these headings...they wont cut and paste in...tech challenged I am. Anyone care to help?
Looks like the exercised warrants put a couple 2.3 mill in the bank.
A lil boom boom... ;)) sooo pretty that chart!!
PNG ring-a-ding. 82c. Like clockwork!
KRAKEN is the kind of company that will make us rich.
PNG.V stock of the year ready for 82c then the explosion into dollar land! If you want
A chart to analyze....this would be the one, it’s the most bullish long term play I have found in years backed with technology that is best in breed!
Anyone know any news?
