Here's the revised list after reviewing the KOSS and Beyer headphones.
The KOSS PRO4S 🎧️s are IMO BETTER than the V-Moda Crossfade M100s! Only complaint is included wire is too short.
& the KOSS Porta Pros hold their own against the Symphonize Wraiths and Binsi X6s!
As for the BEYER Dynamic DT990s, they are better than the HIFIMANS but I haven't decided if they are my favorite over the Fostex T20RPs. It's close!

Here is the new list after testing!
1: Beyer Dynamic DT990s
1: Fostex T20RPs with brainwave pads. These are my favorites and make your brain rattle!
3: HIFIMAN HE4XXs.. Also great.. Easier to power than the Fostex 🎧️s and almost as much bass.
4: KOSS PRO4s Comfortable, great quality, not heavy, better sound than the V-Moda and solid bass.
Might be my main all-around headphones going forward.
5: VModa Crossfade M-100s Solid, though not as good as the Koss IMO and double the price. 🎧️s..
6: Binshi X6 - This was a bargain basement brand that I bought on Amazon years ago and they are nearly as good as the V-Modas. Best bang for buck purchase ever!
7: Symphonized Wraith headphones - Also a lesser known brand that are almost as good as the V-Modas but not as comfortable as the Binshi X6s.
8: KOSS Porta Pros Almost as good as the Binshi & Symphonized 🎧️s for $40 dollars. Great for phones!

I will definitely be adding KOSS to the top of my MEME stock watchlist because their products are great!

Using the recent uptick in action to

-> do some KOSS Headphone DD

and also as an excuse to buy some new headphones and compare them to ones I already have.

I just ordered the KOSS PRO4S headphones that James recommended in his video
as well as the Koss Porta Pro Classics for my phone.. though I'm not one who spends a lot of time staring at handheld devices.
For some reason the thought also popped into my head to buy a pair of Beyerdynamic DT990s as well, so they will also be part of this comparison.
I am hoping the KOSS headphones can hold their own against the V-Modas much like the two bargain brands on the list, and the Beyerdynamics will match the top two 🎧️s on the list.

The other headphones are.. in order of my favorites: (all on the list are great)

Apple, Koss Reach Deal in AirPods Patent Case on Eve of Trial

Apple accused of infringing five tech patents
Apple Inc. dodged a patent-infringement trial over its AirPods after reaching an agreement with headphone maker Koss Corp. to settle the case.

Judge Alan Albright of the US District Court for the Western District of Texas signed off July 23 on the parties’ deal—the terms of which were not disclosed—and canceled the trial, which had been scheduled to start with jury selection early Monday.

Apple and Koss wrote in a joint stipulation filed with the court that they “have resolved all matters in controversy between them.” Counsel for the parties didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.

Koss sued Apple in 2020, alleging that Apple’s wireless earbuds violate five Koss patents for its Striva in-ear and over-ear headphones. Koss asserted that it pioneered the technology for modern wireless headphones, including an internal microphone that reacts to voice prompts, headphone-touch controls, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
