Such a damn shame. I got duped like a lot of people. I rationalized so many things they did the first few years of operations. I do think RC started out with the right intentions and then took the easy way out with scamming everyone because of shady opportunities as a penny stock company. Seems that was when he may have met the USMJ and PURA people. Who knows, he might have known them from the beginning.

I know of a few others from this board who invested heavily as have I. It has been very painful to lose a ton of money. Did well investing for a while and did cardinal sin of putting all my eggs in one basket, the KGKG basket. This company had the best products in their industry. Now they no longer offer the original HighDrates, limited the new THC HighDrates to dispensaries (can they even ship their products over state lines to online customers?), and now aren't even producing the energy drinks. They are rudderless as a true operation, and apparently making it difficult to find anything of substance on their operations in order to pull more scams. I hope this Companies management gets theirs someday.

First answer is that anything seems possible with this group (except full transparency, product release, share value and effective marketing).

I have not seen any filings either, which makes me wonder how/why Yahoo! has changed the name already.

PR said they were changing the name and applying for the new symbol. That's what we know. No mention of a buyout or takeover.

The company being talked about is the FINRA posting of the change of status of VIBEF to VIBED, Weather or not it
is the same company that Kona Gold is changing to is a different story, because we have no actual news to tell us.
But I have NOT seen a filing for a name change from KGKG to VIBE or anything like it. So I am Just asking the question

VIBE, VIBEF and VIBED are all symbols for the same Canadian company listed as VIBE on the the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE). The CSE is a Canadian stock exchange for micro cap and emerging companies. Formerly called the Canadian National Stock Exchange (CNSX). VIBEF is the company on OTC. VIBED was the OTC Gray Market symbol back in 2019.

I show this list with an effective date of 6/3/24 when I looked up Ticker changing from VIBEF to VIBED , it was on the daily list of FINRA MAY 31st
Those sneaky little CEO's. So if F is foreign and D is a new issue , 5th letter of ticker change. We should see some action soon.

Yes, VIBE on the Canadian National Stock Exchange, Vibe Growth Corporation, is VIBEF on OTC. Name originality is not a strong point here (Kona Gold, Ooh La Lemin, NuVibe).

Interesting that both OTC Markets and Delaware SoS (Kona Gold Beverage, Kona Gold LLC and Kona Gold Corporation) still show KGKG as Kona Gold but Yahoo! and others have it as NuVibe. Looks like it's finally changing.

Says right in the press release they will be changing the name in Delaware (where KG is incorporated).

Additionally, the company has retained legal counsel to assist in executing the name and symbol change with FINRA. The legal team will also handle the application for the new name with the Secretary of State of Delaware to formalize the transition.

You're right and wrong. The Company has been a failure because of management. The drinks are expensive compared to the competition where you can buy their drinks on the shelves just about anywhere. But the drinks are not bad. They actually have/had some of the best products in the industry. You need to try them and do your own comparisons with friends and family.
