The co needs to clarify.

Besides the pending RS, the last guidance for eoy is the standing 8-10mm. The last qtr offered no update and given reported numbers no reason to expect any upside surprise.

But up or down the company has not updated and would seem obliged to give holders accurate numbers

Well likely , or possibly , along with aggressive reverse the ipo may then further dilute.

If they do 1500-1, bring down to 1.1 mil. Then raise 14mm on top of that with another 2-3 mil shares at 3.5-5… plus warrants … means current holders will get crushed.

I am out, and will watch and reenter when the dust settles. It could be a real prospect with shared cleaned up.

I believe that any product placed in front of a Walmart shopper will get sales that it wouldn't have gotten through Amazon or other mail-order delivery channels. Most people will buy a new product to try it out. Those same people are unlikely to return it if they don't like it; they just give it to friends or family instead, then maybe those people try it and like it, Voila new customer(s). Exposure will be the key to increased revenues. This should be just the start of an escalating sales trend.

Why post negative items for a previous company?

The reverse split in August 2015 (1:1500) certainly didn't help investors. In my opinion this history of reverse splits really illustrates the poor management of a company that had potential. I'm going to bail and just accept the loss. Good luck folks I hope you have better luck with this one than I have.

Question is Is S&S now active up there in Wisconsin, or is it part of
Gold Leaf, will we see reports about Sales and Revenue, Will Gold leaf nurture S&S and develop it into it's own model with all their products.

Yes an RS is/was the likely path to restructuring the shares.

But the likely good $ will be after such an event. And not immediately. The rs , imho, would and will destroy current holders value but lay foundation for a new stage of growth.

Another consideration is that the reversed shares, warrants, plus insider allocations and protections will be be tightly controlled. This makes future values hard to predict since the co still is losing money and needs to fund itself again via shares, and likely has some good news events to throw into the mix.

The current support at this level is another interesting sign.

I thought you were predicting earlier this year that a RS was coming and that it would be a good thing. If this company is successful after the RS, how would it crush existing holders? If you earn a $100,000 return in 5 years instead of the $1 million, it is still a huge return.

Thanks for the comment Paco. I've been holding my shares for a while now. $KGKG has made some interesting news if you care; Kona Gold has broadened its salesforce in more states. I'm sure there is a real demand for the products.
