Reserve Split is a KISS of DEATH
Every BIO/Pharma that I've seen that did a Reverse Split (1 for 10) went NOWHERE.
Lets see if KTOV can BUCK this pattern

Is there a lag with warrants converting with reserve spilt? As it sits looks like I can convert and come out ahead lol. If there is a day or two delay, that gave a warrant holders an out. Just wishful thinking, I know better.

Probably not...they just approved executive compensation and a new company probably won’t approve of that. They will need to RS most likely to dilute more though. GL here

I have no issue with the split as it will take out most probably the small investors and the small day traders. most probably a climbing stable share price as a future result
I believe in this company and their upcoming events.

I believe the ADS goes from 10 to 6 common shares.

Interestingly, the KTOVW warrants are UP 20% while the KTOV ADS is down 10% after dropping sharply yesterday.

Do we know offhand whether the warrants pertain to the COMMON or to the ADS? (in othe words, does a warrant give you the right to buy common at a certain price or the right to buy an ADS at a certan price.

If the warrants are tied to common and not the ADS, that would explain whty the warrants are up sharply while the common is down sharply.

If you have 10,000 shares now, once the split goes into effect you will have 1,000 shares. Technically the value stays the same as the price is 10 times what it may have been at the transaction date, however the price typically depreciates in the preceding days. This is not always the case, but in most circumstances this is what occurs. GLTA

I keep it very simple...ticker goes from 90 to 50 and never bounces back...then its not a good thing...no matter what the underlining facts are the Market will always tell the story and story is projected onto the chart...

This is why I bought trader shares today as a play to fill the open gap down...if there is no movement I will sell before August 21...

Imo the ratio in 1 new adr for 10 ordinary shares

My first reaction was that this was relatively benign, as the ratio was only 6:10 instead of 1:100 or 1:1000.

However, I can see now that unlike a normal reverse split, where the size of the pie does not change but the slices just get bigger, changing the number of common shares backing each ADS is a HARD 40% cut in value.

Upon further review, since the number of commmon shares does not change but the number backing each ADS goes from 10 to 6, this now appears to me as a transfer of assets from holders of the ADS to the direct holders of common shares.

It sucks.

KTOV nor Burke issued a statement on the response to the U.S. commercial launch of Consensi ...Now it is 3 months and still not one word..

Very disappointing indeed. I did send an email to IR
asking them to provide an answer as to Consensi $$$
sales report.
When i receive a reply, i'll post it on this board.
I guess if Consensi was a big success KTOV would have
mentioned it.

I do not know if benign would be an effective adjective when the stock price went from .90 to .50...

Sold my long shares when after 2 months KTOV nor Burke issued a statement on the response to the U.S. commercial launch of Consensi ...Now it is 3 months and still not one word...

There appears to be an underlining issue here in my view when you have so much great news in a concentrated time frame and the stock does not react the way it should...

Now I will trade for the open gap and will revisit a possible long hold after August 22 post reverse split to see how the market reacts...We shall see...
