About Kibush Capital Corporation
Kibush Capital is a Resource company with operations in Jade in New South Wales, Australia, and Gold at Wau, Papua New Guinea. Our business identifies resource projects that can be commercialized within a short period of time i.e. up to 6 months after obtaining all of the relevant Government Licenses and Regulations.
There will be two mining projects which are independent of each other, in two countries. The Gold project in Wau, New Guinea, the Jade Project which are in New South Wales, Australia, negating sovereign risk.
The management and executive team will oversee and manage both projects. On the ground and geological teams have been assembled for each country. The team has the experience, expertise, as well as the specific local knowledge to execute all three projects. Kibush has also identified third party service providers on the ground (see below for details)
In addition to the three mining experts Kibush currently has on its advisory board, Kibush is in process on setting up an Australian based advisory board, with extensive knowledge in the relevant resource, exploration and geography of the projects (see below for details).
On March 3rd 2013 the Company announced the signing of a Joint Venture Agreement with the leaseholders of Mining Leases ML296-301 and ML278 located at Koranga, Wae, Papua New Guinea. The leases cover approximately 26 hectares of Alluvial Resource and are located in an area that has been producing gold since 1920. Geophysics survey of the leases conducted by Elliot Geophysics (PNG) Ltd. the data from that survey estimates that there is potentially a resource of more than of 450,000 ounces of Gold (Au).
On October 9th 2014. Kibush Capital Corporation announces the purchase of 51% of the ordinary shares of Angel Jade Pty Ltd, an Australian Company. On March 16th 2015 this shareholding increased to 70%. The structure of the transaction allows for options to purchase additional equity in the project going forward.. The assets of Angel Jade are comprised of Exploration License 8104, the area covered is 35 km SE of Tamworth, 300 sq km in size, 250 km from the port of Newcastle, NSW and accessible by sealed road. The resource is predominantly Jade. This nephrite jade occurs in the New England Fold Belt, which extends from northeast New South Wales into southeast Queensland. Within the boundaries of the EL there is also a large unmeasured, but potentially valuable rhodenite resource within the tenement.
