What happened? The Plenary of San Lázaro approved in general and in particular, the opinion issued by the Federal Law for the Regulation of Cannabis, and reforms and adds the General Health Law and the Federal Criminal Code. There, the creation of the Mexican Cannabis Institute was reversed and the National Council against Addictions (Conadic) was left as the governing body of the production chain and marijuana consumption.

Details. Among the new powers of Conadic would be to authorize and revoke licenses for the production, distribution, marketing and final sale of marijuana, and even to limit or prohibit the acquisition, possession and consumption of psychoactive cannabis to people over 18 years of age and under 25 as a measure to protect their health.

Khiron has mentioned in the past that they could potentially be a buy-out candidate. Most likely when their Market cap. is much higher than their current rate of $81.91 million (likely in the billions in my opinion) So Khiron has plenty of time to grow the business.... The deal in that link was relatively small at $286million.

Hi John :) so good to see your note. I hope you and yours are happy and well. I have seen this company move forward steadily for a couple of years now. They have done the things they say they are going to and I think they have a shot at success. It is a medical play with clinics and doctors who are able to prescribe cannabis along with standard meds and the medication is covered in Columbia. When Mexico opens up they seem to be ready there too. As always good luck!

Well stated. Khiron's time is coming up and we are so fortunate to have invested at this early stage. So under the radar yet big achievements continue, ever-increasing revenues in the pipe, increase in market share (a monopoly even in some countries?), global reach...oh and did I forget to mention Khiron has a former Prime Minister of Mexico / former CEO of Coca-Cola LATAM on the board and as the major spokesperson!!!). I traded a canadian company that I bought at 25 cents and sold today at .65 and bought Here at .65. All my prices are in canadian dollars. I am happy with that good trade. Im now very comfortable with my Khiron position. Very happy with the news. Ready for the next leg up. As soon as the legalization is finalized they will be able to open and announce the clinics they have been working on for 2 years. So much good stuff here. I recognized and bought it at 1.40. It has been a long and worthwhile journey. I love watching karma in action :)

When is legalization finalized exactly? What is staggering is that we are in this early. Canopy Growth of LATAM in stature. Big gains anticipated.

If you enjoy paying higher taxes on short-term capital gains.....sell away. I sold half my shares for large gains on the run up in 2018. My shares I currently own have a cost basis of zero.

Better to chase than hold a bag. Neither of those will be a problem here with Khiron. It will see huge with dips along the way just like every emerging industry. Nobody who is holding long is ever harmed when others take profit. You only lose if you sell and if you believe in the company you will not lose.
