the ceo is a broker commodity trader. he put together a nuclear deal years ago it's all in the annual reports. they kept this shell alive for some reason. can't believe $100k money flow yesterday. Most ever and I hope this on real news.

annual reporting is all that is required for an F stock. Please read their latest 20F filing annual report showing the ownership etc. They are current in their filings.

The best think going for this stock is insiders own majority of the shares and they are south Koreans so it is an ideal candidate for a possible Asian company to reverse merge into. As far as time lines I dont have a clue. I have held this for years. i tried contacting the company years ago and it's hard to get ahold of management. they have put business deals together in the past so anything is possible

the float I estimated in the past is only 3.8 million give or take. Alot of accumulation happened. Could have bought up half the float this week. I hope this is a reverse merger play.

Insiders own 70% and is a low float play. 14 million. shares outstanding. south Koreans own the company. could be a reverse merger play but it is unknown at this point. $100k is quite a bit of money flow into the stock. could be an investment group coming in or pre buying. 7 years ago this hit 35 cents. There has been steady accumulation the last 6 months so who knows where this will end up. @$1.00 market cap is only $14 million
