It's interesting, but KUTV is sitting up about 45% since the YouTube announcement.

A little perplexing as to why this is sagging with such a small gain given the fact that you can't get a much bigger social media agreement than with YouTube.

Chart indicators look positivefor another push IMO after settling (accumulation) in last week around the $1.90 range. Accumulation was evidenced by trading in a tight range between $1.80 and $2.20 range for the last 10-trading sessions while hugging the 20-MA the last 4-trading days.

Last Friday was it's biggest volume day since Jan. 24th while both Thursday and Friday showed increased volume ending both days positive.

This one could see a nice push this week. Definately worth a watch.

While financial details of the agreement were not released, nevertheless, distribution of the Chinese original videos via YouTube that in 2010 generated more than three billion views a day (or at the rate of a trillion views a year) should be a tremendous positive for KUTV; in comparison, performance advertising at KUTV generated $3.0 million in revenue in Q3 of 2011.

Seriously undervalued relative to YOKU. It appears significant accumulation is ocurring at this time.

With $100mil backing from Shanda and the purchase of Pipi, KUTV is on a strong finacial condition and it's on a relative valuation run, catching up to YOKU.
