According to TD Ameritrade 81% IS HELD BY INSTITUTIONS AND 18% BY SHORTS. That is the ENTIRE float so it doesn't make sense to me. Yahoo shows the same for institutions and 11% held by insiders and 21% short. VERY VERY interesting for sure! This sucker will FLY! Crude is on the way back up, the float on this is small, it's just coming off a 52 week low and the 52 week high is $28 only battered because of Covid 19 and crashing Oil futures. This is gonna go CRAZY!

Value is much higher than $1.32, and they have tons of cash on hand:
