Yeah I was wondering that myself. Maybe they're allowed up to 60 days to file a disclosure like with their 10Q forms although the 8k filed was on time but all their other forms were anywhere from 30 to 60 days. I don't think I'd worry about it too much though.

Here's what the google definition says:

"Form 3 must be filed within 10 days after the person becomes an insider. What's a Form 4? In most cases, when an insider executes a transaction, he or she must file a Form 4."

So I guess the next obvious question would be: Did the buyer or buyers become insiders up to 10 days ago from when the form 3s and 4s were all filed?

I have to admit I don't know all the technical ins and outs on that but I'll keep digging and see if I can come up with anything.

$JFIL why did it take them couple months to file? Share bought dates are from February and January. Most shares bought was at .036.

I tell ya what JFILers...

You gotta love all those Form 3s & 4s filed within the last 2 weeks give or take a few days! 2 Form 3s and 5 Form 4s. Insiders gobbling up the stock so they must feel something REALLY BIG is going to happen here.

It may be much sooner than people think and will probably catch many off guard.

I have a feeling we're going to have quite a few chasers here very soon.

So if there are 2 big buyers sitting on the ask then maybe they'll start moving up if no one sells into them. If news comes out then you can be sure they'll move right along with the price if they really want to fill their orders.

But with all the double prints yesterday that is that much fewer shares available even if the float gets chipped away a few at a time. Also if one or both of them feel like they can get the rest at a higher price of what's left over to complete their orders they'll just hit the ask for the difference to complete their positions.

So just saying...suppose they both have 100,000 share bids but keep getting filled 1,000 here 2,000 there with duplicate prints etc. then WHAM! news comes out and they still need say 50,000 - 80,000 still to go. They may just figure 'Ah...screw it! I better grab 'em all now while the price is still down here around the 4 - 5 cent range instead of fooling around bid sitting!'

That would be just the icing on the cake to add even more fuel to the fire. And who knows just how many more big buyers will show up depending on the news of course.

I know I sound like a broken record but with the tiny share structure here (75 million A/S Just under 20 O/S and float 600k AND CHANGE) and don't forget the fact that if anymore Form 4s are filed (someone posted earlier that that ALONE with the share structure would put this at 25 cents MINIMUM) this is setting up for mega huge...NO...

I sort of eluded to this thought yesterday thinking wouldn't it be nice if they started a bidding war? But it sounds like they will just keep quietly accumulating whatever they can which is fine.

Just means shares are getting tighter and tighter. This stock is getting tightly wound and sooner or later it's going to EXPLODE!

“Double prints are exactly what you want to see in strong and weak stocks. A double print means you have two buyers in the stock. You have to watch very carefully though. Even if you are watching, they are sometimes hard to see, you will simply see size flash twice very quickly. And don’t always assume its big size. Sometime you’ll see 200 shares flash twice. What is happening here is two buyers have left stock for the specialist to work. So any sales that come into the market, the specialist will split the order and give half to buyer A and the other half to buyer B. The reason brokers leave these orders with the specialist is because they don’t have time to stand at the post all day and they also don’t want to let another buyer push the stock up without them getting any.
This leads to another variation of this called the go along buyer. It means when a broker knows there is a big buyer in the stock who is carefully buying at good prices. Instead of standing there all day and trying to work the stock, he will leave instructions with the specialist to tag along with the other buyer. In other words, whenever buyer A buys stock, I want to buy stock there too, same shares, same price. This is the go along buyer. If you are long a stock and it’s strong and you notice the double prints this is a sign that you should stay with the stock. This means there is a lot of stock left to buy and you should not get shaken out of the stock. Again, so many times, traders would miss these prints and would dump their stock because it would just go sideways for hours not realizing there are still two buyers left in the stock! Then at the end of the day, the stock would take off and close at the highs and they would be kicking themselves. It’s so important to pay attention to every print.
