My partial response to this 100% slanderous article written about me on Seeking Alpha, an Instablog .......
https://seekingalpha.com/instablog/48430133-draintheotcswamp/4994211-help-drain-otc-swamp
"Wow !! 100% slander and what's your motive ? Are you short NBEV and seriously upside down ? I've never been compensated for an article I've written on Seeking Alpha and have bought stock in the open market for every stock I've written about whether it be on SA or elsewhere. You say I was supposed to be paid by KSIX ? Huh ? My dispute with them is detailed right here .....
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=130472228
I also have never had inside information from any company. You want guys like me out of the market ? You mean you want truthful people like me out of the market, so the likes of you can profit off lies and distortion. The only people the SEC will be investigating are thugs like you and your fraudulent motives for profit."
Here's a Periscope I did earlier on NBEV .........

ABRW - pullback from $1.97 to $1.26 = screaming screaming screaming opportunity of a lifetime ......
As you may know, I was pounding the table at .30 cents earlier this year when I saw an 8-K filing that Brent Willis was taking over as CEO. Willis was the former #2 guy at InBev and past President of Coca-Cola Latin America, overseeing 35K employees.
Why would Willis take over as the CEO of a $3.5 million market cap company when he's worth well over $100 million and has no need to prove himself again ? Because Kombucha is the fastest growing category in the beverage sector and American Brewing (now Bucha, Inc.) has by far the best tasting product on the market.
So enter Willis with ABRW's sales at $2.47 million last year and slightly losing money. What has he done in less than 3 months ? He's already taken the annual revenue run rate to nearly $5 million from $2.47 million and get this .... he walked into a bank and came out with a $10.7 million dollar check at less than 4.5% interest to help fund the purchase of Xing Tea, a company over 20X ABRW's size and very profitable. How many OTC CEO's can walk into a bank and get a loan for anything ? Maybe 1 out of 1,500. The acquisition closes June 30th and as part of the transaction, Xing's owners will get $7 million in ABRW stock based on VWAP for the month of June, currently $1.67, so it looks like they will get no more than 4.37 million shares and assuming a VWAP of $1.60, which brings the fully diluted share count to less than 21 million shares and $2 million of the $10.7 million loan is for working capital.
Starting July 1st, Xing and Bucha will begin cross-selling in each other's markets and sales are set to skyrocket.
Not only will the combined companies immediately operate with an annual EBITDA of $3.5 million, margins will soar as well as profits. Almost every other small beverage play trades at a price/sales ratio at 6X that of ABRW's and they're losing money. Not many people understand the deal, but this is one for the ages IMO.
Current P/S ratios of other beverage companies:
ABRW (combined & after completion of acquisition) - .49 (very profitable)
CELH - 5.79 (have lost money for many years - trades at 11X the valuation of ABRW)
MNST - 11.51 (profitable)
REED - .76 (has never made money and a competitor of ABRW)
PLSB - 2.74 (has never been profitable)
WTER - 1.65 (has never made money)
Only Monster Energy and American Brewing are profitable and most all of the other companies trade at several multiples of what ABRW trades at, but it won't be that way forever, as ABRW is way way under the radar and hardly followed by anyone.
The disconnect is enormous and Willis has already said there are other accretive acquisitions in the works and that he truly thinks he can challenge the Kombucha leader (GT's) and with his beverage industry connections, it's certainly possible. ABRW is a stock whereby people will look back many multiples higher IMO, saying "woulda coulda shoulda."

My first Seeking Alpha article since last June was just published .....
http://seekingalpha.com/article/3963052-small-time-kombucha-maker-lands-beverage-whale-steer-ship
ABRW - after no news in 6 months, I'm sure people started questioning their investment, but this 8-K filed Friday morning (market was closed on Friday) seems to explain the reason for the silence, as the company was in a transition period .....
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1579823/000107997416001057/abc8k_3242016.htm
This SEC filing is very very powerful, as a whale is now running the company and why would a guy like this come into run a tiny unknown company unless he loves the product as I do ?
Joe you still keeping track of ASPU?

ABRW - just finished this blog .........
http://seekingalpha.com/instablog/384824-joenatural/4352606-kombucha-company-says-revenues-quadrupled-and-could-quadruple-again
ABRW I'm just about finished with a Seeking Alpha article on this company. Absolutely no one read the PR that just came out due to the lame title, but the contents just told you that revenues quadrupled and they could quadruple yet again .......
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/american-brewing-announces-completion-bucha-120000040.html
Super powerful news that no one caught ..... yet. And the company's now cash-flow positive. Super tight float that sets this up for much higher prices.
TIK - just posted huge numbers for fiscal Q4, numbers that blow away previously raised revenue guidance and translate to EPS around .30 cents. With the float of barely over a million shares, this unknown company isn't going to remain a secret forever .....

ITKG - I wrote about this company on Seeking Alpha. Just posted this morning as an instablog .....
http://seekingalpha.com/instablog/384824-joenatural/3748126-update-integral-technologies-bumps-up-quarterly-call-and-delivers-the-ultimate-teaser
Yup, i am up nicely on it.
Congrats
NVIV a 3-bagger so far.
Good luck...I'm sure you'll make some nice profit, like you always do
Bob
I've been out of ADTM for quite a long time, but wasn't going to pass up on the $1.22's I grabbed on the plunge. The CEO has been fired and I anticipate a PR this week that reassures shareholders that the company's business is still growing like a weed.
I got a partial fill for a small number of BIAD shares right before New Year's. Owned it in the past as well.
BIAD - no one follows this company, but I've followed them for 3 years now. Last month's 8-K was barely even noticed .....
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1370030/000118518514003407/bioamd8k121914.htm
There's a monster deal in the works and look at this company's share structure. The O/S count hasn't changed in years and the company has no need to raise capital. No way this stays under the radar forever.
Just joking buddy...congrats
That's the way it is when you play it safe, but I'll never get hurt in the market. Resolution is to hang on a little longer ......

NVIV - my article was published on Saturday .....
http://microcapresearch.com/invivo-therapeutics-jordan-lee-fallis/
Seeking Alpha rejected it on Friday, saying they wanted me to include financial information about the company, but I told them I wanted to keep it as a human interest story and not talk about the stock, thus I let Gary Anderson publish it, someone that does great work and extremely credible, not to mention he was FIRST on the scene during the 3d gold rush.
NVIV - I'm submitting an article to Seeking Alpha tonight that I think will receive national media attention. I have zero doubt that this article will have many times the number of readers as any article I've ever written. This is game-changing to the max.
TIK - my SA article was just published ........
http://seekingalpha.com/article/2728295-tel-instrument-guidance-calls-for-revenues-to-quickly-double-accompanied-by-strong-earnings
TIK - if you want a 3 to 4 bagger in 9 months, buy as much as you can of the stock. Their government contracts are locked in and in calendar 2015, they will do $1.50 to $1.60 in EPS. It will be sustainable going forward and increase. They also just eliminated their convertible debt and replaced it with a straight loan from BofA. I feel like I'm taking candy from a baby below $5.00 and I will put out a very very compelling Seeking Alpha article next week that will be distributed big time. So compelling that I will request that SA gives it "Pro" status before released to the public. The stock has a float of slightly over 1 million shares and I promise you fireworks from here on out.
ITKG - I have a new SA article that was published yesterday ....

SMED **Ebola Medical waste disposal** This market is going to he huge in the coming days as hospitals are not at all equipped to dispose of the feces, urine, used medical equipment, mucus, bile, puke etc that Ebola patients will be a part of. SMED is a 15 M OS company around $4.3 that has the 'potential' to go $50 or higher depending on how bad this gets. It has a number of different systems lined up to take care of this coming problem.
Moves on air. :)

ABRW - **special alert** - the stock was just taken down by a consultant who blew out of a million shares virtually all at once. The guy's that put this IPO deal together are not happy about this, but just bought the remainder of Barry Hoenig's dump. This company has a ton of promise and now the selling pressure from this prick is gone. Lots of news to come IMO and their beer is now in Whole Foods. This was an IPO at .50 cents just a couple of months ago. Outstanding share count is 12 million and this dump changed nothing other than it just created a great opportunity.
ITKG - the new CEO just keeps on signing huge contracts .... look at today's ....

$GE General Electric Most *Undervalued* stock on Wall Street
ITKG - I visited the company's Detroit office over Labor Day weekend. Finally got the okay after 8 months. Was in lengthy meetings with the CEO and engineering team for 2 days and really blown away with what they're working on, which is far far more than I ever expected. Forthcoming news ? I think there will be a ton IMO. I think this new CEO is nothing short of a superstar in the way he's handled the transition over the last year and a half. These guys are working with several multi-billion dollar companies and convertible debt roadblock is now behind them. Also amazing how many patents they have under their belt. I speculated a while back that they were trying to do a deal with Tesla, as I connected the dots between ITKG and Panasonic. I now believe I was dead on in my speculation, but we'll see. If you don't have at least a starter, get one IMO.
GPDB - Amazon chooses Green PolkaDot Box .........

Somebody's gotta do it ... might as well be me.
INTK - the CEO made a great presentation on Friday to our group of portfolio managers/traders/investors and shared this new PowerPoint with us .......
http://www.inanotk.com/NIBA/INDUSTRIAL-NANOTECH-NIBA-FINAL.zip
I'm still waiting to hear back from the marketing contact at America's largest cement tile roofer (Eagle Roofing) about further financial details, but my first contact at Eagle said the deal is a very significant deal. That statement backs up the numbers in the PowerPoint and best of all ..... market maker VFIN (financier) is gone now ...... since last Thursday. Shouldn't be much pressure on the stock to .02 IMO
SIAF - after working ALL weekend on my SEC "whistleblower" complaint against this company and certain individuals, the massive mountain of evidence has now finally been SUBMITTED to the SEC for review. If the SEC doesn't halt the stock and initiate an investigation within 30 days, I will truly be amazed.
INTK - financier using MM VFIN has left the building and the stock should start to climb now. In addition to this, I spoke with the largest cement tile roofer in America yesterday and the deal is very big. He's connecting me with their marketing department today and I'll learn more details. The company's cash burn is now down to $20K a month and today at 2:00pm E.S.T., the CEO will be making a presentation in our portfolio manager room, followed by a Q&A that you're more than welcome to participate in. Simply go to paltalk.com, register (it's free), create an alias and then search for the room called "stock talk live." Over the past several years, I have had about 40 companies make a presentation, many of them Nasdaq traded companies.
INTK - back in the stock here at .0102 and .0105, as it's been quite a while since I owned this name.
GPDB - my longest ever SA article just now out ......
