The key IMO is the balance sheet, can't cancel commons with positive stk holder equity..

So if the current POR was to be approved, then commons would get cancelled....so common shareholders are looking for a revised plan and hoping for no approval on the 28th

the voting papers I received were on the POR wanting to take the company private and would cancel commons so is was not necessary to vote -the common holders were automatically against it -the insiders have 90% of the o/s here -I don't know what will happen the 28th but I doubt the POR will be approved just yet -jmo

ima read the filing again....but I am just trying to find out what the members who have been on this board for a while think about the potential of this stock and if they have any factual information that has been researched to justify the commons being saved and what timeline is expected....and your opinion?

yes there is an amendment to the POR

Read the supplemental plan amendment, the pertinent info starts about page 76 if I recall correctly.

I would think that with confirmation of the POR it would make a run...but I dont remember seeing in the filings where it said anything about commons being saved or the assets of the company
