the only people around here for the ride from the beginning was Admiral Lange and he left after the first big run -then it was myself,g2nec and Sharktank -we all spoke to each other through out the BK case -then after the commons were confirmed to be cancelled in a very confusing court doc-all these momo players/traders came into the stock -- very risky move even for the ones that made money - no one to blame here for losses -imo -
g2nec gave me the tip on this stock so do I blame him because I did not make any money due to my decsions and my timing -and thats what it all boils down too timing-for all of us

first thing one should investigate on any BK

risking your money on a "Q" without finding out if the commons are SAFE 1st

it was announced from day one the company wanted to stike a deal and go private -day one- some of us got in here because of the tight float and the fact that we thought Marc Javo would put up a fight for his interests in HIS company -he did not -there was a back room deal struck -seen it before in BKs cases -this was a very risky play from the start -once the POR was approved I personally got out about even and missed some of the runs but it was MY decision to sell with the court decision - I could have made money here but I did not -I could have also lost money --others did both but anyone buying at the end just because they saw 650% increase is responsible for a bad decision - BKs are not for newbies or lazy people that want all their info from a public board -sorry for those that lost money here and congrats to those that made money -there was no pump or deception imo and I was here for the entire ride -happy I got out even -

Indeed, that is why I love to play Q stocks, people will make huge profit but of course there will always be some people that lose everything. Buy Q shares when they are cheap, even when you know that they will be cancelled, they will jump in the last few days before it got cancelled, and you make huge profit.

It was posted several of times (please see my post warning people on Friday afternoon about what was going to happen), but as usual everyone doesn't listen. However, regardless of if others post this kind of information or not, it is up to you to research for yourself. Never rely on others to do this for you as it will inevitably lead to disater.

I read and understood the 8K before trading this and still made good money on it. The point of trading is to make money and regardless of the situation, if there is an opportunity to make money on something, then I roll the dice. I noticed that someone was buying this Thurs and Fri, probably to cover their short positions before the canellation. If you watched the L2, the MM's were bidding up the price on sells. This is why I played it, but I made sure it was a quick in and out as I knew the cancellation was looming.

Everyone will lose sometimes, but whats important is to learn from each play to see what you did right or wrong. Over time, these lessons will make you a better trader. I am now 12 years into trading and am still learning.

I wonder why TDAmeritrade forces traders to call one of its brokers to buy stocks like HCEI but allow online purchase of a stock like JAVOQ online. It baffles me how they decide what stocks they decide require physically calling in. Should have definitely been a requirement for JAVOQ.

I bought 15k worth of this stock on thursday. I also posted on other boards to buy it because the coffee penny stocks were running hard. I even convinced my youngest daughter to buy it.

Anyone that knew the commons would be canceled after the close on Friday and didn't post it with details, will have to answer to god some day.

Any chance the stock will continue trading? Any chance of suing to get my money back?

As previously reported in a current report on Form 8-K filed on March 16, 2011, on March 15, 2011, Javo Beverage Company (the “Company”) filed an amended plan of reorganization (the “Amended Plan”) with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the “Bankruptcy Court”).

On April 28, 2011, the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware entered an order confirming the Amended Plan under appropriate sections of the Bankruptcy Code. The effective date of the Amended Plan is anticipated to be on or about May 13, 2011 (the “Effective Date”). In accordance with the Amended Plan, no value or distributions will be provided to the Company’s existing holders of preferred stock, common stock, warrants or any other form of equity interests, or claims arising from or related to the foregoing equity interests, on account of such interests. On the Effective Date, without any further action, all common stock, preferred stock, warrants, and any other form of equity interest will be automatically cancelled and extinguished. Also on the Effective Date, the reorganized company will be a “private” company and will not be subject to the reporting requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.

I will admit, I made good money here. I somehow got filled on the bid at .0035 on Thurs, and was able to sell at .0057 early Friday. But I never advocated it to other traders as I knew the full situation and have been around the block a few times in these types of plays. My most recent lesson was in EOPIQ where I lost $1K when it got cancelled over the weekend (like this one). Since then, I have more than gained that back. It shows that you can take a bad situation and turn it into good for yourself if you are willing to discipline yourself.
