JNTX alert:

Its starting to move today with speculative merger/news soon. We will heard from the company as soon as this Friday during the Phi Global press conference. Phi Global CFO Henry Fahman is the interim CEO of JNTX which soon to be a brand new company with a brand new management. Its going from a textile company to into a construction/infrastucture company. Recent stated that they will have the acquisition and contracts signed as soon as mid December. At that time the stock is trading around .17 but since then the stock pps has gone down to .8-.10 level this is because the company failed to inform us about their progress.

Some have contacted the JNTX current management and was assured that the acquisition is a done deal, the reason for the delay was the contracts which is now at this time, also a done deal. We now await the transformation of JNTX starting this friday onwards to next week.

The float is less than 5mil. I expect to see this around .3 soon.
