Well...you can't live on zero income for the last two years and JADA hasn't made one cent.
Willy made a partial payment for his "asset" which he of course has listed on the latest financial. He owned Floworks for a bit over a month before the Q1 ended.
How much did it make in 31 days?? NOTHING.
How much did it even gross in 31 days?? NOTHING.
Oh yeah....JADA shareholders are also now on the hook for $27,000 per month on his office rental in Denver. That started in April so it will be on the next financial along with a $28K security deposit. JADA would have to net a minimum of $381,000 per quarter just to cover the rent and Willy's stipend.
Willy could have made something happen IF he actually did a reverse merger with HIS companies that at least put him in a gated community. Why did that NEVER happen when he bought this almost TWO YEARS ago??

Your serious with this charting nonsense? This SHAM has 0-5 trades per DAY. Yesterday TWO of the five were BS $3.50-4.50 trades just to paint the pps back up at the ASK.
If the pps would remain at the ASK it could go days and days with ZERO VOLUME. But once it drops to the BID it's "mysteriously" and quickly painted with some nothing burger trade at the ASK. Yesterday was yet another example of total desperation to keep the pps eh...somewhere.
There is NO VOLUME here and it's been that way for over a YEAR.
.015 back on the ask. Tiny gap between the 200DMA and 50DMA is getting smaller.
Golden Crossover is more likely by the day ... if these prices hold. Golden Cross would be the first in YEARS.

Nope,the trading number in the float would be 79,980,000. His 380M shares aren't factored into the float. The OS and the Unrestricted count would be the 459,980,000 that's always listed and both of those count his shares. He also states there are no convertibles or promissory notes which are restricted shares for a period of time.
Willy stated in Q1 that he still owns 380M shares.

If the float is still as low as we've discussed in the past, it seems as though a buyer is very patiently trying to mop up every share they can get "down" here.

BUT...his "consulting fee" bagged him ANOTHER $300,000.00
L2 hints that 40K more shares purchased as the ask may get us to .015. If that happens and holds ... I'd smile.

61,000 purchased at the ask, .0129. Above the 200 DMA ... pushing towards a golden crossover ... a super bullish TA signal, looking more probable by the day.

Maybe just maybe Wayne is ready to go from goat to hero? This POS is so far in the cellar, lots more upside than down.
50DMA is rising slightly daily. .0093.
200MA is flattening from a long term multi year sell off. .0100.
Merely the meeting of those two lines might bring in some interest. More importantly, Wayne might have some ideas in the works that we'll be the last to hear about. The TA might give us hints.
