Been here for a very long time. Too long! Increased my JADA holdings significantly when I saw Mr. Arcaro was involved with this well structured and clean shell. Unfortunately, fate intervened and the rest is history. Now, I would be happy to just get out. IMO, Sellers will continue to line his own pockets while doing NOTHING for investors. GLTA!
Just what one would expect from a scheisser!.
He would simply claim that, due to SEC regulations, he is not at liberty to disclose anything. Fact is, that the last several years have shown us that there is nothing of substance to disclose.
How many of you will be LONG gone for good if this hits .05?
Personally I'll sell most on coming rallies, thinking positive, and hang onto some core long term hold "freebies" from swing trading. Fingers crossed Wayne grabs his head by both ears and yanks it out his butt. Go Mr. Sellers.
117K traded, but now the ask is only slightly over the golden crossover point of about .0098.
FWIW, the bid is well above the last trade. We have a golden crossover being established and the ask is well above that price point.
Some bullish TA and we don't have much more than TA. If a deal happens to take Flowserve public here, the losses showing will be peanuts IMO.
Not when financials like this have been filed since the DAY Willy boy took this over. Which is now about six days from being TWO YEARS. His stipend keeps adding up as more and more DEBT with not so much as ONE CENT of revenue in two years.
Only because the SEC made Willy file an amended financial. Seems he wanted to pimp that $30k he spent for part of Floworks as a Asset and then not calling it a liability. They made him subtract 30K off of his ridiculous stipend owed by shareholders which will hit almost $2 MILLION by August.

not very convincing "trade", but the chart momentarily looks decent. If, IF Wayne has anything good to talk about, the stock is prime for a rally IMO.
Not holding my breath, but cautiously optimistic he likes to create wealth. Maybe his wife should take over the "active shell"??

100 shares traded "already" @ .015116. Golden Crossover showing, but one trade down at the ask and it's a goner. LOL
Maybe I'm wrong, but is the float finally in "strong hands"? The whiners and underwater traders finally gone? Will the current group of shareholders be looking for 1000%? +
.0187 on the ask ... currently showing a golden crossover ... but it's very fragile. A $10 trade at the bid would ruin it temporarily. Maybe Wayne's got something cooking that will drive volume of trading? Timing for anything good/not negative would be great right now.
50DMA and 200DMA are currently the same, but it's obviously going to take some buying at the ask to keep it there or get us to a golden crossover ... technically very bullish and it would be the first in years.
It's no doubt about Sellers stating this CON is no longer a shell Corporation in the financials. Seems the SEC disagrees.
Gosh wonder why,when he bought (or partially bought) Floworks and it never made ONE CENT in revenue in the next five weeks in Q1.
