They will not release even a hint of what they are working on. I tried several times to even get a tone of voice hint from them but they are tight lipped.

i keep telling the board, dolv is not getting a ticker. old information is just part of the problem, i suspect. i think it is the fact that it is a chinese company, for which no solid and direct information can be found. the "dd" offered on this board consist of obscure references of the company, which nobody even knows is the same company, because in china, there are many companies with the same name. verifying information for buasiness entities there can be difficult. my friend couldn't find anything on the company. nothing. neither could i. the dd here consists of jigsaw, mis matched references which are not verifiable and for which, you have to dig and and "assume" too much to call any of the information found, factual. so, i don't doubt that fnra has had just as difficult a time, and if they have contacted the sec, they may have found things that that are not happy about, with regard to the truthfulness of the filings they have published already. i can only imagine what may be going on behind the scenes. the company may be under sec investigation by now. if so, then finra won't be moving on this ticker at all. i was told months ago that there was no time frame they could expect a ticker. and that was, despite the fact that finra normally only takes 2 weeks to 3 months to issue a new ticker. 3 months is a long time, with finra to get ticker. so, 6 months going on 7 months is very telling, imo. dolv will probably not be getting a ticker. too much fear of it possibly being a chinese shell scam.

Bought a lot at $0.125 and have still only been able to average down to around $0.07. The PPS has been everywhere south of that and I haven't sold a thing.

It's simple. If this at any point within 10 years reaches say $50 PPS, what you're really doing is taking the money you've invested and multiplying it by 1000. There's a poor chance of that actually happening I'll admit but if you buy and hold now until even $0.20 then that to me justifies the risk.

All the research done on this company, which I understand the skepticism behind anything that isn't published by the company itself, it all pales in comparison to one simple fact: The new owner is a billionaire. I'm interested in seeing what he does with the company which for all intents and purposes has flatlined and bottomed out almost as low as it gets and that the only place to really go is up.

That is Christopher Cook's number, the Ombudsman office. Everyone who has called this number will tell you that they don't know squat about anything. I've had a total of 2 hours call time with Chris and believe me, I can 100% say they don't know anything about anything. Its actually upsetting that the guys who are supposed to audit FINRA's process are this incompetent. I honestly don't know why they even get paid - the Ombudsman office is a joke. And an even funnier joke for anyone to say that they know anything besides nothing.

Very well stated. I feel the same way. I was a little disappointed yesterday that I bought in early rather than waiting for the retrace, but I'd rather be safe than sorry. One of these days there won't be a retrace.

Locked and loaded now. No worries at all. Just patiently waiting for the day when I can just smile and relax without being concerned for finances for myself or family.

That day IS coming, and it will be this investment that gets me there.
