When do you expect delisting from Nasdaq?
Everything is set for a pop RSI and Volume are major indicators here people.
Have you examined INUV's SEC filings? They are bleeding red ink. They have no cash. They lost some of their credit. And the merger has been hugely disruptive.
Best of luck on this.
This pull back is insane.
Probably people who think INUV is heading toward BK or some desperate attempt at getting some new capital.
I don't have shares, but if I woke up this morning with shares in my account I'd be thrilled to dump them at 40c.
Somebody has an crap ton of shares and keeps dumping every time we start gaining some traction.
We were almost at .40 then dump city. We gain a little more than...dump.
I hope they finish soon so we can move up.
INUV merger with CPT was called off. Going to be a bloodbath today.

The way the news of the postponement has trickled out, I think some people are just now hearing why their stock has tanked so hard.
I'm thinking of playing this again, but I'm going to wait a bit more.
It saw .77 yesterday, no reason it cant do it again
With a 50% chance of rain.
Looking to see high .70s or .80 today.
I sold for a miniscule profit. As was all-too-obvious from the selling on insider info, CPT has postponed the merger -- despite the fact that INUV has failed to inform its shareholders of this fact.
I wouldn't be surprised to see INUV trading above 80c by the close. But too much risk for me.
Had bids but no fill. Lower tomorrow.
I jumped back in near the close. Just a small position.
IF the deal is still going to happen, then this price is a steal.
Perhaps we will get more clarity from the company before tomorrow's opening?

Interesting that Conversion Point Holdings just started a page on stocktwits.com https://stocktwits.com/symbol/CPTI
Yikes. INUV and acquirer both bleeding red ink. I long suspected there would be a big push to jack the price up. But hard to pin one's hopes on manipulation when the fundamentals are so dismal.
I'm glad to be on the sidelines. I made a boatload here.
Not even sure why I keep following this board -- other than the fact that I suspect there's going to be a reckoning here somewhere.
Strong move this morning. Looks like its headed to $2.25 or more prior to the merger.
INUV is very strong technically. https://swingtradebot.com/equities/INUV
Hmmm. Wondering if I sold too soon on this trade. That's an impressive position.
Nice to see. Renaissance Technologies LLC has acquired 1,633,390 shares of INUV. https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/829323/000103738919000053/inuv-13g_20181231.txt
I'm out. Once again at a profit. This has been a very sweet stock for me!
They don't even have a plaintiff yet. Amazing these vultures spend their lives harassing companies like this.
I'm continuing to hold. I think we are starting the next leg up here.
Nice to see the efforts being made to paint this down at the end of each day. And even better to see that no real buying can occur without pushing this several cents higher.
Now that we're done with tax selling, maybe INUV moves back up past $1.50?
Here's my thinking on INUV.
CPT must already have buyers lined up for their shares at $9+ in the IPO. Otherwise, we would not have gotten to this point.
Buying INUV at $1.16 is buying CPT shares at a 50 percent discount.
So, whoever is lining up to buy the IPO shares will figure this out and bid up INUV shares much closer to $2.22 -- at which point INUV will be fully valued relative to the $9 IPO shares.
Here's how to figure the discount. $1.16 minus $0.45 in cash is $0.71.
That is how much one is paying to get the shares portion of the acquisition. If we price CPT IPO shares at $9, then that translates into a buyout price of $2.22. And $2.22 minus $0.45 is $1.77. And 71c is only 40 percent of $1.77. So, INUV could move up by 150 percent before it gets to the price that people are agreeing to pay for the IPO shares.
I'm holding for much higher prices.
Here is the link to CPT's S-4:
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1761369/000161577418014521/s114600_s4.htm
If you read the transcript of the join conference call that CPT and INUV held (back when the deal was announced), it seems pretty clear that CPT already had the funding at that time. They talked about the abundance of institutions interested in participating and how some of those institutions were up in Canada, where the CPT leadership is from. I think they have the IPO all lined up, pending SEC approval of the S-1.
IMHO there is zero chance that they would sign a deal with a $2.5M penalty if they didn't already have all their ducks in a row.
Certainly this deal is moving ahead. And I think they have buyers lined up for shares at the price that makes the deal fully valued. I'm not sure I would pay that much myself. But the deal is going to get done. And there is such a vast difference between $1.16 and $2.22 that this has a LOT of room to run in the next few weeks.
And they also gave hints as to the timeline. They have submitted their S-1 to the SEC and the buyout will happen just as soon as the SEC gives approval. My guess is that we are looking at most at 1 month.
So, what are we talking about here -- maybe 40 percent or 60 percent return in 1 month? So silly that people are out there chasing pinksheet dreams when there is this sort of money to be made. Not a "10-bagger," but...
A lot of good news today. My guess is that Conversion Point Hodings has probably raised the the $36 million it needed to.
Anybody else out there buying more INUV today?
At $1, INUV's price is 45c for the cash portion of the buyout and 55c for the CPT stock that they say is worth $1.77 because private equity paid that for CPT earlier this year.
And 55c/$1.77 is a 2/3 discount to what private equity paid.
So, I was buying more. I feel almost as far out there on this as when I was buying FRPT (military vehicles) because FRPT was selling for less than the cash on its books, had huge orders, and no debt. I didn't understand the price. And I kept buying. And this is what I'm doing here on INUV. I have a LOT of shares -- just like I did when it was under 50c.
