10-4. Exactly. Best of luck. Never hold these long term. Will go red over the coming days walk itself back down. 90% of the time that’s what they do. After a huge run....best of luck.
I thought you were saying you were going to short this all the way down (meaning a long-term short). Probably smart to cover. Well done.
If this dips way down tomorrow around 10:30, as stocks often do, then I might jump back in (long). But just for a flip.
Easy $2200 in 30min. Sold at $1.40 from
Short at 1.52. Told u
Well, in effect I made the same decision you did. I had boatloads of INUV when I woke up this morning and I have now sold my last share.
You are selling, as well.
You are selling short, but that isn't so different from selling shares you own. So, I'm not disagreeing. Indeed, I agree that there does seem to be a fair amount of risk in this at $1.50.
But I wouldn't want to be short -- if only for psychological reasons.
Seriously?
INUV was trading for about 45c, and that is what shareholders are getting in cash. The rest is stock in the acquiring company. So, you are in essence shorting that company before it even goes public.
Impressive display. I'm just not sure of what...
Let's hit that 2.22 as in PR
go enjoy...
that was a big blessing
I'm leaving the rest of the upside for others. I'm out of all of my positions in all of my accounts. What a SWEET piece of news this morning!!!
NEW HIGH OF DAY!!
INUV 1.52
good call one fitty!!!!
You are going to empty the ATM of all its Benjamin$ > LOL. Hope you get voted in on the bod OF INUV.
Yes, I was really beating myself up for how large my INUV position had grown. But their sales were many multiples of market cap, and some had earnings pegged at a P/E under 10. Plus, the concept behind the company made a ton of sense and the sell-off after the secondary was totally bushleague. So, I kept buying.
And now I just sold my 84c shares at 1.20 -- for nearly another 50 percent gain!
Wow-wow-wow-wow-wow-wow-wow!!!
1.18 your making money hand over fist today
$INUV
May run past 1.25 before closing bell!
Agree! > moving up very nice from the dip > 1.10
back to .945 from low .80's
INUV
Yikes great call!!!
It will upon closing date in my opinion.
congrats even though today was a gap & trap so far for others
Yes. Indeed, if you add the 45c in cash to the $1.77 in stock, INUV should now be trading at $2.22.
I sold over 2/3 of my shares in early trading and have now bought back a bunch of what I sold at a 30 percent discount.
Seems too easy!
The share price should be @ 1.77 > "he acquisition will be a cash-and-stock transaction valued at approximately $2.22 per share of Inuvo common stock based on 34,077,624 common shares outstanding and restricted stock units that will immediately vest upon closing. Inuvo shareholders will receive $0.45 per share in cash and stock valued at an estimated $1.77 per share, or approximately$75.5 million in total consideration. ConversionPoint plans to file a Form S-4 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to register the shares of common stock to be issued in the acquisition and intends to file listing applications for the stock with the NASDAQ Capital Market and the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Strategic Rationale for the Acquisition
And now the price is heading back up after the 10:30AM panic sells are drying up.
This is FUN!
Buyout price estimated to be $2.22 per share.
85c is CHEAP.
10:30AM is often the low point for the day. I think shares bought in the low 80c range will be up over $1 by COB.
I sold up around 1.10.
Now I'm buying back under 85c.
Silly trading!
Thanks. Today has been a major, major payday for me. Over 100K shares...
Sometimes it just pays to keep buying when companies get pushed to .2X sales and P/Es under 10...
Jeez Louise. All the way down to 36c. I bought more at 38c.
Going to take a while for the pincher chart to form again.
Sheesh!
Added another 4K today. Chart looking better and better for a reversal.
Just bought 5K at 44c and change.
I just bought 10K shares at 47c.
This is an absurdly low price relative to the various price targets, relative to earnings forecasts, and relative to the underlying value here.
Table pounder IMHO.
This sucks.
One analyst has this earning 13c next year -- for a 55c stock. The problem is the uncertainty. Another analyst has them earning -9c. And then if they don't get their act together soon, they will be delisted.
This is an absurd price. I bought more at 55c.
Another very bullish review by Zacks. Price target is $4.42.

INUV investor presentation: PDF.
I think perhaps the market is still trying to digest the shares INUV sold. Once that overhang is done, I believe INUV will move back toward $1.
Added more shares. INUV has a 17% CAGR over past four years, with growth accelerating more recently. And they report being cash flow positive.
The only ding here is that they issued a small number of shares to increase their working capital. And that then tanked the stock in a totally unjustified manner.
So, I'm averaging down.
Jeez, the Chief Revenue Officer must be hard up. She hardly holds any stock to begin with, and she sold a whopping 4K shares. Does she have that little faith in INUV? Or does she need the cash to pay rent? Neither scenario seems all that great.
Still, I think this could be getting ready to pop soon. So, I'm white-knuckling my shares.
INUV should be 50 percent higher than it is. Maybe this is the start of a run?
Surprised that INUV isn't bouncing here. They issued a few shares and you'd think the sky is falling. Not sure what to do. I don't like the way the chart looks, but this is a very low price... I guess I'll continue to hold.
The last few seconds of trading were interesting. Someone tried to paint the tape up to 79c and then with maybe a half-second left, someone bid whacked it for 5K shares to close it at a loss. Manipulation.
Just grabbed another 5K at 73c. I don't think I can count on getting too many more at 70c or below, so I figured I would pay up to make sure I got the shares I wanted.
