Thanks make a lot of sense to me... was just a little curious is all,...
Dear Diggg,
We will have a twin edge pull ---
(a) market valuation in the form of SPAC Stocks and
(b) consistent dividend paying parent holding ITUP with its tentacles into the SPACs, into the WM firm and operational and Trading arms ...
Laxmi Prasd
You have a good way of putting it...ITUP & LP's creative financial mind we have soo many dividends coming at us with those SPACs.....which IMO are a thing of beauty & with his vast retirement accounts (and growing) to fund them if they make sense with the math...
You will get the best of both worlds IMO. A fast growing company (Cow) with P/E up to 100 and growth projections going through the roof. And ITUP, with substantial and increasing dividends. There is no telling how large the other SPAC's will become.
I can see your point of view...I am happy with the dividends we are getting soon & in the future with ITUP...
I think Laxmi already answered the question IIRC, and he wasn't sure.
I have an opinion on this. I don't think Cow Capital should pay dividends. There is no limit to the number of WM products they can offer. There is no limit to the number of customers they can sign up. If succesful, it will make Netflix look like a bunch of amateurs. Fast growing companies do not pay dividends. I have said this many times throughout the years. You are sending the wrong message to the market if you do. You are sending the message that growth could be stalling. Quite deadly for any growth stock.
It's a different situation for ITUP. It's going to need all the help it can get on NYSE after the disaster of the past 2 years. It will not be a fast growing company (other than its 50% stake in Cow obviously). And it will pay cash dividends anyway. It will have much better cash flow also, IMO. And is far less capital intensive.
13.7 billion years. That's where the "7" came from
RD "The universe is only 7 billion years old...." You seem to present some new ideas. Up to verry recently at least the accepted knowledge was that the universe is twice as old as your number.
Very much like how you're structuring this and how many different dividend streams are going to come to our pockets...Curious about what own your vision CCAC is down the road ( 2-5 years) and if it will pay out some kind of cash dividends or is it going for mass growth and no cash dividends..I will be happy either way...since we know you & team are rather good with numbers
OT: Yes, mind-blowing indeed...& that not even counting if there are parallel universes..LOL
The universe is truly amazing. There are 2 Trillion galaxies. Latest estimate.
Which means there are 2 Trillion x 10,000 advanced civilizations total in the universe.
And... approx. 85% are moving away from us FASTER than the speed of light. Yes sir. So we can never reach them. The most distant galaxy they are able to see is some 35 billion light years away. The universe is only 7 billion years old....
OT: Interesting some crazy stats...I was always amazed at how many stars there are in
The Universe.
https://www.worldatlas.com/articles/are-there-more-grains-of-sand-or-stars-in-the-earth.html
Conclusion
A mathematical conclusion can be made that the least number of stars is equal to the highest number of sand grains. However, it is likely that there are five to ten times most stars than sand on the beaches.
Did you know, it is estimated that there are 10,000 planets with advanced civilizations, in our galaxy alone. It follows... that most or all of them are millions or even billions of years more advanced than us.
Which raises the question, where the hell is everyone?
And the most plausible answer to that one is, that most civilizations (like 99.9%) self-destruct before they are able to conquer the galaxy. Violence is in our nature. Darwin, predator-prey etc. And you can bet... it is the same on every planet.
There is actually a search going on now. Project Breakthrough Listen. I think it will be completed in 2026. Perhaps we will find an alien civilization in our lifetime.....

"What does concern me is the Russia war."
Yes rightfully so.Crazy times...I would go to Ukraine every summer to visit my good friends & almost all the girls have fled to other parts of Europe and now men are fighting in the war...Very sad indeed for all...
Recession is meaningless. We had a recession too when the pandemic hit in 2020. But nobody cared one iota because the market kept rallying like a SOB.
What does concern me is the Russia war. It isn't hard to see how this could go from bad to worse. And may be unstoppable.
Now that we here in the USA is official in a recession today...Wonder where the market will bottom and when...Should be interesting with elections in Nov.
Final GDP reading shows US economy shrank 0.6% in the spring, cementing start of recession
Economists expected the final GDP reading to be unchanged at 0.6%

Yes, only risk now is if the merger doesn't happen. Then investors in Cow will get their money back.
I'm all over it
Gold is going well. I still have some issues with Aviation and the rest. Rice should be easy. Or easier.
Nice, definitely a deal one can't pass up! Ridicule cheap shares.., many thanks to LP and the team for them...Also, hard believe that post was almost 2 years ago before you went to IHUb jail ))
Thanks. I'm already picking up more cheap assets (today). My first pay-check will probably go towards the Cow shares I purchased recently.
Yes, I remember, and big thanks...It seems like some of the people from the investment page might have sold too soon, before we went private, and may not benefit in the near future...( hopefully not since I like many there )
Glad to see you benefiting also with the nice job now - to ITUP benefit.
Cheers! on a nice big fat juicy check to pick up more underpriced assets!
I posted ITUP as tip of the year in november 2020 on the China Unlimited board.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=159254673&txt2find=itup
You bought the stock 2 weeks later. I probably mentioned it on the HERB board. I do sometimes break the rules if I have to. Imagine if I hadn't...
Yes, the strong dollar is very nice. Tomorrow is my first pay day. Laxmi already reviewed my invoice form. I don't expect any problems. I should get paid before October 15. Then the skeptics amongst us will gain some more confidence that the company is legit. Of course, it is too late to buy shares now.
RD For the time being I am up a good deal because the dollar is up so much versus my own currency. If the price of juet fuel stays very strong during the winter I guess the price of BDCO will appreciate a good deal too. Perhaps I can thank you for all three investments. I forget if it was you that made me aware of ITUP.
You are going to be so filthy rich Snow...
As I think that all three your major investments will probably be 10+ baggers.
Jet fuel is at $157/barrel now.
Close to a 3-month high.
Yes, a 3-month high, not a 3-month low.

Well shared....Thank you!
AUSTRALIA, AND INDIA CONDUCT FTA NEGOTIATIONS: A delegation from Australia arrived in Delhi for talks on a Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement (CECA). Australian officials say the agreement will build and strengthen cooperation between the countries and help secure critical mineral trade through cooperation on rare earth exploitation projects, including lithium and cobalt mining and trade. The move will also provide an overseas market for Indian goods by removing duty fees from 95% of Indian goods shipped to Australia, which is expected to double trade over the next five years.

Yes RD and the goal is to also make Interups a substantial holder or a parent company of several of the income drawing offshoots that we are progressing towards while it will have its own pipeline of dividends, cash fees and stock exits to pile and chest the cash flows for its and it's shareholders...
You want to be on record anyway. The dividend history will matter when we list on NYSE.
Like this company. (OTCMarkets is screwed up at the moment, so I posted the Seeking Alpha Link)
https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/CNBA/dividends/history
Declaration of dividends --
Company strictly adheres to the Nevada State Regulations and of any regulatory compliance in paying out dividends even if we have chosen to deregister our shares and turned into a private company.
Ny Firm or Company, once when Executive branch proposes Dividend, after finalization( audited accounts) of accounts, that should be ratified by Board of Directors, so my question is have the accounts being audited? and Board accepted the Dividend declaration, then comes disbursement.
Nice..I'll take it
Perfect! Getting a nice discount on RE in India before going into the super (once in a lifetime) hyper-growth phase, plus being paid in US dollar when it is so strong...Seems to be great timing! IMHO...Excellent!
Dear RD,
I sent an email to you requesting you to post the attachment in the blog, I am sure ITUP Shareholders will be pleased to read through it here on the blog....
He was probably afraid that he wouldn't receive the dividend
Dear RD,
It is not for dividend...
The company annual filing was overdue with state of Nevada and one shareholder from Nevada state promptly sent an email asking us to take immediate action...
We promised him that we will fill in the compliance by 19th of September and we complied... It is an administrative affair...
Hello Diggg,
I will answer the Indian part...
(a) Prices crashed by almost a 20% to 30% value in India
(b) Rupee is now Rs 81.72 vs USD from the recent Rs 75 giving a 9% effect on currency translation effects
(c) We are working with software giants to convert residential apartments into virtual home offices as that will reduce their rental costs by 50% and these firms are in a push to contain costs --same direction...many startup firms are showing interests to rent out virtual home offices for their teams.
(d) Indian Real Estate rebounds quite quickly if past experience is any indication...you caught it right...Money is the king...to take advantage of the crash...as it offers impressive yield and easy exit once we digitize the assets..
A huge WM piece or even a separate SPAC we can plan to cash this opportunity...
Our goal is to capture 1,600 apartments across India in the initial run...and I think we are nearing the bottoms of the market for us to become active. These investments need tons of patience and timing and we are nearing that bottom....
RD & Petrejus have tons of mind picking...
Certificate of Reinstatement was filed 8 days ago. I don't know what it means. Probably has something to do with the dividend.
From what I can see, this should be the board of directors
https://opencorporates.com/companies/us_nv/E0205172012-4
Geetha Darbha, director
Kautilya Palaypu, director
Laxmi P Palaypu, director
Likhitha Palaypu, director
Mahesh Vellaboyina, director
Rajendra Bodepudi, director
VENKATESWARA R KALLURI, director
More than you would expect. But this is not a small company anymore.
Should be interesting to see what kind of bargains there will be out in the RE market in the future if a company or person(s) has the cash to buy...

Google to begin production of its Pixel smartphones in India: Report
((Hmm, I starting to see a trend here involving India ))
https://www.91HIGHLIGHTS
Google might begin production of its Pixel smartphones in India, the world’s second-largest smartphone market.
India-based production will help Google evade heavy import duty imposed on its smartphones by the Indian government.
The move will most likely also boost Pixel smartphones’ future sales in India.
Google is reportedly aiming to begin production of its Pixel smartphones in India, as per a report. This comes after reports of Apple accelerating its iPhone production in India to bring it up to speed with China cropped up.
The search engine giant has apparently called for bids from various manufacturers to produce 500,000 and 1 million units of the Pixel smartphones in India, which account for 10-20 percent of Pixel’s annual production. However, Google has declined to comment on the matter officially.
Google is intending to invest $10 billion in India over the next couple of years. A report from the Information stated that Google is giving thought to moving its production to India because of the disruptions it had to face in the Chinese market due to COVID-19 lockdowns and China’s growing tensions with the United States.
Over the past three years, Google has only launched its mid-range a-series in the Indian market rather than its flagship versions. It launched the Google Pixel 4a in India in 2020, skipped the 5a in the country and recently launched the Pixel 6a.
If the Pixel production does shift to India, it will help Google in evading import duty on its smartphones, thereby bringing down the price and possibly increasing Pixel’s future sales in the country. Google will also be at the receiving end of various incentives for domestically producing hardware in India.

Smartphone production in India
Apple started assembling iPhones in India around five years ago and is now expected to begin iPhone 14’s production in India by the end of this year. Apple is also expected to simultaneously start manufacturing the iPhone 15 in India and China next year, while the India production of iPhone 14 is only two months behind China. Xiaomi, Samsung, Oppo and Vivo, who currently have a higher chunk of the market share in India, have been locally manufacturing not just smartphones but other gadgets also in India for a while now.

I totally agree with you Snow,
India's Adani Group to invest over $100 billion in next decade
FILE PHOTO: The logo of the Adani Group is seen on the facade of one of its buildings on the outskirts of Ahmedabad
Mon, September 26, 2022, 11:52 PM
NEW DELHI (Reuters) -India's Adani Group will invest more than $100 billion over the next decade, most of it in the energy transition business, its Chairman Gautam Adani said on Tuesday, as the ports-to-energy conglomerate accelerates an already aggressive expansion plan.
After founding the group in 1988 as a commodities trading business, the 60-year-old has ventured into multiple sectors, mainly in the infrastructure space and in line with the priorities of the government of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

"As a group, we will invest over $100 billion of capital in the next decade," Adani, the world's second-richest person, told the Forbes Global CEO Conference in Singapore.
"We have earmarked 70% of this investment for the energy transition space. We are already the world’s largest solar player, and we intend to do far more."
He did not say how the investments would be financed. Debt research firm CreditSights said earlier this month it was concerned about the group's leverage, though the group said its ratios were healthy and in line with industry benchmarks.
Adani has a personal fortune of $143 billion, according to Forbes, behind only Elon Musk. The combined market capitalisation of the group’s listed companies is $260 billion, growing exponentially in recent years.
The Adani Group has announced deals worth billions of dollars this year alone, the biggest one being its $10.5 billion acquisition of Holcim AG's cement businesses in India - Ambuja Cements Ltd and ACC Ltd.
Gautam Adani said the group wanted to be an inexpensive producer of green hydrogen - which is extracted from water using electrolysis in a process powered by renewable energy.
He said the group was in the process of building a 10 gigawatt (GW) silicon-based photo-voltaic chain, a 10 GW wind-turbine manufacturing facility and a 5 GW hydrogen electrolyser factory.
"It is an absolute game changer for India and opens up the unprecedented possibility that India could one day become a net energy exporter," he said.
India is currently the world's third-largest crude importer and consumer.
Adani said his group was India's largest airport operator with 25% of passenger traffic and 40% of air cargo. It is also the largest ports and logistics company in India with a 30% market share.

palaypu0406 My impression is that the probability of selling on the Expert Market is even lower than you suggest. From the companies that are quoted there my impression is that the value of the shares is next to nothing, that there is next to no trading and I suspect next to no brokers are willing to sell somebody's shares there. The Expert market looks like a joke.
Excellent.
Thank you.
K
But that probability of Selling remains 0.01%
Plus we can have a secondary list a day prior to the record date and ensure that last minute adjustments but to my gut sense, that would not be any quantity at all even if we assume that some may sell on the market...plus even the number of such transactions will hardly be less than 5 to count...

I still don't see what you want to achieve with the Nobo list, other than out of interest.
People can still sell their stock on the Expert Market before the Record Date (of October 10, presumably). Making the list obsolete.
