If they wanted to be slow and cautious they would have stayed as they were. The whole reason for buying a shell is to provide an exit stratigy.
Smart investor?? Do not lose if you don't sell?? That logic is beyond stupid. If you never sell, you lose everything. Smart traders know that the longer you hold on the OTC, the greater chance the investment is wiped out,
If they are smart investors they will know that if you hold that asset you did not lose any money unless you sell. And there is a big company building a holding company that will be worth much higher in the future. Again day to day share price only matters to day traders
ISLT, $300K spent. $300K income. Coincidence or not?
It's well documented that someone spent $300K to purchase the ILST shell. That someone could have been the entity Leonite Capital itself or an individual associated with Leonite.
In either case, we now know from ILST's recent PR, that they have purchased 6% of Budding Equity. It just so happens that ILST projects that BE will generate $5M in revenue in 2022. And guess what? 6% of $5M is exactly $300K.
Coincidence or not?
(I say NOT.)
Most PEIs* move very slowly and cautiously.
After all, many PEIs are working with AUMs of billions. (AUM - assets under management)
If you're not familiar with this sector and are looking for speedy actions, you are probably in the wrong investment.
*PEI - private equity investment firm
These guys spend 300 grand to buy a shell and put one piss ass company in it ? They must have 4 or 5 more ready to go ,or why bother. Get on with it already !
$ILST pre market well spreading ,, supposed to be nice breakout today
Ready to see good actions this morning

Yes, and some if not all of those names are widely recognized brands, such as Cheech and Chong's Up In Smoke. It would be great if we could find out which exact products BEI will be bringing to the market.
The PR does not provide such specific
info - most of this info though is on ILST’s
website.
This is everything we already know from ILST PRs.
This info on BEI may have already been
posted -

Perhaps not that long - it depends on the
timeline for future investments and the value
of the investments.
This new comapny might be solid since they are not palnning to RS. But we have to wait for one more year to see atleast 1 cent....
sometimes worth to wait..
That could be a year away - the way the news
release is worded ILST is already in talks for
a board of directors -
5) Members of ILST management are meeting
with industry leaders to discuss their joining ILST's
new advisory board and board of directors,
which we expect to further enable us to grow
the business by securing additional valuable
brand partners and properties.

Its not far from green soon it will be in green area ,,, good hopes
$ILST
Thank you - I was referring to no BEI website -
however this info on ILST’s website does
provide the names of Brands BEI has partnered with.

LOL. Nonsense. It's the only thing that matters. I assume we are all here to make money. Bottom line. Try explaining that logic to those who have been holding this stock from a penny, then to wake up one morning to see a 75% loss of value on their investment in a matter of minutes. It's wiped out. Gone.
I am thinking, they will bring a new CEO once 100% stake with BEI and new office.
eyes on clock ,, opening bell not far looking for nice bounce today
$ILST
The share price is not all that matters unless you are a day flipper. If you can see through the BS this company has huge potential. It may be a year before that to show in the SP but 1000% on your money over 1 or 2 yrs is still huge profits
I didn’t say that the investment in BEI
was a scam. BEI is a registered company.
However - it is a private company and since
we don’t have access to its financial statements
its value - as outlined in the news release - may
have been exaggerated.
………………………………………………………..
Yes - it looks like though Leonite prefers to loan
funds than to do acquisitions or mergers.
Who TF cares? Only the SP matters. And it's in the gutter.
when they bought shell company with $300k,it should be some purpose, right?
inthat case, why they bought $300k worth of shell comapany?
Can you elaborate on not necessarily? Why would a scam go so small for their first PR?
LOL!! I doubt it will sink that low, but yea, anyone holding from above a penny is pretty much screwed.
Not necessarily - but with no website
and the business address located at a house
I think it is prudent to ask questions.
What does it mean? Are we good to hold this stock for long?
I agree. Buy $ILST shares more and hold it.
Trips soon what a bummer had so much potential
I add more for tomorrow $ILST will playing in bounce zone soon ,,, hopes are high
So you admit there was a transitional change in the OTC due to rule changes last year, but also feel that because history shows RMs usually die they will continue to? Landscapes change and as a result this entire OTC can transition into something different with new outcomes defying history. If it doesn't the OTC will shortly be a thing of the past. ILST can be a great example of the future of the OTC.
6% will allow the company to see the inner workings of the target company so they can make a better decision later on. Makes sense to me. A few more of these acquisitions may pay salaries.
ILST is a bust. Just like every other reverse merger since the new rules took effect last October. Not one merger has been good for shareholders. It's now expected to see a crash of 50-75% value when the incoming company says or does anything, or when the imcoming company is known. Until then, as long as the high hopes of speculation are alive, the stock is ok.
This is a great example of where "patience" does NOT pay off. It's the lesson of hold too long on the OTC and you get BURNED.
We may not see .007's again for at least a year or two. Enjoy holding those bags everyone!!
You're suggesting it's a scam? Why would they release that news if this was a scam? They would've done the normal thing and said they are acquiring a $100M+ company to sell much higher.
Honestly, if this is a scam, you better start loading. A scam releasing mediocre news tells me they have big plans
Ok thanks - I see now that the once OTCBB
stocks trade on the OTC Markets but still
report to the SEC. I didn’t notice this change
and had to refer back to my last SEC - reporting
penny stock.
The Interim CEO gives a glowing report
of Budding Equity in the News Release.
Is all of this info even verifiable?
One thing's for sure. ILST has tons of interest from traders.
Be they flippers, day traders, or accumulators. Once sentiment flips from bearish to bullish you should see a strong move up.
Maybe not quickly without news. But with news it could be explosive. (see my disclaimer below)
take advantage of this red price ,, keep tight
$ILST
ILST is a "front", like a Potemkin village.
Obviously, I don't know the details of what their plans are. I just suspect amoral dealings are in the works.
However, as my reply stated, there could still be money to be made with this ticker (ILST). Won't discuss my evidence for that.
In the end, everyone has to make up their own mind whether or not to "play the game".
It's all just a part of the human ecosystem. Everyone is free to participate or not.
how would this relate to their own company though?
Yeah baby. Share the spoils. Just like hyenas.
LOL
I guess if you can't beat them(toxic lenders), Join them and share in their ill gotten profit! Lol
