8/16 Offering qualified - 8/30 Leonite acquired 35m shares(and most likely more thereafter). They will probably be on the q4 as having bought all of them, or maybe an affiliate.

Where is the toxic dump volume? Even on big volume days, its a green day. Not seeing the dilution to be honest. For the most part this stock on average sells $3-8k worth of stock a day. 17m shares brought it from .0017-0012 not even 1% OS.

There are currently 2.1B shares in the OS .. (110M+ being Leonites or affiliates) Are the rest of the 2B shares not allowed to trade in the market or do we chalk all the daily volume up to 110M+ shares as LEONITE SELLING AT A LOSS OR EVEN when they just bought them? Thats makes zero sense.. the conclusion to your theory is that the market absorbed all the dilution and that no other shares sold, were the already 2B shares freely trading? Cmon now.

If you want to have the spade, have it... as you said, the market absorbed all of the dilution and we are back to square one and Leonite made zero dollars or perhaps lost money. Yeah, they are in the business of doing that. You do know what a hedge is right? Ride the wave when its time. Right now is not the time I will admit. But buying anything under the offering price is a steal IMO.

Leonite is in the position to make their intial investment with ILST HoldCo back and also recoup some of the .005 loan they are working to extend maturity on if they sell said shares at a profit. What that profit margin is? We shall see. Its highly unlikely that they dump their own stock. Thats the game. Follow the money or dont. They dont need the money, their hands are in the cookie jar everywhere in the tradeable market as an officer, consultant, lender, private placement, offering holder, board of directors, CFO etc etc... they do it all.

Screaming dilution, during an offering is redundant and of course you'll ... 'always be right'. Kudos.
Realized/recognized dilution and potential for dilution are 2 different things. One is held while the other is already sold. Dilution can also be spread out unmaliciously and sold into runs. 6% of the OS has been issued during this offering... again.. that might be too much for you, and thats understandable.

I think Leonite holds for brighter days on the hedge rather than sell the basement of their own company, who knows ... I could be wrong...Hardly see them lose though, and if they were to be doing that, theyd be massive loser on their own stock in return.
