Sounds like Robertson written ALL over it.
What is similarity between WPSnet International and Vancouver scammer?
Good article that sounds similar to IPMG's current situation...

you don't need to be sorry - your money, your decision...
just don't get why you bail now - this is a gambling period and even if merger candidate has 0 revenue (which is not according to talks around) the float after R/S will be around 11M - those low floaters are flying hard...
That really hurt...After holding my significant position for 2 years, I bailed today. Sorry guys but you know what they say...You got to know when to hold them and when to fold them. The dollar amount I got back was pennies compared to what I put in but that's all part of the game...Good luck to everyone!
This is not a recommendation to buy or sell just IMO

There is a Jes Jepsen.
Maybe a typo?
couldn't able to find any info on Jes Jasper - still looking
Appears that Sparx Technology will be the parent company and wps net will be under the sparx umbrella. Also looks like additional acquisitions/mergers would be under the sparx umbrella.Still need revenue info. Will future mergers/acquisitions benefit the parent company?Still a few questions I need facts on.From the website:Sparx Corporate has found the best way to increase shareholder value, separate and apart from the operating performance of WPS Net by spinning off and distributing shares of its wholly owned subsidiaries in the form of a special dividend to the Company’s shareholders.
The common stock distributions are part of a broader strategy relating to the transition of SPS Net into a company focused on the development and licensing of proprietary technologies:
We also continue to search for potential merger candidates with or without compatible technology and products, which management feels may make financing more appealing to potential investors.http://www.sparxcorporate.com/about.htm

Less than a million in sales?
not sure what year this is from though alex.
Depends on closing price b4 R/S...
Assuming that pps is .001 - post split will be $.15 with O/S around 2.6M (very small).
Main question is: how profitable is WPSnet International? With $$$ in revenue the stock will be back to $1 range @ no time, otherwise will trade on speculation only.
They are idiots, what could I say... but at least honest - no one Co is provided the R/S rate before actual merger...
150 TO 1.... seems like a lot???

This board is plagued with animosity
Unfortunately the culprit who created it is simply walking away. Last seen BR still owned shares I question if that still is true? I find it incredible a CEO under highly suspicious circumstances, can just up and leave without any authority taking notice or exception. BR wittingly mislead investors without so much as an explanation, that was proven when his partner in Excelsior went to the press at least 3 weeks after the deal had been killed and STILL Brian Robertson could not fess up to his shareholders, and never has. Many investors were duped on the phone. These in a court of law are punishable offenses.
I don't see an end to the recurrent animosity until we get closure on Brian Robertson and his highly questionable deals that never mounted to a hill of beans. Any CEO has a fiduciary duty of loyalty to his shareholders IMHO he is negligent and should therefore be held accountable for his abysmal tenure.
The lack of closure tarnishes any RM before it's conceived and if MiraMar thinks their deal is immune? If there is any justice in this world I think they have another thing coming.

Thanks again Alex. You are correct and what happens is anyones guess.I do not like posters who bash possible scenarios as that is what they are.Last time I checked this is America and opinions are welcomed.Your friend(HEHE)that fights you all the time has been doing this his whole posting CAREER(CHECK IT OUT).Bob :)))
Thanks Alex,If that scenario holds true $$$$.Bob :))
Thanks Richie, I think we finally found some understanding ;)
So are we ready to get the show on the road here ?
O/S 368M out of 400M A/S (common)
Float ~168M
That was the last update from T/A (@ the beginning of January) - had to fax my proof of holdings, etc. - took 2 days though...
Well, Market Cap is only $552K - really funny 'cause IR told me (@ initial conversation months ago) that candidate will be really solid with revenue from $50M and up...
Thanks Gold.Rolling a China based company into these shells could be very lucrative. The economic demand in china is strong across the board COMPARED to U.S. companies.I see eevt market cap now approaching 2 million based on a company with revenues. Our market cap here fluctuates in the 400k-500k range with approx 325 mill outstanding as per etrade.I believe a magority of the shares out are held by the new owners.I do not know the exact float in public hands,a educated guess would be in the 100-150 mill area.I say this because the stock moves fast on light volume. If they give us a good China tech company with revenue we may be in a good position.Tech is hot in China.Gold is also hot in China.Invest in the start ups this year in the gold sector and you will be happy. Thanks again Bob :))
EEVT announced a reverse merger with a company in China yesterday, the pps did very well today (traded as high as 250% up). I hope to see the same happen to IPMG next week.

wow, huge $$$$$
will see how much the R/M candidate is worth - next week ;)
Hey Alex/Lazy.Just a FYI for current/future reference: http://www.chinatechnews.com/
IPMG - great, looks like smooth process ;)
will see next week...

Thanks for the updates guys.I agree with you Lazy/Alex.We most likely know at this low price shares will not be added(good point #1).We also know from my contact we have a Chinese tech company with revenue(good point #2).I also know from past that BR held a majority of shares/now the new company will hold them.Meaning if they f with the structure too much it would not be beneficial to them(good point #3).We shall see.Bob :))
Even if the A/S were maxed out, the market cap is right around 600K. If the r/m is a good deal with a good company, this honestly could get back up to the high 00's and dare I say, a penny? Heck, it could even happen on a good pump too!
Fair enough. But if after the r/m Winters stays, watch out.
GL to us all.
Called IR - he doesn't want to disclosure any info during the process of merger - just said that Co will come to sigh a deal at the first week of March.
CEO/Secretary names should be temporary - they need to fill the registration entries b4 actual merger
Anyone wants to call? Mero (IR) 1-416-915-7564
