I got this Private Message Sept 21

IDVL R/S coming around 10/11! The preferred shares issued are not restricted and can be sold after conversion! Don't announce this public just let any know privately, that you know are in it!

I then got one from nemo Sept 29 that said:

I asked nemo if the author was the same guy who'd sent the 1st one to me and he said it was. I then got another from the guy who'd sent me the first PM saying:

I assume others have been "alerted"....but I still think it's bull shit. If it's starting with WTAF IR, well they're the ones who emailed me that IDVL would not be the dividend share. Plus I've read a Cape Breton Post article from June 25 which said their facility wasn't yet up and running...while WTAF put out at least one PR prior to that date saying it was....in other words I think they're full of shit as well.

Update! Just called Russ, there will not be a PR today! The transfer agent for WTAF is having a hard time getting legitimate paper certificates, due to large short position. He wasn't real happy to talk to me. He's not the best shareholder rep. Because he was so agitated, I didn't get to ask him most of the stuff I would've liked to. Right now, I'm thinking we might get more info out of the lesser knowns like Betty-Ann (who might be working the WTAF deal) or Robert Glasser (FWTI) or simply trying to get a hold of someone who knows something at CoSM.

still not sure what to think though, some Questions

It seems that by Penny Da Bull post that Max knows something about Waraire but is not saying what. Now why is that, could it be he is not able to because of negotiations going on.
Does anyone know if insiders are selling or buying?
Is there any leagal time frame that IDVL has to let shareholders know if the LOI was cancelled?

I mean IDVL has to explain somrthing sooker or later. I do find it positive that Max did call Penny Da Bull back if that is any concilation.
