someone is buying some of it, there is no short position, that's for sure
i still go back to that filing in Dec, maybe they just dont care, because they have a private deal done and they cash out

they did have a filing back in December about someone putting in $6 million, maybe that is what is happening.
Either that or something very very negative, I can not see a middle of the road here, hope it is not panic thinking on my behalf.

Wish I knew why the Verigreen people resigned from the BOD...then the founders resigned???? Company must be on its way out OR someone is buying this co and putting its own people on the BOD (very very long shot IMO)

I think legally there MUST be a Board of Directors.

I sent IUSN an email demanding to know what is going on with the board of directors and the co in general....of course, I didn't expect an answer...btw, who is Eric????????

why is that? isn't there supposed to be a shareholder meeting? the products on the website look great, why not hold a public meeting to show everyone what they have, seems like simple marketing, no?

having the founders leave is not a big deal, just look how well the founders performed the last several years, seems like it is a bonus they are gone, perhaps i just have blind hope
it does seem likes SOMEONE is buying stock, so something must be going on

Very weird that there has been no news, their website is still up. I bought a couple dollars the other day, no volume, it seems there was one seller and they are gone.
Completely at a loss with this. No one selling inspite of no news, the board resigns and does not affect the stock. Is it that closely held?
Anyone have a long term track record with this?

Just noticed that the last board of director, Frederick Greenberg, resigned today....who's running the ship...no board of directors left but company says nothing about going out of business...really really weird...would love to average down but way too risky, in my opinion

seems as if it was one big seller, massive volume and then peters out. Maybe it bounces back to the 30-50 cents level. Very weird all with no news, I bought a little between 10-12, but I have no insight as to what is going on. Just when things drop fast there is usually a bounce back.

but the people that have left were all dead wood, did they really do anything? Maybe they have new blood, certainly the old blood was infected with inertia.
I guess I am just hoping, although, seems like there has been alot of volume, so someone is buying, I only bought $1,200.

Why do you say that? The past board did not get anything accomplished. A company does not conduct it's day to day business based on its board of directors. Long time lurker here, but a shareholder, too.
The products still have viability, far more a concern of mine in a small company. See what happens over the next month. The market makers always seem to be right and the stock is unaffected at the opening. Give it a little time.

Worthless peice of junk....lastest 8K shows all the permapave folks resigning... The merger (or whatever it was) was going to send this stock up......this will go back to 3 cents
