Interlink Global Announces the Launch of a Multilevel Marketing Initiative in Partnership with Network Marketing News of Canada
Tuesday November 22, 9:03 am ET
Company Expects to Add 15,000 New Clients in Six Months
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 22, 2005--Interlink Global Corp., (OTC:ILKG - News), today announced that the Company has implemented the first phase of its Multilevel Marketing Initiative together with Network Marketing News of Canada, to provide VOIP calling services to the Network Marketing News MLM network of e-commerce marketers under the name of Gold Calling. Phase one included making strategic changes to the InterLink Global Softphone so that it can interact with the Gold Calling customer management and care software on the user's computer. ILKG will also provide the infrastructure in Miami to host all predictive dialing services required by Network Marketing News that will allow the Gold Calling Marketers to upload prerecorded messages, and have them automatically delivered to their customer base, as well as allowing those contacted customers to immediately contact the appropriate marketer in return. Additional services and features will be added in the near future.
After just a few days of trial operation, over 200 marketers signed up for the service. It has been estimated by Network Marketing News that over fifteen thousand (15,000) of its members will sign up for the service within the next 6 months. The Company believes that the billing per customer will average $240 per annum.
Mr. Anastasios Takis Kyriakides, Chairman of Interlink, in describing the operation stated: "We are quite pleased to have Network Marketing News as an outlet for our VOIP products and services. We were approached by Network Marketing to be their product supplier because of recommendations provided by well-known VOIP equipment suppliers, who felt that our products and services were ideal for a multi-level organization. This business fits our declared business model of aligning ourselves with established MLM structures to reach the residential market. This relationship, like the others we have announced in the residential market are structured so that Interlink's joint venture partner bears the marketing and customer service costs, therefore limiting our financial exposure."
Mr. Kenneth Hosfeld, Interlink's executive vice president of sales, stated that: "The MLM organization is the ideal model to reach the greatest number of individual customers in the shortest amount of time while, at the same time, not spending yourself out of existence on marketing and other promotions. The end user clients are ideal, as well, because of the ability that our systems have to add value into their existing operational management software platforms. We have already received dozens of calls from the initial group of users praising the benefits that this adds to the user's business, as well as productivity improvement." Mr. Hosfeld further stated, "At the point that we are servicing up to 50,000 users, we expect to generate approximately $1,000,000 in gross revenues on a monthly basis. We are also very pleased to work with such a professional group as Network Marketing News."
Mr. Stephan Gardner, Vice President of Business Development for Interlink, stated that: "We are very pleased about the implementation of this new product developed together with Network Marketing News as they bring the expertise that is needed to compliment our own internally developed MLM computer based tools. We have already begun to see wide spread acceptance of the VOIP calling platform. By this integration with proven software, the users are able to greatly increase their own efficiency, which is critical in any home business environment. While the VOIP services and product now inherent in our system are beginning to gain traction, we expect to see even greater acceptance and use when the predictive dialer portion of the system is added. The prediction of a minimum of 15,000 users over the next six months, could expand to reach as high as 100,000 users within the next 8 to 10 months. We view it as quite fortunate that we are able to team with a company as professional as Network Marketing News."

Interlink Global Announces Agreement to Create Regional Phone Company In Ecuador
Thursday November 17, 4:23 pm ET
Ensuing Contract Will Provide Broadband and VOIP Services Throughout an Underserved Region
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 17, 2005--Interlink Global Corp., (OTC:ILKG - News), today announced that it has executed an agreement with the Governor and the Comptroller on behalf of the Regional Congress of the State of Manabi, Ecuador, South America. This agreement will lead to the signing of a definitive contract to create a Private Telephone Company which will serve the entire State of Manabi with Broadband Internet Connection, Voice over Internet Protocol telephony, and other applications using the infrastructure provided by Interlink. This venture will be named Manabitel, and will include local investors, with Interlink Global Corp. serving as the strategic partner providing the technical know-how and operational expertise.
The first phase will be developed using Interlink Global's platform connected by way of satellite, employing for dispersal, wireless Internet Wi-Fi, and Wi-Max, with the following stages to include ground networks consisting of: microwave radios, optical fiber, and traditional copper wires.
According to Severino Rivano, Vice President of Interlink, who has traveled the region extensively, and has previously developed similar projects in Nigeria as well as Mexico, "This project constitutes one of the largest projects of this type in Latin America to date, and presents a potential for continuous future development in additional underserved and underdeveloped areas not only in Ecuador, but in Bolivia, Brazil and Argentina."
Rivano further stated, "The region is grossly underserved as the population is currently 1,128,000 people with only 62,000 telephone lines, which is less than 6% of density. The goal of the local government is to reach a density, through the development of this company, of 20% in three years. The estimated deficit is approximately 150,000 telephone lines and Broadband is virtually non-existent in the entire region. The rapid deployment feature of our proposal was stressed by Interlink and greeted with overwhelming approval by the Government of Manabi. This coastal region of Ecuador has a maritime-based economy with the fishing industry currently processing tuna, shrimp and other seafood varieties, and exporting them world-wide. The need for clear, high quality communication, long distance telephony, and access to the World Wide Web and to E-Commerce is critical for the future development of the economy of Manabi. Our company, through this partnership will address these topics immediately employing the latest technology to develop a telecom infrastructure to best respond to these immediate needs.
In describing the future operations of Manabitel, Mr. Anastasios Kyriakides, Chairman and CEO of Interlink stated, "The total investment when the project is fully deployed will be approximately $40,000,000, and the recovery of the investment will be accomplished in approximately three years. Part of the investment will come from local investor funds, and part will come from net operational revenue created from the first year's operations. This will continue for the first three years after the initial investment. The venture will be cash positive beginning in the fourth year. It is anticipated that the gross revenue will average approximately $13.3 million on an annualized basis over the first four years of the project. The net profit for Interlink will be approximately $4,500,000 yearly after the system is fully operational. These gross and net revenues could increase substantially as more services are deployed and the penetration level of customers receiving services grows beyond the initial target of 20%."

Interlink Global Announces MOUs Extending VOIP Services in Ecuador
Tuesday November 15, 9:00 am ET
Metrocel Contract Will Extend Broadband and VOIP Services Throughout Entire Country
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 15, 2005--Interlink Global Corp., (OTC:ILKG - News), today announced that it has executed and begun the implementation of a Memorandum of Understanding with Metrocel, S.A., located in Quito, Ecuador to provide retail broadband and VOIP services throughout the country. The forthcoming contract will be a joint venture between Metrocel and Interlink developing a project to provide broadband and VoIP telephony services to 600 Internet kiosks located around the country. Each kiosk will house 5 telephone lines, and will offer consumers in Ecuador the ability to access broadband and telephone services. The rates that will be charged will be below the rates charged for broadband service, if those services are available at all in certain areas of the country, as well as being far below traditional fixed line and wireless rates charged by the incumbent telephone companies.
Metrocel and Interlink will share revenues on a 50-50 basis after Interlink recovers all infrastructure costs. The company anticipates that the services will begin to be available in the country in early 2006, with full rollout across the country completed by early 2007. The joint venture, when implementation of the entire project is complete, anticipates recognizing gross annual revenues of $600,000, with net income per year reaching $300,000. Each kiosk will use proprietary technology, including the softphone, specifically designed for these projects by Interlink. A similar service is being currently rolled out in the United States through Interlink's joint venture with Blue Wireless & Data, of Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas, which is beginning service this week.
In describing the Metrocel joint venture, Mr. Severino Rivano, Vice President of Interlink, stated: "This contract represents a further extension of our business model of providing VOIP services to the international market to include the consumer market. While not desiring to incur the substantial overhead and operating losses associated with marketing directly to consumers domestically and internationally, we have decided that we can provide the infrastructure, equipment and expertise to providers of such retail VOIP services to the public. Since the providers handle the marketing and customer service aspects of these contracts, and because we have already incurred the cost of the infrastructure and manpower to handle this additional traffic, we believe that we can undercut the competing residential VOIP providers in cost and service, while maintaining significant gross margins. Most exciting is that we have other negotiations ongoing in the same international consumer service space with providers in other countries, which we should be announcing in the very near future."

Interlink Reports Record Operating Results In October
Company Presently Servicing Approximately 422 Clients on Four Continents
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 10, 2005--Interlink Global Corp. (OTC: ILKG) is proud to announce its operational results for the month of October, 2005. These results include on a consolidated basis the operations of its three subsidiaries, Interlink Global Corp, which provides special project development for internationally based corporations and governmental entities, Global Communications Corp, which provides wholesale VOIP telecom services in North America, South America, Europe and Asia, and Everest Interlink Broadband, the Company's recently acquired broadband service provider for multi-tenant buildings in the New York and Washington DC metropolitan areas. Although Everest Interlink Broadband was not acquired until the first of November, 2005, it is presented for these results on a consolidated proforma basis.
Interlink reported gross revenues for the month of approximately $486,360 from its three operating subsidiaries servicing 422 clients, which is a 3% increase from September revenues of $472,003. Such increase was due to the expansion of wholesale telecom services to an additional 3 customers, the addition of international routes, increased revenues from existing customers, the addition of Everest Interlink Broadband's client's as stated on a pro forma basis, and the continued international expansion of Interlink. Average gross margins are estimated to be 19% for the month, which is due to the large amount of wholesale traffic that Interlink is servicing, which has average gross margins of 3%. The Company anticipates that the gross margin percentages will increase in November and December as the product and services mix of Interlink's business begins to shift in favor of the higher margin business of Interlink Global's special projects and Everest Interlink Broadband's products and services for clients in multi-tenant buildings.
The Company is extremely proud of the substantial increase of new business which resulted to the consolidated group in October. The Company has 7 signed contracts, letters of intent or Memorandum of Understanding which are fully executed, but are in the rollout stage, and did not produce revenue for the Company in October. As these agreements are fully implemented over the next 90 days, they represent an additional $416,000 of gross revenues per month that should average gross profit margins of 16-20%. The Company also has pending bids or proposals for additional business, totaling 4 bids which represent approximately $1,026,000 per month of additional gross revenues. The Company cautions that not all bids outstanding will be won by Interlink or result in signed contracts.
Takis Kyriakides, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Interlink in discussing the October results stated:" We believe that October was the most significant month of our corporate existence so far, since we achieved record revenues, but also spent $75,000 in improving our infrastructure in both New York and Miami. We now have state of the art infrastructure capable of handling over 60M minutes of traffic through our facilities. Furthermore, in October, we have greatly expanded our management and support personnel through the addition of the management team of Everest Interlink in New York, headed by Michael Panayiotis, which brings into the Interlink fold an additional 4 employees in our Miami office to handle customer service, sales and finance. We estimate that our growth will continue in the near future with increased revenues increasing a minimum of 25% per month, and gross margins continuing to improve. Our pending contracts which have not yet begun to produce revenue, include such exciting projects as the rollout of wireless services to the retail market in Ecuador, India and the UK through our various joint ventures in each of those companies, the implementation of large scale telecom and data services projects in Ecuador for two government entities, and the servicing of a large multi-level marketer in Canada. We continue to meet our objectives of becoming the leader of providing VOIP services and products to the international business marketplace. As we move forward, we will announce our monthly operating results on or before the 10th of each successive month so that our shareholders, supporting brokers and all interested parties can track our expected operational improvement."

Interlink to Acquire an Additional $200,000 of Gross Revenues Per Month Through the Acquisition
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 24, 2005-- Interlink Global Corp., (OTC: ILKG - News), "Interlink" today announced that the Company has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire control of Ifestos Communications Inc, a New York based company providing wireless broadband and data services to corporate clients located in forty offices buildings in the New York and Washington DC. areas. Interlink will be acquiring 51% of the stock of Ifestos in a stock exchange for Interlink restricted stock valued at $250,000, and has agreed to provide up to $1 million of expansion capital for the company. The closing will be completed by the end of October. The agreement also provides an incentive for the management and shareholders of Ifestos to earn an additional 1 million Interlink shares if certain revenue and market penetration goals are met over the next two years.
Ifestos is a five-year-old company that provides wireless broadband and data services to corporate clients located in over 40 major office buildings located primarily in New York City and Washington DC. The company has agreements with an additional 60 office complexes to provide similar services to their corporate clients, which it will begin to service with the expansion capital committed by Interlink as part of the acquisition. Ifestos will also immediately introduce the VOIP services of Interlink to its various corporate customers. Current gross revenues of Ifestos average $200,000 per month, with a minimum of $160,000 per month being recurring contractual revenue from its customer base, with the remainder being engineering services for specifically designed data systems tailored to the individual needs of the clients. The management team of Ifestos, headed by Michael Panayiotis, will remain with the company after the acquisition. Interlink and Ifestos contemplate a rapid joint expansion of the revenue bases of both Ifestos and Interlink as a result of the offering of Interlink's VOIP services to the existing clients of Ifestos, as well as joint marketing efforts to offer the combined Ifestos and Interlink data and voice services to clients located in the other 60 office buildings that Ifestos has contracts with. There are plans to expand the combined product and service offerings of both companies to Interlink's base of domestic and international clients.
Anastasios Kyriakides, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Interlink stated: "We are pleased to add Ifestos, and its seasoned management team to the growing list of Interlink's synergistic family of companies. Ifestos and Interlink are a natural fit to provide joint voice and data services to our combined client bases. We expect substantial synergistic cost savings through this acquisition by combining the offices of Ifestos and Interlink Global Communications, our wholesale subsidiary, in New York and the combining of our marketing teams to offer both services to existing and potential clients. We are also pleased to be bringing into our management team a person of the quality of Michael Panayiostis, who has over 20 years of experience in the telecom and data services industry. His engineering and management talents will be utilized by Interlink, not only in the immediate expansion of Ifestos, but also on several international projects that we are building that require wireless broadband data services expertise. We are continuing our rapid expansion through both internal growth and strategic acquisitions that expand our foothold as one of the leading providers of wireless broadband and VOIP services to the domestic and international corporate marketplace."

Interlink Global Announces Signing of Four Additional Wholesale Contracts and Infrastructure Upgrades
Wednesday October 19, 9:01 am ET
Contracts Expand Company's Gross Revenues by $500,000 per Month
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 19, 2005--Interlink Global Corp., (OTC:ILKG - News), today announced that it has executed and begun the implementation of four contracts to provide wholesale VOIP telecom services to customers located primarily in the Middle East and Asia. Total gross revenues generated by these contracts for the Company, when fully implemented in October, will be in excess of $500,000 per month, or in excess of $6,000,000 per annum.
These contracts include a contract with Sitara Telecom which services India and Syria; Veleo Solutions, which services India and Bahrain and XO Communications servicing the United States. These contracts continue the expansion of the Company's wholesale business through its wholly owned subsidiary, Interlink Global Communications.
In describing these contracts, Mr. Siba Padhi, Executive Vice President of Interlink in charge of the wholesale business stated: "These three contracts represent a continuing expansion of our wholesale area. We are especially pleased that the contracts raise our profile in the Asian and the Middle Eastern markets, to go along with our traditional base located in Latin America. In anticipation of the signing of these contracts and expanding our wholesale business, we have completed major upgrades to our telecom infrastructure located in Miami and New York. Our systems are now capable of handling over 60 million minutes per month which represents gross revenues to the Company of over $2 million per month. We anticipate that our present infrastructure will handle the needs of the Company and its clients for the foreseeable future. By keeping our direct overhead as low as possible, and in investing in upgrading our technology, we have been capable of offering the finest in VOIP services at rates substantially lower than offered by our competitors."
Anastasios N. Kyriakides, Chairman of the Board and CEO of the Company, added: "Our Company's strategy now includes three distinct areas. Our wholesale business continues to expand at a rapid pace under the direction of Mr. Padhi, and we expect that we will be generating gross revenues in this subsidiary in excess of $1 million per month by the end of this year. We continue our development of VOIP projects through joint ventures in Latin America, Europe and the Middle East that includes engineering services, infrastructure support, and providing the expertise to make these projects a success. These projects are more time intensive but represent our highest margins as these projects mature. Finally, as we recently announced, we have expanded our services to the retail customer markets through marketing arrangements in Latin America and Asia which allows us to provide our infrastructure and expertise to local providers of VOIP services to individual households and small businesses, while avoiding the substantial overhead due to customer support and billing that are handled by our local partners. We are also in advance discussions on several acquisitions in these three areas that will add to our overall market penetration and our increasing growth rate. We will announce these acquisitions as the current negotiations result in the execution of definitive agreements."

Interlink Global Announces Contracts to Provide VOIP Infrastructure and Expertise for Domestic and International Consumer and Small Business Service Providers
Monday October 17, 9:01 am ET
Contracts Expand the Business Focus of the Company
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 17, 2005--Interlink Global Corp., (OTC: ILKG - News), today announced that it has executed and begun the implementation of two contracts, which commits it to provide the infrastructure, expertise and equipment to providers of residential and small business telecom services. The first contract is with Blue Wireless Inc, a provider of Internet broadband services to rural cities that adjoin the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex. The second is a contract with Metro One which provides a similar service in Bogota, Columbia. Each of these providers approached Interlink to provide the equipment and expertise, as well as run the traffic through its switches so these providers could provide Voice over the Internet telecom services to their existing customers. Each provider handles the marketing and customer service, including billing, to the retail users, while Interlink provides the equipment and systems integration to handle the implementation of the VOIP service.
It is contemplated that at initial rollout, the two contracts will generate gross revenues of $35,000 per month, at 30% gross profit margins, which should scale up rapidly to exceed $75,000 per month by the second quarter of 2006. Both Blue Wireless and Metro One have agreed to actively market the VOIP services to additional users, and to expand their base of operations to include the entire state of Texas, in the case of Blue Wireless, and throughout Columbia in the case of Metro One.
In describing both contracts, Mr. Anastasios Kyriakides, Chairman of Interlink stated: "These two contracts represent an extension of our business model of providing VOIP services to international business clients. While not desiring to incur the substantial overhead and operating losses associated with marketing directly to consumers domestically and internationally, we have decided that we can provide the infrastructure, equipment and expertise to providers of such retail VOIP services. Since the providers handle the marketing and customer service aspects of these contracts, and because we have already incurred the cost of the infrastructure and manpower to handle this additional traffic, we believe that we can undercut the competing residential VOIP providers in cost and service, without incurring substantial additional equipment and infrastructure costs.
Mr. Kenneth Hosfeld, Executive Vice President of Interlink stated: "The most exciting aspect of this product expansion for the Company is that we have other opportunities in the same retail space with providers in other countries in Latin America, Asia and Europe, which we soon will be announcing. By the end of 2006, this additional revenue stream has the ability to match the revenue being generated by our wholesale business and our international VOIP business services.

Interlink Global Announces Execution and Implementation of Four Additional Wholesale VOIP Contracts Serving the Asian Marketplace
Wednesday September 28, 9:03 am ET
Wholesale Revenues Now Reach $250,000 Per Month
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 28, 2005--Interlink Global Corp., (OTC:ILKG - News), "Interlink" today announced that the Company has signed four additional contracts to provide communication services to customers serving the telecom markets in India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. These contracts have been executed with Al E Gal, PBI, Blue Star and North Gate BPO, and constitute over 2,500,000 minutes of traffic per month that is now being serviced by the Interlink infrastructure. The execution and implementation of these contracts by Interlink's wholly owned subsidiary, Interlink Global Communications Inc., is evidence of the success of Interlink in establishing a substantial presence in the Asian market in conjunction with the Company's growing penetration of the Latin American market, which has been the traditional foundation of Interlink's international business strategy.

Mr. Siba Padhi, operating officer of Interlink Global Communications in describing the additional contracts stated: "Since I joined the Company in August, 2005, we have accomplished several of our immediate goals for the wholesale subsidiary, which included upgrading our infrastructure in New York, where we will soon be capable of handling over 70 million minutes of VOIP traffic per month, adding significant engineering talent to our staff, and establishing a substantial presence in the Asian market, as Interlink continues to diversify beyond its traditional Latin American base. In the months ahead we will continue to increase our wholesale traffic in Asia, as well as Latin America, and expect to penetrate Europe and the Middle East within the near future. This substantial increase in traffic can now be handled through our present infrastructure, without substantial additional capital improvements. From the increases in traffic expected from our existing contracts we have with our customers and contracts currently in the final stages of negotiations, we anticipate that our revenues will increase to over $400,000 per month in October, with the ultimate objective of producing $1,000,000 a month of revenues from our wholesale subsidiary by the end of this year."
Anastasios Kyriakides, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Interlink stated: "We are pleased with the continuing progress of our wholesale subsidiary, and the addition and integration of Siba and his engineering staff to our overall operations. Both of our subsidiaries continue to perform beyond our expectations, and we believe that we are on course to achieve our goal of being a significant force in the international business marketplace for VOIP products and services. Now that our infrastructure improvements are completed and we have hired additional support staff, we have the capacity and the personnel that we need to service our existing customers with their expanding needs, while we finish negotiations of several significant wholesale, retail and special situation VOIP contracts that we will be announcing in the near future."

Bridge IR's new big pick, which we believe will be a huge winner the second half of 2005 and into 2006. The company is ILKG, they are a voice over ip provider.Â
ILKG recently announced they are going to be spending up to $1 million in a media campaign, that will take place on radio, TV, and newspapers.
ILKG is going to likely be a takeover candidate, let me explain why. History has a tendency to repeat itself, the CEO of ILKG Mr. Kyriakides was the founder another company that went public on the Nasdaq at $1 per share and was later acquired by IBM at $12 a share. He subsequently founded another company called Lexicon, maker of the world's first hand held language translator. This company also debuted on the NASDAQ at $1 a share and was later acquired at $15 per share.
What sets ILKG apart from other VoIP companies is their global presence. ILKG has established a foothold internationally with business clients in Guatemala, Venezuela, Chile, Brazil, Argentina, Greece, and Oman.
I listened to the ILKG investor conference call and was extremely impressed with their current business plan and their proposed plans for the coming year. A recording of the call can be heard at: http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/050817/175508.html?.v=1 During the call, ILKG disclosed a joint venture with Diamond Ware, Inc. which will provide a "soft phone" for the users of the ILKG system. This joint venture is expected to gross revenues of $800,000 in 2005.
ILKG just recently announced the acquisition of Assai, Inc., a wholesale VoIP provider with wholesale traffic of over 12,000,000 minutes per month. ILKG's wholesale operations, which represent the high volume low margin business of Interlink, are projected to generate gross revenues of $3,378,500 prior to the end of 2005 with a profit contribution of $27,320. Gross income for this subsidiary is projected to increase to $22,005,000 in 2006, with a profit contribution of $450,700.
An article just came out in the Wall Street Journal about Vonage's Plans for a $600 million IPO. The date is still unknown for this ipo and could be months away. For those that don't know, Vonage is the world's largest VoIP provider with roughly 800,000 subscribers.
ILKG gives investors an opportunity to get into the VoIP market right now at a reasonable price, What draws me to ILKG is that it only has roughly only 1 million shares in the float, meaning it can move! There has been two separate reports written about ILKG with price targets of $6 and up. Those reports can be read in the news links below.
I strongly suggest you read up about ILKG, visit their website: http://www.interlink-global.com ILKG is on the fast track to becoming a major player in the VoIP industry, which is still in it's infancy.
InterLink Global is Trading at $1.45 (Wednesday, Sept 14, 2005 close). Two recent Research Reports show targets of $6.00 or higher! We encourage all our members to read these reports and get to KNOW InterLink Global. It is truly a must-see stock

The telecommunications revolution has finally arrived and broadband telephony communication is at the vanguard of this technological phenomenon. Now available worldwide is a high-quality version of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), which permits lower cost telephony services to be provided to business and households.
Interlink Global VoIP (OTC: ILGK) provides more features and a lower cost per call by utilizing the same high-speed data (HSD) network used for broadband Internet service. Virtual operators like InterLink Global Corp. provide telephony services over any broadband connection anywhere in the world— a business model with low fixed costs and continually declining per-subscriber variable costs. Interlink offers wholesale and retail telephony services through direct and VAR sales channels to a market with relatively few competitors and a large spread between operational and retail costs.
The Company’s customer support is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English, supporting the international business focus that Interlink has concentrated upon since its founding. After extensive field-testing and customer preview programs, the Company recently began a full service rollout. Subscribers can call anywhere in the world, from any broadband connection at 60% or less of the cost of incumbent telecom providers, and 80% of the cost of the leading broadband telephony service provider.
To further its international expansion plans, the Company acquired in 2004 Interlink Global Chile Ltd.,
one of the first VOIP providers in Latin America, which has been in business for three years. Its operations, based in the capitol city of Santiago, have been audited by Deloitte Touche, one of the Big Four auditing firms.
The Company is establishing a foothold in the international business VoIP marketplace, with clients in Guatemala, Venezuela, Chile, Brazil, Argentina, Greece, Oman, and the US., which will make the Company an attractive target for the inevitable consolidation in the industry, as evidenced by the proposed acquisition of ATT by SBC and that of MCI by Verizon.

Interlink Global Announces Approval of CLEC License
Thursday September 1, 9:06 am ET
License as Telecom Carrier to Result in Lower Costs, Expanded Services and Increased Revenues
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 1, 2005--Interlink Global Corp., (OTC:ILKG - News), "Interlink" today announced the approval of its CLEC license by the Florida Public Service Commission.
Interlink Global Corp., a pioneer in international VoIP services, is currently providing long distance communication products and services to corporations, professional associations, and defense contractors, as well as to the general public.
The licensing as a CLEC, (COMPETITIVE LOCAL EXCHANGE CARRIER), will allow the Company to provide local as well as long distance service as a telecom carrier, as opposed to a reseller of such traffic. The license will allow the Company to reduce costs on trunk rates from ILECs, (INCUMBANT LOCAL EXCHANGE CARRIERS), which will translate to a savings of from 13% to 45% below what the Company is currently paying, and will allow the Company to offer ISP services, as well as its VoIP services. Furthermore, as a licensed carrier, the Company is considered a preferred partner for other existing small and medium ISP's, who cannot qualify for CLEC status, thereby greatly increasing the revenue base of the Company.
Anastasios Kyriakides, Chairman of Interlink stated, "We are proud of the fact that we have achieved another of our goals for 2005, which was to become a licensed carrier. We will utilize our licensed status to expand our joint ventures and marketing partnerships that allow Interlink and our partners and customers to achieve a competitive advantage due to the lowering of our direct traffic costs and the additional services that we will now be offering."
Becoming a CLEC allows the Company to obtain and control its own phone numbers, as opposed to paying a fee or licensing such numbers from carriers, as most VoIP companies have to do, and to offer special numbering sequences to our clients, which bring premium rates. At the same time, the reduction in line charges allows the Company to purchase capacity from the incumbent phone companies at much better rates than other VoIPs or ISPs.
According to Kenneth Hosfeld, Executive Vice-President of Interlink, "As a result of receiving our license, the Company will now pursue semi-rural areas, as well as urban markets, where there is a surprising density of prospective medium-sized business customers. These areas have become the home of many corporations seeking lower direct costs, but facing the dilemma of limited telecom choices offered by the local ILECs in those areas. Now, we are able to offer these customers partial T1 service and other solutions such as channelizing the T1, or using half the capacity for data, and half for voice. Being a CLEC also allows us to avoid artificial tariff driven restrictions. For example, we can `unbundle' Telco elements and provision partial T1s to customers, which other VoIPs and ISPs cannot do."
Mr. Kyriakides explained further, "This license puts our Company in a position to negotiate better interconnect agreements to help reduce carrier to carrier cost, and will also add value to our Company while helping to facilitate our marketing efforts. In light of the increase revenue potential and lower cost structure, we will be revising upward our income projections for both 2005 and 2006, which we will be announcing as we report our third quarter results."

Interlink Global Corp. Completes Acquisition of Wholesale VoIP Provider
Wednesday August 24, 1:46 pm ET
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 24, 2005--Interlink Global Corp. Inc. (OTC:ILKG - News) - http://www.interlink-global.com - today announced that it has acquired 100% of the stock of Assai Inc., a New Jersey based wholesale Internet VoIP provider. The company is presently moving Assai's operations and management team to the offices of Interlink in Miami, and has changed the name of Assai to Interlink Global Communications Inc. The purchase price consisted of the Assai's shareholders receiving 1 million shares of Interlink's restricted stock, with the right to earn an additional 1 million shares of restricted common stock if the subsidiary achieves its 2005 and 2006 projections.
Assai Inc., which was formed in 2003, provides Internet wholesale VoIP minutes, (traffic) to major international customers including Jaina Systems in the United States, BD Cell in India, Asia Digicel: in India, Amar Phones in India, Buy VOIP in India and Kharafi National in the US and India. The Company's present wholesale traffic is over 12,000,000 minutes per month.
The former CEO of Assai, Mr. Siba Padhi, will head Interlink Global Communications Inc., the wholesale division of Interlink Global. In the past, as C.E.O. of Siday LLC, a global investment and consulting firm, Mr. Padhi raised over $80 Million for management buy-outs and new ventures, some of them within the VoiP industry. Most recently, he founded Assai, Inc., which is a VoiP carrier involved in wholesale termination of international traffic. Mr. Padhi will serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the parent, Interlink Global Corp., while continuing to run the day to day operations of Interlink Global Communications Inc.
Prior to joining Interlink, Mr. Padhi spent over 15 years as an executive of a variety of multi-national companies in the U.S.A., the Philippines and India in the technology and telecommunications services industries. Mr. Padhi was Director of Finance for ConEdison Communications Inc. in New York, and C.E.O. of the Philippine Telecom's division in India. Mr. Padhi holds degrees from the London School of Economics, NY University's Stern School of Business and HEC in Paris, and holds an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management.
Interlink Global Communications will now manage the wholesale VoIP operations of the entire Interlink family of corporations and joint ventures. The Interlink wholesale operations, which represent the high volume low margin business of Interlink, are projected to generate gross revenues of $3,378,500 prior to the end of 2005 with a profit contribution of $27,320. Gross income for this subsidiary is projected to increase to $22,005,000 in 2006, with a profit contribution of $450,700.
Mr. Padhi in discussing the acquisition of his company and the joining of Interlink's senior management stated: "I believe the combination of Assai's wholesale operations with the core international business of Interlink is ideal, since it results in the combination of our high volume and low margin VoIP business, with the lower volume but much higher margin business which is the core of Interlink's operations. We felt that the combination would result in a substantial higher valuation for our shareholders than remaining an independent entity, and therefore that is the reason that we opted to exchange stock with Interlink as opposed to accept a cash purchase price. We have several pending international contracts, which we will be finalizing in the next few weeks, and will also be pursuing several wholesale opportunities that Interlink has not been pursuing vigorously because of its rapid expansion.
Mr. A. Kyriakides, Chairman and CEO of Interlink Global Corp. stated: "We are happy to have completed the acquisition of Assai today, and to have a man of Mr. Padhi's quality and credibility join our senior management team. This acquisition fulfills part of our strategic business plan which is to offer numerous services to our international clients from as simple as providing wholesale minutes to as complicated as providing Wi-Fi and VoIP telecom services to specific cities throughout the world. We also believe that the cross marking opportunities are tremendous for both operations, and we intend to pursue more specialized telephony service and expanded relationship with many of Assai's existing and pending customers."
Because of the completed acquisition and other announced contracts, the management of Interlink has increased its projections for 2005 gross revenues to $5,220,500, with net profits of $236,820, and has increased 2006 projections to $35,115,000, with net profits of $3,051,700.
The Company will be discussing the acquisition and the upward revision of its projections for 2005 and 2006 in its previously scheduled conference call with the brokerage and investment community, which is being held today at 4:15 PM EST.

Interlink Global Announces National and International Media Campaign for Brand Recognition
Monday August 29, 4:03 pm ET
Company Also Announces Signing of Egyptian Wholesale VOIP Contract
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 29, 2005--Interlink Global Corp., (OTC:ILKG - News), today announced that the Company is undertaking in September, 2005, a major national and international media campaign to raise the awareness of its brand name and the various VOIP products and services that it offers. As part of this campaign, Interlink has signed a contract with IGT, Media Holdings Inc. of Miami, Florida, (hereafter: IGT) to purchase advertising from newspapers, radio and television stations and other media platforms describing the products and services provided by Interlink to its customer base. The initial cost of this media campaign is estimated to be $1,000,000 with a portion paid in cash and the remainder in trade credits generated through the barter of its products and services to IGT. Those credits will take the form of services provided by Interlink such as: Residential/Small Office Home Office i-Phone Service, Corporate i-Business, i-Extension and i-Trunk Services, Prepaid Phone Cards, GlobalpcFone.com, (a softphone application for desktop computers and mobile laptops), and all other Interlink products and services.
IGT, as part of the overall agreement, will also be marketing to its approximate 100,000 members and its 1400 merchant accounts all of the Interlink products and services. Mr. Martin Salzedo, Sr. Vice-President of Interlink stated, "We are pleased that the Company has made a substantial commitment to bring its name, products and services to the attention of potential national and international customers, as we continue our drive to become the leading company providing VOIP products and services to the international marketplace. The IGT agreement is the first step in this campaign which will place Interlink's name and products in front of a vast number of potential new users for our services. The membership of IGT should respond positively to this launch because of the significant cost savings offered that the customers receive when using our services as opposed to traditional phone line services or the services of other VOIP carriers." Mr. Anastasios Kyriakides, Chairman further stated, "The IGT agreement, when implemented, will reduce our direct advertising and media costs, since we will use trade credits from the barter of our products and services, while our penetration in the marketplace is greatly enhanced. In addition, we will be exposed to the full arena of corporate Latin America, by our emphasis of media placement in the Hispanic and Anglo marketing channels of South Florida, the natural hub of all business in the Caribbean, Central and South America, where Interlink has numerous operations."
As part of the continuing rollout of international products and services, Mr. Kenneth Hosfeld, Executive Vice-President of Interlink, announced today the signing of a Carrier Agreement with TM Telecom, an A.T. & T. partner, to sell wholesale VOIP traffic terminations for Egypt to TM Telecom. According to Mr. Hosfeld, "The quantity of traffic, (minutes), is calculated at 20,000 minutes daily. This agreement will yield to our company, $57,000.00 of monthly gross revenue with a net profit of $3,000.00 per month." It is anticipated that TM Telecom traffic will begin through the Interlink system by Tuesday, August 30th.
Interlink's wholesale business, of which the Egyptian contract is part, was discussed in the recent press release of Interlink announcing the acquisition of Assai Inc, a leading provider of wholesale VOIP services and products, and was further discussed on the conference call that the Company held with the broker and investment community on August 24, 2005. Interlink Global Corp. Announces Entry Into Ecuador for Internet Telephone and Related Services
Monday August 22, 9:11 am ET
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 22, 2005--Interlink Global Corp. (OTC:ILKG - News) - http://www.interlink-global.com - today announced that it has formed a subsidiary incorporated in Ecuador, Interlink Ecuador S.A., and is actively pursuing numerous business opportunities in this underserved market.
Interlink Ecuador S.A. is owned equally by Interlink Global Corp. and local partners, including Patricio Burbano, a respected Ecuadorian entrepreneur, who is a partner in BREN, a consulting firm to the Ecuadorian government on infrastructure projects; and Guillermo Martinez a respected Ecuadorian telecommunications engineer and entrepreneur, who owns various sites for radio relays throughout Ecuador. Interlink is contributing its technical expertise in the VoIP field, its interconnection and termination agreements as well as its marketing agreements to the new subsidiary. Operations of the new company were begun in June, 2005. The local partners have joined the subsidiary as full time employees and have contributed the startup capital for the entity.
The subsidiary will soon be providing services in Ecuador to corporations, the Government, the banking sector, the Flower Growers Association, one of the largest export segments in Ecuador, and to the exportation sector in general. Furthermore, the subsidiary has pending bids and is in negotiations to provide services to the following entities:
1. A VoIP system and service for the entire organization of the
Superintendent of Banking and Insurance Companies in Ecuador.
Interlink will provide a fully integrated VoIP private network and
worldwide long distance service.
2. An IP network and applications, for the police of Quito. The
network will be employed for video vigilance, fixed onsite for
police stations and to service patrols over a widespread area.
3. A wireless network in Guayaquil to provide broadband and VoIP
telephony distribution, in joint venture also with Adinatel. This
project would offer cost savings on connectivity and services in
direct competition with the incumbent Pacifictel.
4. A private VoIP network and telephony service for domestic and
international long distance, for all Government organizations and
"ministerios" (departments).
5. Participation in the subsidized government plan to provide low
cost telephony services for marginal and rural areas. This project
will combine satellite Internet access and VoIP hosted services.
Mr. Severino Rivano, Vice President of Marketing for Interlink Global Corp. in describing the subsidiary's operation, stated: "Our local Ecuadorian partners were selected because they had all served in telecommunication organizations in Ecuador and several had held substantial positions with the government of Ecuador. As we continue to expand throughout Latin America with our various VOIP services, we focused on Ecuador for a major commitment because: the country lacks substantial infrastructure for broadband, has a high cost of traditional phone service, and also because of the definite lack of competition in our area of expertise. We expect a substantial gross income and net profit contribution from this subsidiary on an immediate basis."
Mr. Anastasios Kyriakides, Chairman and CEO, stated: "Our operations in Ecuador continue our expansion and the exploitation of our business plan to be the leading VOIP provider in the international marketplace with our initial emphasis on the Latin American market. As with our operations in other Latin American countries, we have elected to associate ourselves with leading businessmen in Ecuador who have substantial business and governmental relations, so that we will be able to quickly penetrate a major market for our expansion. We project that the subsidiary should generate gross revenues of $1,842,000 with a net profit of $209,500 for the remainder of 2005, increasing to $13,110,000 with a net profit of $2,601,000 in 2006. By using our business model for our expansion, we have limited our capital commitment while devoting our existing infrastructure and technical expertise to Ecuadorian operations that should show immediate results for our company. We will be discussing this expansion on our conference call scheduled for Wednesday, August 24, 2005."

Wireless IP Phones The Key For VoIP Markets
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., August 16, 2005 - In both business and consumer markets, widespread adoption of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) depends on the availability of wireless VoIP handsets, reports In-Stat (http://www.in-stat.com). Dual-mode cellular/WiFi handsets will be the key driver to mass consumer adoption of VoIP, the high-tech market research firm says. By 2009, In-Stat forecasts that over 66 million cellular/WiFi handsets will be in operation.
“Wireless high-speed broadband access, unified messaging, video, and dual-network cellular/WiFi services are making the mobile triple play a consumer market reality,” says Keith Nissen, In-Stat analyst. “The key to successfully capturing the market for these next-generation personalized services is control of the end-point device.”
A recent report by In-Stat found the following:
* Worldwide, consumer VoIP subscribers using wireless IP phones will grow from 2% currently to 73% in 2009.
* Based on competition from mobile carriers without wireline operations, Europe will be the largest initial market for dual-mode smartphones.
* While mass production of dual-mode sets is not scheduled until 2007, an In-Stat market survey found that over 80% of businesses have an interest in the technology.
The report, Wireless IP Phones Drive Future VoIP Markets (#IN0501955CT), covers the evolution of business and consumer IP end points, and analyzes the impact on the future telecom industry. The report outlines the continued migration of PBX markets to enterprise IP telephony, along with the deployment of dedicated and standards-based IP telephones and soft clients, and the growth of wireless LAN and dual-network WiFi/cellular handsets. 2004 unit shipments are presented by category, along with 2005-2009 IP phone forecasts.

Number of Internet-phone consumers soars
By Brian Bergstein, The Associated Press
BOSTON — The number of consumers bypassing the traditional phone network and opting for Internet voice service is soaring beyond expectations.
An analysis by the TeleGeography research group found 2.7 million subscribers nationwide in the second quarter, compared with just 440,000 a year earlier.
The technology, known as Voice over Internet Protocol, or VoIP, requires a broadband Internet line but generally offers inexpensive calling plans and novel features such as the ability to manage voice mail on a Web page.
The revenue generated from consumer VoIP services remained relatively small, at $220 million, but that is expected to change quickly. TeleGeography forecasts annual VoIP revenue hitting $3 billion in two years.
The biggest factors in the numbers are cable TV companies, which are using VoIP to bundle phone service with their TV offerings in hopes of staving off competition from incumbent phone companies that are just beginning to get into the TV business.
Time Warner Inc.'s cable division is now the nation's second-largest VoIP carrier, trailing only Vonage Holdings Corp., one of the earliest commercial providers of the service. Vonage is estimated to have 750,000 U.S. subscribers, more than three times its level a year ago.

Interlink Global Announces Creation of New Division
Tuesday July 26, 8:03 am ET
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 26, 2005--Interlink Global Corp., (OTC:ILKG - News), "Interlink" today announced that the Company has formed a new division to handle wholesale carrier-to-carrier sales. In addition to the VOIP services and products provided to its international business customer base, the Company will provide international bilateral connections with telecommunication bridges to various retail distributors of telephone traffic including prepaid phone card resellers. The Company is presently providing such services to, and has bilateral agreements with: Newtech of Miami, Florida, and Atelodus of New York.
"Our global network provides unlimited transmission bandwidth, guaranteed network security and termination of traffic (PSTN, ISDN, mobile) locally, nationally, and internationally," said Anastasios Kyriakides, CEO. "Since we have established our infrastructure internationally, we have the capacity to add to our revenue base by providing these wholesale services to certain resellers, who realize the cost savings that VOIP provides to them. Since the Company is transporting and providing cost effective termination calls to any destination worldwide for our existing customer base, we have been easily able to expand our network to provide similar savings to distributors and carriers allowing them to benefit from higher margins than they have realized through using normal telecom networks," stated Mr. Kyriakides. The new division's wholesale contracts entered into with wholesale users have initial cost savings which compare favorably to the costs charged to them by traditional phone companies. The Company can still amortize its infrastructure costs at a faster than anticipated rate. As the number of wholesale contracts increase, the savings increase to all users and the profit margins for Interlink increase accordingly.
"This is yet another product offering that will enhance our revenue base while complimenting our existing product offerings," stated Mr. Severino Rivano, Vice President of Marketing. "We will continue to introduce new product offerings for the remainder of the year as we expand our infrastructure and continue to upgrade our systems, which should continue to add to our gross and net revenues," stated Mr. Rivano.

Interlink Global Applies for Important CLEC License
Tuesday July 19, 9:01 am ET
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 19, 2005--Interlink Global Corp., (OTC: ILKG - News), "Interlink" today announced its application for the sought after CLEC license. Application has been made with the Public Service Commission.

Interlink Global Corp., a pioneer in international VoIP services, is currently providing long distance communication to corporations, professional associations, defense contractors, financial services providers, call centers, and property management companies, as well as to the general public.
Becoming a CLEC, (COMPETITIVE LOCAL EXCHANGE CARRIER), is the next important step and an obvious route for Interlink Global Corp. The company will provide local as well as long distance service with the new licensing. "It is an option well worth following. At the onset, we will save money on trunk rates from ILECs, (INCUMBENT LOCAL EXCHANGE CARRIERS), which will translate to a savings of from 13% to 45% below what we are paying now (allowing us to offer ISP services to accompany the VOIP services). As a CLEC, we will become a preferred partner for other existing small and medium ISP's to aid in keeping or expanding their own customer base and enhancing revenue," according to Kenneth Hosfeld, Vice President, who further stated, "Interlink Global Corp. has always stated its intention to expand on joint ventures that allow our partners to have a competitive advantage. This is a clear step in that direction."
Interlink will continue to offer hosted VoIP solutions to partners globally, enabling such partners to expedite their time to market while benefiting from outsourcing their deployments to Interlink Global which has the technical expertise, robust back-office, and worldwide network to support multiple services on a single platform.

These traffic and revenue forecasts do not include additional minutes and revenues that Interlink will be bringing to the system through its existing traffic in Latin America.
Interlink has agreed to pay a total purchase price of $6,000,000 comprised of $4,000,000 in cash and 1,750,000 of its restricted common stock. After the acquisition is completed, Interlink, which is in the process of becoming a reporting company with the SEC, will be NASDAQ qualified and will apply for an immediate listing after the closing.
Interlink's Chairman, Anastasios Kyriakides stated: "ILKG's acquisition of NGTV will enable us to have a country wide backbone network in Venezuela that we will be able to take to the next level by expanding the customer base and adding more cost effective international terminations.
"This acquisition provides us with an opportunity to move more quickly into the Venezuelan market and be able to expand our existing and emerging technologies, such as wireless, VoIP, and wireless Internet, into areas that have been historically underserved by the latest technologies. NGTV will become the cornerstone of our potential in the Country of Venezuela as well as neighboring Colombia. Beginning with a solid base of customers and an experienced local operational team, NGTV fits our successful model for growth and we expect great things to happen for us there."
Kenneth Hosfeld, senior vice president of Interlink Global Corp. said, "We were looking for a company that, with application of our vision and management, could grow quickly, we had several choices -- NGTV rose to the top and was the clear choice. I am excited about the opportunities to expand our current brand and our reach into new markets and technologies, such as combined wireless Internet, video, and VOIP. This will be a very exciting year for the company."
The acquisition of NGTV is subject to approval and authorization of CONATEL ("Comision Nacional de Telecomunicaciones," the regulator of telecom in Venezuela) in Venezuela, the completion of due diligence, and legal documentation. However, Interlink has secured a commitment for financing the acquisition and therefore does not see any reason that the acquisition will not be timely closed after the 60 day due diligence period.

Interlink Global to Provide Its Customers with the Next Generation Technology in VoIP Services
Thursday June 2, 9:21 am ET
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 2, 2005--Interlink Global Corp., (OTC:ILKG - News), "Interlink" today announced along with DiamondWare, Ltd., of Mesa, Arizona, the creation of a licensee agreement to provide DiamondWare's advanced soft phone technology to the international clientele of Interlink Global Corp.
Interlink Global Corp., a pioneer in international VoIP services, and one of the few profitable VoIP providers, is currently providing long distance communication to corporations, professional associations, defense contractors, financial services providers, call centers, and property management companies, as well as to the general public. The board of directors of Interlink has adopted a business strategy of forming domestic and international joint ventures with various infrastructure and media companies, as evidenced by its previous announcements of joint ventures with TSD Telecomunicaciones of Guatemala, C.A. and Metropolis 1039, of Maracaibo, Venezuela, S.A, in order to accelerate its market penetration, as the industry expands rapidly, as well as lower the front end customer acquisition costs, which cause most of Interlink's competitors to recognize substantial annual losses. To the knowledge of Interlink's management, it is the only VoIP company pursuing this joint venture marketing strategy.
As part of its relationship with DiamondWare, Interlink will make available for free to its many customers and clients the very latest version of the sophisticated softphone product application from DiamondWare called Soft-Fone. This software enables users to dial a telephone call on the screen of their PC or laptop and eliminate their physical phone apparatus. This product is recognized as a great advance in the evolution of this family of software, because it eliminates the gap in communication usually associated with this usage, (latency), which produces echo and overlap in conversation.
With Soft-Fone, the echo and overlap reduces to 50 miliseconds, which makes this annoyance virtually undetectable. This technology will now allow Interlink's customers to use the cost saving VoIP services from anywhere in the world without noticeable difference in call quality as compared to land line telecommunications. It is anticipated that when fully implemented, the licensee agreement will recognize annual revenues in excess of $800,000 on a yearly basis, since the software will greatly enhance the usage of Interlink's billable services to its clients.
This agreement augments Interlink's strategy to offer hosted VoIP solutions to partners globally, enabling such partners to expedite their time to market, while benefiting from outsourcing their deployments to Interlink Global which has the technical expertise, robust back-office, and worldwide network to support multiple services on a single platform.
