IGRW did not have a high volume day immediately after it reopened for trading. On the fifth, sixth, and seventh sessions after it reopened, it traded high volume. Blowout volume that last day: 143 million shares. Obviously somebody with a large position managed to unload somehow.

And that was it for significant volume. Since then--"then" being 18 March--volume has been insignificant, as is typical for illiquid Greys.
