IBDI, all the vol friday and so quite (for now) today?
eod buying.. MM providing great support. this one will continue to run next WEEK
I agree, having looked into Friendfinder a bit more, it looks like they are one of the larger social dating sites, with a number of differnt existing revenue streams through there various interactive 'web-faces'.
Took a small starter position here Friday, may look to add more depending on price and trading activity on Monday.

Yes, it looked systematic buying on friday last, rather than some rookie buying it...if friendfinder goes public, this should skyrocket imo...
It looked like someone was trying to load shares via DOMS, a number of times I tried to hit the ask and DOMS would give me 5k shares and run away, and they would become best bid. Definately seems like someone in the know is buying up shares here. Another LO*N perhaps?
PMG's parent friendfinder raises 551 millions usd debt financing in late oct 2010

they are open to going public (may be through reverse mergers....how about with IBDI, as IBDI owns 27% stake in PMG, hopefully they own it now)

Organization
Interactive Brand Development, Inc. (“IBD”, “the Company” or “the Corporation”), a Delaware corporation, has discontinued its operations following a judgment against it by CMI II, LLC (CMI), an affiliate of Castlerigg Master Investments Limited and a holder of shares of IBD’s Series F Convertible Redeemable Secured Preferred stock (Series F Stock). The judgment was granted on August 15, 2007 for $7 million. CMI brought suit against IBD and its wholly owned direct and indirect subsidiaries, Media Billing Company, LLC (Media Billing) and iBill, in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, New York County for damages arising out of alleged breaches (i) by IBD of various provisions of a Subscription Agreement pursuant to which CMI purchased the Series F Stock, (ii) by IBD of the IBD Certificate of Designation of Preferences and Rights of the Series F Stock, and (iii) by Media Billing and iBill of an Unconditional and Irrevocable Guaranty to guaranty both the payment and performance of all of IBD’s obligations to CMI. CMI also seeks redemption of the Series F Stock.
Additionally, the Company’s cel art, a significant asset, has been foreclosed upon by Note Holders that had filed Uniform Commercial Code statements in 2004, collateralizing their loans with the cel art. This resulted in a $6,531,750 loss.
The Company is authorized under its Articles of Incorporation to issue and have outstanding at any one time 400 million shares of common stock par value $0.001 per share.
Looks like this is a shell, was a delaware company, deregistered in April 2008. Last reported O/S appears to be 108,644,987 per pink sheets, but that was in May 2007. Don't know the A/S, but still digging for more information.
why would I unload?
So how many shares can you unload? There is not enough volume there to get rid of a substancial amount of shares. I see run ups on relatively little volume in dollar terms, Someone gets to sell their tiny holding, then the PPS plummets. Over and over, and a' over again, da da de da da.
it works once in a while, checkout twkgq
See, now at .0007.
Why do you even play in these empty scammy stocks?
I've never made anything in the sub pennys. Just a lottery to me.
Seems to me we get a little burst of volume, (probably money laundering) then nothing. no point in moving, I don't have the time to try and beat the house (a quixotic endeavor). Just amazes me that there are some who claim to be profitable constantly trading in and out of pump and dump scams. Go figger?
your surprise won't last long if PHSL is any indication.
I'm surprised the .007 close held
good idear' we'll see how this week pans out. GL
after 3 to 4 days of continuous ascent?
havn't cashed yet, any suggestions on when to make a withdrawl?
I wonder if Marc Bell Capital needs a shell too?
I'll cash some on the other side of the street and make change here.
this could be next
was from july, almost 60 days now, we're always getting closer though, so we're closer now than we were then.
did you notice that article was dated last month? maybe we're getting closer
still no IPO yet, and Bell says "when and if they plan to go public" so I still won't hold my breath, won't sell my shares either though, don't need the $ immediately, and have been drifting in this boat for quite some time, AHOY mate, land ho?
Won't hold my breath! HA
.33 per share exercise price? hmmmm
I don't know. Not my shares, I havn't been able to get an oredr like that filed. I'm glad I only stuck a pinky toe in, my $250 is now $10. I'll try to pick em up right here though.
where did those shares come from? were those sold below the bid?
maybe this will be the PMGI stock lol
Not sure. Will try to find out.
Know anything about this?
IBDI
The Company has reached a verbal agreement to extend the note until July 31, 2007 As additional consideration for entering into the credit and security agreement, we issued Takeley a common stock purchase warrant to purchase 1,000,000 shares of common stock of IBD, exercisable at $0.33 per share at any time prior to July 14, 2010.
