It's really interesting. Philip Kirkland's PK Electric & Telecom offered private shares of that company when he started it. Next thing you know Intelligent Highway Solutions was able to pay for an attorney. They haven't taken this board down either. And, then the article. No pressure but intriguing to see how it plays out..
Agree on the hope is not lost. Tend to believe SEC protected shareholders/traders from more harm by delisting. Even Frosty the Snowman came back to life. loan was to be sold off. Maybe IHSI will come back to life. Sit back and wait. No Pressure!
Not sure what to make of it, likely nothing.
Thank you. If it was obsolete they wouldn't be printing that article in my opinion. Hope is not lost by that.
Not but I did validate your post and their reference to IHSI.
So...what's everyone's take on this now?
80 % of your otc stocks got delisted...lmao
I’m assuming this company is beyond dead. Anyone hear anything about a revival or effort to be compliant? Just seems so abrupt to see it disappear with no news
It’s been that way for some time now.
Why is this ticker redirected to IHAI in my TD acct. ? And IHSI shares are now worthless?
Lol where is BurnNotice? I swear he was Devon. Loser
Some are still paying attention!
It's still in the court system. The loan has been, or going to be sold as part of the TCA saga. SEC was involved and filed against TCA. If Intelligent Highway Solutions was a scam then it would have been stated in the court case records. Company is legit. Not sure what's next. They are in the final stages. The records are there. Not sure why I'm seeing a lot of people throwing this ticker out on Twitter lately since it is stagnant but who knows. Thanks to Burn the links are there under his name to look for yourselves....
No I file Mark to Market so I file as a professional Market maker which means I have to trade pretty much every day of my life. So I've been around. I just haven't been following The Saga of this company
lol what it was deleted and gone long ago. where u been under a rock
Hey whatever became of this corn-laden turd?
Did the company go belly up?
I have it in my "favorites" list on here - u know - for posterity
It was a scam from day one Burn Notice incessantly pumped I had fun making look like a stooopid pumping pumptard...
You misunderstand my post.

IHSI could have been a grand slam for shareholders!
It never came back
I see this in the obituary
Delisted its dead just get rid of your useless shares the shell is deleted and never coming back
I would imagine in order to take a loss on this particular stock you would have to call your broker and see if they could deem it as worthless.
Nope. No change. And none expected.
Anyone else notice the CUSIP# in their brokerage account goes GREEN once in a while? Almost like there's a slow pulse.
Unfortunately, I do have a few other's that went belly up and no longer trade and are represented by a CUSIP # but none of the show an occasional pulse.
Wishful thinking I suppose.
Here's a funny for all you shareholders. I sync my brokerage account with Quicken. After my update tonight Quicken shows a share price of .7099. Brokerage account does show it now has a cusip # and 0 value.
Kinda makes ya smile.
Has folks can now see, that means nothing. Expert Market is still Grey Market garbage.
Caveat Emptor
.
Also note: "Intelligent Highway Solutions, Inc. (fka IHSI)"
on the IHUB board name.
(fka = "formerly known as")
Good catch, Renee. Thanks.

Expert Market
It's over. I'm hoping for the best for Devon Jones.
I suspect he was roped into this by David Singer.
Devon's not totally innocent, but not a complete con man either.
JMHO, of course.
Nooooice i will update the ibox lmfao
“10/15/2021 Caveat Emptor, Intelligent Highway Solutions, Inc. Grey Market to Expert Market”
From otc.
Yea its done....This junk has tax liens, convertibles galore...Just dig a hole and bury this trash
So the grey market has been eliminated for non reporting companies
Let's wait and see how the intelligent highway solution will be? Expect something!
