36.84M shares - no RS - ur blowing smoke... up from here!!
Do they have to vote on it?
Except a 10:1 RS
IMO i dnt think anything happens till earnings
Revenue and Profit - up we go!!!
Nice to see
Í'm in no hurry. I think this company has a great future. fter the Ft. Hood shooting (very sad and tragic) I can't imagine the military won't be looking for more security and ways to be more secure.
Accumulation. Be patient.
What is going on? They get a lucrative contract and the stock tanks? Meanwhile, GNK is going to file bankruptcy and it skyrockets. I do not get this at all.
Great company I see it bullish for 2014!
Prospectus just out:

Should be ~39M outstanding with ~27M in the float after this new secondary.
This is looking pretty good right here, IMO. Just 9 and 10 days ago, people bought 27M shares above $1.20, a couple months after the company issued a secondary that diluted by about 30% at $0.45. 18M shares sold below $1.20 since that spike. At a minimum, people are still holding more than 9M shares above $1.20, most likely much more than that because a lot of the selling was churning the same shares over and over.
Since the last secondary at $0.45 (back on 1/14/14), the share price bounced around between .42 and .55 for about a month, then rocketed up to .80, then 1.00, then 1.20, then 1.60, before it came back down to .75 today. I think we are at the low point given that history. IMO, we will bounce around between .80 and 1.00 for the next couple weeks (or more), but at some point, this is going to take off again.
Now, this new secondary is 2,617,000 new shares, diluting by about 7%. Of course the dilutive effects of these secondaries is offset by cash in pocket.
Any other thoughts on this?
it back at its sma like I predicted, oh well.. have to wait until next earnings, ppl dumped on the last one.. obviously to send it back to here
Did you get any info on this?
There is a lot of activity in the after hours market. Too bad it is all negative since the close.
IMO it's a sit and hold
Yeah - I saw that.
OS according to Yahoo is 36.8 Mil with 44% held by insiders.
OS according to Marketwatch is 27.8 Mil and they haven't increased OS for years.
Don't now what the Authorized Share level is.
Release doesn't say anything about the size or timing of the offering.
Obiously IDN needs some financing !
Bottom line is I'm canceling my bid and wait 2 see how this plays out.
GLTU
That's what I'm trying to figure out, haven't really said much about it
The short volume on IDN is getting quite high - over 50% yesterday. Good for price support down here. Have a look.

Market could take it down to $0.80 and test 50 day MA
Thinking I'll be adding more at that level.
Got in at $0.857 a few days ago.
Good company with bright future.
JMHO
We have to wait for next news or earnings for this to move . Oh well !
If idn proves they're worth their salt on this contract it could be huge. Think of all the military bases around the world.

It hit support, on the way back up now I'm in high too but holding
Good buy now u think?
Double bounce on .88 cents. Time to buy. Sorry Shorties, funs over.
I am with you. I am in this too high. Based on what I have seen, read and researched; I am still feeling confident but... I never feel good about these big dips!
honestly I'm not bashing cause I'm in too high right now.. 1.70 and comfortable with it, but yes it is , has to be man.. I'm looking at it keep declining, I mean why not, it came down this far.
So your saying Its going to .70s?
Yes, I'm confident with the strategy and the future of this company.
Nice conference call

One of the most heavily traded penny stocks out there. I expect it to rebound later this week.
