Hey Sputnik that guys looks kinda familiar
http://www.golfchannel.com/media/go-annika-chicken-man-john-harrell/
Truth and Integrity, that is funny.
He completely made up that BASF was selling the daylights out of Electriplast, how's that for truth and integrity. What a phony.
I think someone has moved on to a higher calling!
https://twitter.com/ChinaStockPro
While they may have cut the consultant budget dramatically, they totally lost it somewhere else.
Accumulated deficit grew by $1,736,793 in the last quarter. The quarter before that it only grew by $993,415. And the quarter before that it grew by only $1,082,385.
Accumulated deficit is the bottom line for all expenses. $0.9 million to $1.7 million is kind of a big deal. Especially for a company whose stock has been sliding downward for over a year and whose financial resources are dwindling.
It took 16 years to get to the $42 million where Doug took over. In his 3 years since, he has added $14 million.....a considerable uptick in year over year expenses.
Thin
Integral Technologies slashed the consultant expenses dramatically last quarter. Many casualties!
Yo Sputnik...was there any sign of Joe natural during the call-in segment ?? .... My guess is he's ashamed to be associated with this fiasco....or maybe he's dining on the dog that ate DB's homework...or could he be drowning in the tsunami??....or maybe he caught some stray flak from that bidding war..or maybe he's on suicide watch....I'm worried...
There were quite a few "the dog ate my homework" excuses from DB!
Financiers paid $0.10 per share of ITKG! Sweet deal!!
"During the nine months ended March 31, 2016, $419,641 of the face value of debentures were extinguished by issuing 4,201,374 shares of common stock of the Company, and $1,047,184 representing the fair value of the derivative liabilities and the amortized cost of convertible debentures settled was included as additional paid in capital."
John Harrel, of Harrel and Associates, has flown the ITKG coop! He did not participate in yesterday's CC. A first since DB has taken over.
Summary of today's meeting....more pie in the sky...just a few weeks away...a battery here....a wire there...a big deal here...a bigger deal there....not much money in the bank....Yada Yada Yada....stock price pretty sad...Yada Yada...increase production capacity 7x .... Yada Yada....convertible debt....we're workin on it....Oklahoma City 108.....golden state 102.....tesla....Yada and yAda Yada ....didn't stick around till the final call-ins....was feeling nauseated....and the beat goes on....and on...............and on.................ugh................
The 10-Q must be a real doozy it still hasn't been filed or posted on the SEC website. I guess to get scheduled the conference call before this is posted for some reason.
What credibility? Did you mean to say lack of credibility?
Will be even more interesting to see if Joe is in on the calls....quite possibly he has packed up and hit the road....and took his credibility with him....it remains to be seen....
It will be interesting to note if John Harrel of Harrel and Associates (I have never been able to locate) participates in the call in. He hasn't missed one yet!
It almost sounds like you are suggesting Joe was paid to promote the stock.
That would certainly explain why he pushed this stock so hard, even making up lies like BASF was selling the daylights out of Electriplast, when it was selling NONE.
It has been reported Integral has slashed the budget for paid consultants. I wonder which category took the biggest hit?
Joe the bidding war has got Integral down to 16 cents.
Are you the next pumper or the next guppy? :)
Wanna buy a bridge?
BTW...I see Joe is gone. Go figure. LOL
This company sure gets a Lotta love .... It's easy to see how it earned it ... Years of hype ....never a nickel in earnings ... A whole lotta Yada Yada .... Have they turned the corner ? .... Probably not .... Pass the green beans ... whatever ....
This junk is still trading? Lost a third of its value or more since I got out. I call it scam IMO.
BWAHAHAHAHA
Maybe they should fire the Chicken Hat salesman, and bring Richie back to pump this.
Bi-Polar Lead-Acid Battery Maker Advanced Battery Concepts and Conductive Plastic Bi-Polar Plate Maker Integral, Announce a Joint Technology Assessment Program
PR Newswire Integral Technologies, Inc.
EVANSVILLE, Ind., April 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Integral Technologies, Inc. (ITKG) ("Integral"), an emerging light-weighting leader and its wholly owned subsidiary ElectriPlast Corp., today announces that Advanced Battery Concepts (ABC), an industry recognized technology leader in large format bi-polar battery design and manufacture, have entered into a Joint Technology Assessment Program (JTAP) agreement.
The JTAP will involve the use of the ElectriPlast bi-polar plate in the existing architecture of the ABC GreenSeal® 12V battery, for the purpose of assessing the performance, efficacy and cost efficiency of Integral's ElectriPlast® bi-polar plate. The JTAP will evaluate the production readiness of bi-polar batteries manufactured with ElectriPlast bi-plate materials and processes, as well as measure key performance metrics including capacity, capacity at rate, high temperature stand loss and cycle life.
ABC's GreenSeal® bi-polar advanced lead acid batteries have been developed over the last five years and are protected with global patent coverage. ABC's GreenSeal® technology reduces the lead content of a traditional lead acid battery by over 46% and batteries are fully recyclable in today's existing recycling system. ABC's GreenSeal® battery performance significantly exceeds the performance of existing VRLA batteries demonstrating longer cycle life, lighter weight, higher power and lower cost of manufacture. ABC's GreenSeal® batteries are ideal for a range of applications including SLI, traction, renewables, low speed EV, standby, marine, peak power shaving and many other applications.
"I always love to see new technologies coming into the lead-acid battery space," said Dr. Edward O. Shaffer II, Chief Executive Officer and Founder, Advanced Battery Concepts. "I am a firm believer that the bi-polar battery is the lead-acid battery of the future. We prototyped a battery a few months ago with ElectriPlast bi-polar plates and we are very keen to explore their full potential. The JTAP will allow us to fully explore ElectriPlast's bi-plate technology to assess its suitability for inclusion within our bi-polar battery for specific applications. It is an exciting time to be working on novel bi-polar solutions for the lead acid battery industry."
"We're thrilled to be working with Ed Shaffer and the Advanced Battery Concepts team," says Doug Bathauer, President and CEO, Integral Technologies. "We learned very early on in our bi-polar plate development, that they are regarded as the technology leaders in the lead-acid, bi-polar battery industry. As the quest for improved energy storage continues on many fronts, lead acid remains dominate. We believe that lead acid bi-polar technology represents a significant improvement over existing lead acid technologies with the potential to replace the majority of existing battery designs in the near future."
"ElectriPlast offers an alternative bi-polar plate design based on a plate core made of highly conductive loaded resins and with metal/lead covered surfaces," says Slobodan "Bob" Pavlovic, VP Engineering of ElectriPlast Corp, who directs material research, product development and design initiatives for the company. "The molding process for our bi-polar plate allows the flexibility to produce a nearly unlimited number of 3D shapes and sizes, which allow the bi-polar plate and integral structures to be executed in any desired embodiment. This flexibility allows us to fit our ElectriPlast bi-polar plate into the existing ABC 12V bi-polar battery which is the perfect platform for the evaluation of our technology via direct comparison with their state of the art product."
Update on the Bidding War .... This just in .... Accusations of bid-rigging from all sides have been a bleeding scab on the whole process ..... However it seems Foghorn Leghorn has just upped the ante after observing Popeye bench pressing an automobile built entirely with conductive plastic WITHOUT hitting the spinach......lol.....
Actually zdog I'm not yet a true believer....I just feel like we have to give some props if a sale and proof of concept presents itself....I have other issues to say but it seems somebody keeps pulling my posts...wonder who that somebody is....could have been a strong supporter of this company whose credibility is at stake here.....anyway I think the stock price reflects the number of investors basically sick of waiting for that "bidding war" to play out....
Thanks for the reminder, I gave up counting a while ago because it was so far past.
Maybe Doug can claim globalization of Electriplast, since a tiny bit will be in drones flying presumably just about everywhere.
From another message board!
Now you are a true believer.
I hope others soon join, because since the announcement of the little sensors, the stock has given up about 1/3 of its value.
When they announce that A battery is being produced by a major manufacturer that contains a LARGE amount of Electriplast, and will produce BIG revenue, I will switch from skeptic to true believer.
The SIZE or AMOUNT of product used in any particular app is irrelevant...the actual USE is the most important thing here because it shows real potential and proof of concept .... it's tough to criticize this small success....certainly a win for ITKG....show me more....
Show me where I said Integral should give up on the deal.
I said it was a start.
I provided the board with a fact, (the sensors are small)
I gave my opinion that they won't produce much revenue.
You seem to be saying you believe they will sell 100's of millions of these sensors a year.
These sensors sell for $115.00 each. I don't think they will sell as many as you do.
I am going to say this is an order of a thimble full of nothing. No license, no expertise needed.
I must agree with nst1234 on this issue...it IS a start....and he should take it....in fact if you're a shareholder in this company you would take anything....the question must also be asked regarding what ITKG is actually selling here....it may be just a thimble full of plastic but it could also be a tank full of "expertise" to be added to the sales price....I have been very critical of this company but this new development should not be taken lightly....a legit company is using itkg's product....and we can actually SEE the product....we shall see....
Correction,
I meant to say 100s of millions per year. I believe that is even low since they've crossed 25 billion.
Although I'm not comparing us to Apple the point is we can be in many products. Some requiring small amounts in many parts others large quantities in fewer.
Your right zdog,
Integral should just give up on this deal. Not enough money. Like Apple shouldn't waste their time with iTune downloads as they only make 30 cents per. Oh, wait a minute, there's 10s of millions per year!
It's a start, I'll take it...
The photos in the press release don't show the size of the barrels. Gee, I wonder if that was on purpose.
If you look on the Leddar website they are about the size of a thimble. Not much Electriplast in one if
In my opinion this will not amount to much at all in the way of revenue.
100,000 block of shares sold at $0.25! HMM! Wonder who that could be?
It is great to see Electriplast in a product. I hope this is just the start.
Leddar is going to have to sell a lot of these things to keep the production lines running.
You will note how much Leddar emphasizes their compactness, these sensors are tiny.
Tsunami ? ...... Or just a single flush of the proverbial ELECTRIPLAST commode .... We shall see ....in the meantime I find it notable that one week after my post arguing there has never been one product using their plastic they finally have a photo of a REAL product.....could they be reading this stuff ..?....well...doesn't matter.....kudos to them and kudos to Joe natural who has regained at least of a bit of his credibility....

"Dissatisfaction and discouragement are not caused by the absence of things but the absence of vision." Let the ITKG gains begin....
Production lines are running baby, let the gains begin...
Wow, this old junker finally got some news with substance!

Pink sheet/OTC stocks are like politicians.
Don't buy into the rhetoric...bet on how many other people you think will buy into the rhetoric.
what makes this company such a farce is that after all these years they have absolutely no real product to show anybody ( other than that old toaster they refer to as their "battery" ) .... They claim it can be used for this and for that and the weight is lessened by this much .... Well do YOU see a product ??....again I quote sergeant Schultz..." I SEE NOTHING " ...... And since there is no real product the most recent hype is the almighty PATENT.....as if tier one companies are shaking in their boots....yeah sure...lol....
Tolduso speaks the truth .... This whole thing reeks of penny stock manipulation ....
"shaved off 25 percent of its weight"
LOL...ITKG has shaved off a lot more than that from unsuspecting investors.
Legitimate companies don't keep pumping the same song for decades.
ITKG is a load of crap...they just wait for the next sucker to come along and by their crap-stock.
As in a load of crap.
There's no new management...just new pumpers.
What a load of crap. LOL
